Compared with the traditional film sealing and packaging opening mode, the invention does not need to modify the film material to reduce the adhesion between films, does not need external assistance with higher interface viscosity to overcome the adhesion between films, has simple integral process, is compatible with the film sealing/packaging preparation process, is easy to realize, has low cost and good universality.

The invention belongs to the technical field of machining and manufacturing, and relates to a film sealing/packaging opening adopting a pre-folding structure.
Technical Field
The film sealing/packaging is a behavior of sealing/packaging an object by using a low-price film, and has very wide application in aerospace films, energy sources, electronics and daily life, such as aerospace deployable film structures, household shopping film plastic bags and the like. Opening the film seal/package requires overcoming the adhesion between the films and allowing delamination between the film layers. The opening of the film sealing/packaging opening is completed by modifying the film material to reduce the interfacial viscosity between the films, but the modification of the film material involves chemical reaction and selection of novel materials, so that the cost is high, the preparation process is complex, and residual substances are easily caused. The film sealing/packaging opening is opened by adopting the external assistance of strong interface viscosity to contact with the outer side of the film and generate sliding displacement, so that the upper layer and the lower layer of the film are separated, but the auxiliary equipment with stronger interface viscosity than the film is required to separate the film layers, and certain limitation and use constraint are realized.

The invention provides a film sealing/packaging opening adopting a pre-folding structure aiming at the problems, the film sealing/packaging opening adopts a pre-folding mode, so that the quick debonding between film layers and the quick opening of the film sealing/packaging opening are realized, the material modification is not needed to reduce the interfacial viscosity of the film, and the external assistance of stronger interfacial viscosity is also not needed. The film sealing/packaging port has low price and good universality, is matched with sealing/packaging processes such as film blowing, calendering and flat extrusion in film preparation, and is suitable for various film sealing/packaging structures.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a film sealing/packaging opening with a pre-folding structure comprises an upper layer film and a lower layer film of blow molding shaped tubular films, wherein the corresponding parts of the upper layer film and the lower layer film are pre-folded in opposite directions. The pre-folded portion is located at the film sealing/wrapping aperture with the folding direction being perpendicular to the boundary line of the sealing/wrapping aperture.
Further, the length of the folded part of the upper and lower films is more than three times of the thickness of the films.
Further, the pre-folding structure may be a through-folding design or a gradual attenuation design.
Further, the film sealing/packaging opening can be double-layer or multi-layer.
In further features, the film sealing/packaging structure can be, but is not limited to, aerospace deployable films and film plastic bags.
A film sealing/packaging opening quick opening method based on a pre-folding mode comprises the following steps:
(1) in the process of preparing the film sealing/packaging structure, the film sealing/packaging structure is matched with a calendaring and extruding process, corresponding parts of an upper layer film and a lower layer film of the blow molding shaped tubular film are pre-folded, the pre-folding is preferentially arranged at the position of a film sealing/packaging opening, and the whole film structure can be in a through folding design or a gradually attenuated folding design.
Completing the film preparation;
(2) by gently pulling the film on both sides of the sealing/packaging structure during use, the friction/oscillation generated during unfolding of the pre-folded structure collapses and the oppositely directed folds cause the sealing/packaging opening to open rapidly. The pre-fold allows the film seal/package to be opened quickly as compared to conventional full-fit film seals/packages.
The invention realizes the interlayer separation of the film and the quick opening of the sealing/packaging opening, and has low requirement on the film material compared with the strategy of reducing the interfacial viscosity of the film by material modification; compared with the introduction of stronger interface viscosity external assistance, the invention has less limitation and good universality. The invention has simple process, low price and good universality, does not need material modification and stronger interface viscosity auxiliary requirements, is in fit with the film preparation process, and is suitable for a plurality of film sealing/packaging structures.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in the figure, the upper layer film and the lower layer film are respectively folded in the preparation process; by gently pulling the film on both sides of the sealing/packaging structure during use, the friction/oscillation generated during unfolding of the pre-folded structure collapses and the oppositely directed folds cause the sealing/packaging opening to open rapidly. The pre-fold allows the film seal/package to be opened quickly as compared to conventional full-fit film seals/packages.
The film seal/package structure may be an aerospace blow deployable film structure. Film structures containing pre-folded creases are easier to unfold quickly than fully conformable, unfoldable film structures.
The film sealing/packaging opening can be a plastic packaging bag common in daily life. The conventional plastic packaging bag needs to adopt modified plastic with weak interfacial adhesion or use auxiliary materials with strong interfacial adhesion such as a hand wetting device (water-soaked sponge) to enable the packaging opening to be opened quickly. The film structure with the pre-folded crease can complete the interlayer separation of the films and the quick opening of the sealing/packaging opening by slightly pulling two sides of the film structure in use.

Claims (7)

A film sealing/packaging opening with a pre-folding structure is characterized in that the film sealing/packaging opening comprises an upper layer film and a lower layer film of blow molding shaped tubular films, and the corresponding parts of the upper layer film and the lower layer film are pre-folded in opposite directions; the pre-folded portion is located at the film sealing/wrapping aperture with the folding direction being perpendicular to the boundary line of the sealing/wrapping aperture.
2. A film sealing/wrapping aperture in a pre-folded configuration as claimed in claim 1, wherein said film sealing/wrapping aperture is opened by pulling the film sealing/wrapping aperture on both sides.
3. A film sealing/packaging opening in a pre-folded configuration according to claim 1, wherein the length of the folded portion of the upper and lower films is greater than three times the thickness of the films.
4. A film sealing/packaging aperture employing a pre-folded configuration as claimed in claim 1 wherein said pre-folded configuration is a through-fold design or a progressively attenuating fold design.
5. A film sealing/packaging opening using a pre-folded structure according to claim 1, wherein said film sealing/packaging opening is double-layered or multi-layered.
6. A film sealing/packaging opening using a pre-folded structure according to claim 1, wherein said film sealing/packaging structure is selected from the group consisting of, but not limited to, aerospace deployable films and film plastic bags.
7. A quick opening method of a film sealing/packaging opening based on a pre-folding mode is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) in the process of preparing the film sealing/packaging structure, the film sealing/packaging structure is matched with a calendaring and extruding process, corresponding parts of an upper layer film and a lower layer film of the blow molding shaped tubular film are pre-folded, the pre-folding is preferentially arranged at the position of a film sealing/packaging opening, and the film structure is integrally communicated with the folding design or adopts the gradually attenuated folding design;
