Claims (10)

1. A roller labeling device is characterized by comprising:
the label paper feeding device comprises a control assembly (1) and a feeding device, wherein the control assembly (1) is used for placing label paper, the control assembly (1) comprises a machine table (11) and a control box (12) arranged on the machine table (11), a motor (13) is arranged inside the control box (12), a label shaft (14) is arranged on one side of the control box (12), and a rolling shaft (18) driven by the motor (13) is arranged on the machine table (11);
the label conveying mechanism (2) is used for conveying label paper, and the label conveying mechanism (2) comprises a first lifting cylinder (21) used for clamping the label paper and a rodless cylinder (23) used for conveying the first lifting cylinder (21) to move in the X axial direction;
the label pressing mechanism (3) is used for pressing label paper on a product with a circular tubular shape, the label pressing mechanism (3) comprises a second lifting cylinder (32) and a third lifting cylinder (35), and the output end of the second lifting cylinder (32) is in transmission connection with a pressing roller (34);
the feeding and discharging mechanism (4) is used for feeding and discharging products, and the feeding and discharging mechanism (4) comprises a feeding plate (41) arranged on the first control box (12) and a discharging plate (44) located at the bottom of one end of the feeding plate (41);
the material fixing mechanism (5) is used for calibrating the position of a product to be labeled, and the material fixing mechanism (5) comprises a first propulsion cylinder (51) arranged on the machine table (11) and a movable roller (53) driven by the first propulsion cylinder (51);
the label cutting mechanism (6) is used for cutting off label paper pasted on a product, the label cutting mechanism (6) comprises a propulsion cylinder II (61) arranged on the machine table (11) and a lifting cylinder IV (63) driven by the propulsion cylinder II (61), and the top of the lifting cylinder IV (63) is provided with a fixed cutter piece (65) and a movable cutter piece (66) driven by the lifting cylinder IV (63).

The roller labeling device of claim 1, wherein: the top of board (11) is provided with and is used for carrying out protection casing (111) that shelters from to fixed scissor spare (65) and activity scissor spare (66), one side of control box (12) is provided with guide shaft (15) that are located label axle (14) one side for will place label paper on label axle (14) leads to label conveying mechanism (2).
