In the embodiment of the invention, the recycled building wastes can be crushed and are fed into the stirring barrel 2 intermittently after being crushed, meanwhile, the stirring rod 23 rotates around the fixed rod 7 and reciprocates in the vertical direction to comprehensively stir the materials in the stirring barrel 2, and the device integrates a plurality of functions of crushing, feeding and stirring, thereby greatly improving the traditional concrete preparation equipment.

Claims (6)

1. An apparatus for preparing recycled concrete using construction waste, comprising:
the device comprises a base (1) and a stirring barrel (2) fixedly arranged on the base (1), wherein a crushing barrel (3) is fixed on the stirring barrel (2);
a fixed rod (7) is fixed in the stirring barrel (2), a crushing mechanism connected with the fixed rod (7) is arranged on the stirring barrel (2), and a guide mechanism connected with the crushing mechanism is arranged on the fixed rod (7);
a stirring mechanism connected with the guide mechanism is arranged on the fixed rod (7), a stirring rod (23) is fixed on the stirring mechanism, and an intermittent blanking mechanism connected with the guide mechanism is arranged in the stirring barrel (2);
the crushing mechanism comprises a motor (4) fixedly mounted on the stirring barrel (2), a transmission rod (5) rotatably mounted on the stirring barrel (2) and connected with an output shaft of the motor (4), and a driven assembly arranged in the crushing barrel (3) and connected with the fixed rod (7) and the transmission rod (5);
the driven assembly comprises a first sleeve (10) movably mounted on the fixing rod (7), a first bevel gear (6) fixedly mounted on the transmission rod (5), and a second bevel gear (11) fixedly mounted on the first sleeve (10) and meshed with the first bevel gear (6), and an eccentric structure connected with the first sleeve (10) and the fixing rod (7) is further arranged in the crushing barrel (3);
the eccentric structure comprises a ball connector (8) which is connected with the fixing rod (7) in a ball joint mode, a crusher (9) which is fixedly installed on the ball connector (8) and is arranged in the crushing barrel (3), and an eccentric disc (12) which is fixedly installed on the first sleeve (10) and is abutted to the inner wall of the crusher (9);
the guide mechanism comprises a guide disc (15) fixedly mounted on the fixed rod (7), an arc-shaped rack plate (16) fixedly mounted on the guide disc (15) and connected with the stirring mechanism, and movable blocks (17) movably mounted on the guide disc (15) and symmetrically arranged, a rotating assembly connected with the movable blocks (17) and the first sleeve (10) is further arranged in the stirring barrel (2), and the rotating assembly is connected with the stirring mechanism; the runner assembly includes fixed plate (13), fixed mounting that fixed mounting is in on sleeve (10) one fixed plate (13) go up and with movable block (17) fixed connection's connecting rod (14), fixed mounting be in on movable block (17) and with rabbling mechanism with diaphragm (18) that intermittent type unloading mechanism connects.

The apparatus for preparing recycled concrete from construction waste according to claim 1, wherein the stirring mechanism comprises a rotating rod (20) rotatably mounted on the transverse plate (18) and fixed with a limiting rod, a gear (19) fixedly mounted on the rotating rod (20) and engaged with the arc-shaped rack plate (16), and a second sleeve (21) movably mounted on the rotating rod (20) and provided with a limiting groove engaged with the limiting rod.
3. The apparatus for preparing recycled concrete from construction waste according to claim 2, wherein a limit component connected with the second sleeve (21) and the movable block (17) is further arranged in the mixing tank (2).
