Abstract
The invention discloses a bottle blowing machine capable of eliminating parison length deviation and a control method thereof, wherein the bottle blowing machine comprises an extruder and a die head assembly, the extruder and the die head assembly are connected through a blank propelling device, one side of a blank output unit of the die head assembly is provided with a material pipe detection device, the material pipe detection device is connected with a central controller and is used for monitoring the length of an output material pipe in real time and feeding the length back to the central controller, and the blank output quantity of the extruder is adjusted through comparison calculation of a preset program. According to the invention, a material pipe detection device is added to monitor the material pipe extruded by the blank output unit in real time, the data is transmitted back to the central controller, the detection data of the material pipe detection device is compared and calculated through a preset program, and if the length of the material pipe has deviation, the blank output quantity of the extruder is timely adjusted, so that the extrusion length of the material pipe is consistent, the deviation in a subsequent processing program is avoided, and the consistency of the output quality of a product is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automatic control of bottle blowing machines, in particular to a bottle blowing machine capable of eliminating parison length deviation and a control method thereof.
Background
Blow molding, also known as blow molding, is a rapidly developing plastic processing method. The bottle blowing machine is one of processing devices commonly used in blow molding processing and manufacturing, and consists of an extruder, a die head, a clamp mechanism, a blowing system and other functional blocks. In the processing path, the extruder is used for heating, melting and mixing plastic particles and then pushing the plastic particles into a die head; the die head forms the molten plastic into a prefabricated parison; and (5) cooling and blow molding the parison in a mold by matching with a blowing system to obtain a final product. The extrusion length of the tube (parison) is completed by the cooperation of the extruder and the die assembly during the whole blow molding process. However, the length of the material tube of the conventional bottle blowing machine is usually controlled by the preset extrusion amount, and is easily affected by the mechanical precision of the extruder or the die head assembly, and it is not possible to ensure that the length of the material tube is completely consistent (i.e. deviation may occur), so that deviation occurs in the subsequent processing procedure, and the consistency of the output quality of the product is affected.

Based on the defects of the prior art, the invention mainly aims to provide a bottle blowing machine capable of eliminating parison length deviation and a control method thereof.
In order to achieve the technical effects, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a bottle blowing machine capable of eliminating parison length deviation comprises an extruder and a die head assembly, wherein the extruder and the die head assembly are connected through a blank propelling device, a material pipe detection device is arranged on one side of a blank output unit of the die head assembly and connected with a central controller, the material pipe detection device is used for monitoring the length of an output material pipe in real time and feeding the length back to the central controller, and the blank output quantity of the extruder is adjusted through comparison calculation of a preset program.
Furthermore, two sensors are arranged on the material pipe detection device, and the position intervals of the sensors are consistent with the length of the material pipe. The sensor is a photoelectric sensor.
Based on the bottle blowing machine capable of eliminating the parison length deviation, the invention also provides a control method capable of eliminating the parison length deviation, which comprises the following steps:
(1) starting the bottle blowing machine, and continuously extruding a discharge pipe by the extruder through a blank output unit of the die head assembly;
(2) the material pipe detection device monitors the material pipe in real time, and when the first sensor detects the material pipe, the material pipe is fed back to the central controller, and initial data is recorded;
(3) the blank output unit continues to extrude the material pipe, and when the second sensor detects the material pipe, the material pipe is fed back to the central controller;
(4) and the central controller compares and calculates the detection data of the first sensor and the second sensor through a preset program, and if the length deviation of the material pipe occurs, the blank output quantity of the extruder is adjusted.
Further, in the step (4), if the length of the material pipe is smaller, the blank output quantity of the extruder is increased; otherwise, the billet output of the extruder is reduced.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention adopts a mode of adding the material pipe detection device, the material pipe extruded by the blank output unit is monitored in real time, the data is transmitted back to the central controller, the detection data of the material pipe detection device is compared and calculated through a preset program, and if the length of the material pipe has deviation, the blank output quantity of the extruder is timely adjusted, so that the extrusion length of the material pipe is ensured to be consistent, the deviation in a subsequent processing procedure is avoided, and the consistency of the output quality of the product is improved.

Further, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, two sensors 31 and 32 are disposed on the material pipe detecting device 30, and the first sensor 31 and the second sensor 32 are longitudinally spaced and have a position interval consistent with a preset length of the material pipe 33. The first sensor 31 and the second sensor 32 are photosensors. In addition, the extruder 10 further comprises an extruder frequency converter 11 for controlling the operation of the extruder.
The control method capable of eliminating the parison length deviation comprises the following steps:
(1) starting the bottle blowing machine, and continuously extruding a discharge pipe by the extruder 10 through the blank output unit 22 of the die head assembly;
(2) the material pipe detection device 30 monitors the material pipe in real time, and when the first sensor 31 detects the material pipe 33, the material pipe is fed back to the central controller 21, and initial data is recorded;
(3) the billet output unit 22 continues to extrude the material pipe, and when the second sensor 32 detects the material pipe 33, the material pipe is fed back to the central controller 21;
(4) the central controller 21 compares the detection data of the first sensor 31 and the second sensor 32 by a preset program, and adjusts the blank output of the extruder 10 if the deviation of the length of the material pipe occurs.
In the step (4), if the length of the material pipe 33 is smaller than the preset length, the blank output quantity of the extruder 10 is increased; otherwise, the billet output of the extruder 10 is reduced.
In this embodiment, a manner of adding the material tube detection device 30 is adopted, the material tube extruded by the blank output unit 22 is monitored in real time, data is transmitted back to the central controller, the detection data of the material tube detection device is compared and calculated through a preset program, and if the length of the material tube has a deviation, the blank output quantity of the extruder is adjusted in time, so that the extrusion length of the material tube is consistent, the deviation in a subsequent processing procedure is avoided, and the consistency of the output quality of the product is improved.

(1) starting the bottle blowing machine, and continuously extruding a discharge pipe by the extruder through a blank output unit of the die head assembly;
(2) the material pipe detection device monitors the material pipe in real time, and when the first sensor detects the material pipe, the material pipe is fed back to the central controller, and initial data is recorded;
(3) the blank output unit continues to extrude the material pipe, and when the second sensor detects the material pipe, the material pipe is fed back to the central controller;
(4) and the central controller compares and calculates the detection data of the first sensor and the second sensor through a preset program, and if the length deviation of the material pipe occurs, the blank output quantity of the extruder is adjusted.
