According to the invention, a material pipe detection device is added to monitor the material pipe extruded by the blank output unit in real time, the data is transmitted back to the central controller, the detection data of the material pipe detection device is compared and calculated through a preset program, and if the length of the material pipe has deviation, the blank output quantity of the extruder is timely adjusted, so that the extrusion length of the material pipe is consistent, the deviation in a subsequent processing program is avoided, and the consistency of the output quality of a product is improved.

Further, in the step (4), if the length of the material pipe is smaller, the blank output quantity of the extruder is increased; otherwise, the billet output of the extruder is reduced.
