Detailed Description
In order to describe the technical content, the constructional features, the achieved objects and effects of the present invention in detail, the following description is made in connection with the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-4, in one embodiment, a self-sealing type packaging bag 10 for automated packaging is disclosed, wherein the packaging bag 10 is composed of an upper film 11 and a lower film 12, the upper film 11 and the lower film 12 are bonded at one side only, and on the other sides, the upper film 11 and the lower film 12 are not connected at all, so that the upper film 11/the lower film 12 are opened during automated packaging, and packaged objects are put in and heat-sealed. Meanwhile, the package 10 is in an unfolded state, i.e., two films adhered at the edges. The design concept of the packaging bag is as follows: one side of the entire package 10 is designed to be bonded to the upper film 11 and the lower film and serves as an opening of the entire package 10, while the other sides are opened without any connection, so that the package can be easily put between the upper film 11 and the lower film 12 during use, i.e., packaging, and then the opened sides are cut and sealed by heat sealing. In order to facilitate the industrialized automatic packaging, the whole packaging bag can be preferably designed into a regular quadrangle, namely one side of the quadrangle is adhered and used as an opening of the packaging bag, and the other three sides of the quadrangle are designed into an open type, so that the packaging bag is easy to open and put into a packaged object during the automatic packaging. The design is completely different from the packaging bag with one side open and three sides sealed in the prior art, and the technical prejudice about the structural design of the packaging bag is overcome to a certain extent. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate continuous and automatic production, the packaging bag can be specifically designed to be rolled on the paper tube 20 in a strip shape which is convenient to be rolled into a coil, one long side of the strip is the bonding side.
In one embodiment, in actual use, the package strip involves repeated tearing and bonding of its own opening, so that the bonding is a glue connection that can be torn and bonded repeatedly, so that a suitable adhesive can be selected accordingly, which can be torn by hand conveniently, and can also be bonded again well to seal the opening. Specifically, at the bonding site, an adhesive layer 14 formed by applying a liquid adhesive may be provided on the upper film 11 and/or the lower film 12, and the width may preferably be 5mm to 8mm, so that the upper film 11 and the lower film 12 may be torn or bonded from the adhesive layer 14.
In a specific embodiment, in conjunction with the drawing, the upper film 11 includes a folded layer 13 formed by folding an edge portion of the upper film 11 itself toward the lower film 12 at the bonding portion, and the folded layer 13 is bonded to the lower film 12. Also, preferably, the adhesive is coated on the lower surface of the folder 13, and the lower surface of the folder 13 is adhered to the upper surface of the lower film 12 by the adhesive. So designed, when the package is completed, the lower film 12 and the laminate are separated from each other by tearing the lower film 12 relatively easily to open the package from the opening.
Preferably, the upper layer film 11 and the lower layer film 12 are PE films, and have a thickness of 0.045mm. The adhesive is an adhesive with a melting point less than 120 ℃. Therefore, when the PE film is packaged, on one hand, the open sides can be easily cut off and sealed through automatic heat sealing, meanwhile, the adhesive layer 14 can be also melted and cut off, and the PE film can be ensured not to shrink and deform due to overhigh temperature, so that the PE film has important significance for accurate selection of used materials. And biodegradable particles are added in the upper layer film 11 and the lower layer film 12 and used for completely degrading the packaging bag after being abandoned, thereby meeting the requirements of environmental protection.
In addition, the invention also discloses a packaging method for automatically packaging by utilizing any packaging bag, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing the packaging bag with corresponding specification according to the appearance and the size of a packaged object;
s2, placing the packaged object between an upper layer film and a lower layer film of the packaging bag;
s3, heat-sealing the other sides except the bonded side for forming an openable opening, wherein the heat-sealing temperature is 110-120 ℃ and the heat-sealing time is 3-5S, so that a packaged independent product is formed, and the packaging process is completed.
In the step S1, the packaging bag is prepared in a roll form, so that the packaging bag can be unfolded or pulled out by the packaging machine as required. In the step S2, an automatic packaging machine can be combined, so that the upper layer film or the lower layer film can be lifted easily, a packaged object is placed between the upper layer film and the lower layer film, and the action of placing the packaged object into a packaging bag is automatically completed. Finally, in the step S3, the packaging bag portion of the package used in the step is simultaneously cut from the remaining roll by heat sealing. Because of the thermodynamic properties of the materials of the packaging bag, the heat sealing ensures that the packaging bag can be melted by heat sealing, and the packaging bag is not deformed after the heat sealing is finished, so that the special heat sealing time and temperature are required.
Finally, a method for producing the high packaging bag is specifically disclosed, and the method specifically comprises the following steps of: the blow-molded tubular PE film was cut along the M and N portions in FIG. 5 to form two PE films, MPN and MDQN. Then, a glue coating device 30 can be used to coat a liquid adhesive on the folded layer on the MDQN PE film, and finally the same long side of the MDQN film and the MPN film is bonded and rolled.
The invention discloses a self-sealing type packaging bag for automatic packaging, which consists of an upper layer film and a lower layer film, wherein only one side of the upper layer film is adhered, and the other sides of the upper layer film and the lower layer film are opened, the adhered side is used as the openable side of the whole packaging bag, and the other opened sides can facilitate the packaged objects to be put in and heat-sealed to finish packaging. So, this wrapping bag is convenient for utilize equipment such as packagine machine to carry out automated packaging, can promote packing efficiency by a wide margin, saves the cost of labor.
