When the gear lack 142 is separated from the first gear 145 and the hardware stays on the gear lack 142, the gear lack 142 will be firstly engaged with the second gear 163 when rotating continuously, the second gear 163 will drive the eccentric wheel 164 to rotate for one turn through the second rotating shaft 162, the eccentric wheel 164 will firstly press the pushing frame 166 to move to the right and then press the pushing frame 166 to move to the left, the pushing frame 166 will press the arc rod 173 to move upwards when moving to the right, the first elastic member 175 is compressed, the arc rod 173 moves upwards to drive the pushing ball 174 to move upwards, the pushing ball 174 will drive the space cam 1741 to rotate when moving upwards, the space cam 1741 will drive the rotating rod 152 to rotate on the second positioning frame 151, the second torsion spring 176 deforms, and the rotating rod 152 will drive all the components arranged thereon to rotate, so as to make the hardware clamped by the frame 155 to rotate, therefore, the hardware is subjected to surface changing and paint spraying operation, the pushing frame 166 loosens the arc-shaped rod 173 in the process of moving leftwards, the first elastic part 175 resets, the arc-shaped rod 173 moves downwards under the action of the reset of the first elastic part 175 and drives the pushing ball 174 to move downwards, the pushing ball 174 moves downwards and pushes the space cam 1741 to rotate reversely, the second torsion spring 176 resets accordingly, the rotating rod 152 also rotates reversely on the second positioning frame 151 and drives all parts arranged on the rotating rod to rotate reversely, the missing gear 142 continues to rotate and can be disengaged from the second gear 163 and be engaged with the first gear 145, so that the next hardware is replaced, then the missing gear 142 continues to rotate and can be disengaged from the first gear 145 and the second gear 163, and thus, the surface changing and paint spraying operation can be continuously performed on different hardware by reciprocating.

On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 2, 11 and 12, the clamping device further includes a spreading mechanism 18 for assisting the clamping mechanism 15, the spreading mechanism 18 includes a positioning plate 181, a handle 182, a spreading rod 183, a connecting rod 184 and a second elastic member 185, the lower portion of the sliding block 154 is bolted with the connecting rod 184, the positioning plate 181 is welded on the upper side of the front portion of the fixing plate 2, the handle 182 is slidably arranged on the upper portion of the positioning plate 181, a spreading rod 183 for pressing the connecting rod 184 is bolted on the rear side of the handle 182, and the second elastic member 185 is connected between the spreading rod 183 and the positioning plate 181.
An operator pushes the supporting rod 183 backwards through the handle 182, the second elastic piece 185 stretches, the supporting rod 183 can extrude the two symmetrical connecting columns 184 in the process of moving backwards, the two symmetrical connecting columns 184 move towards the direction away from each other along with the two symmetrical connecting columns 184, the connecting columns 184 can drive the sliding block 154 to move, the compression spring 156 is compressed, so that the two symmetrical clamping frames 155 can conveniently move towards the direction away from each other, then the operator places the hardware between the two symmetrical clamping frames 155, the handle 182 is released, the second elastic piece 185 resets, the supporting rod 183 can move backwards under the action of the reset of the second elastic piece 185 to release the connecting columns 184, and the compression spring 156 resets, so that the clamping frames 155 clamp the hardware.

On the basis of embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 2 and 13, the drying device 19 for drying hardware is further included, the drying device 19 includes a positioning frame 191, a fan 192 and an electric heating tube 193, the positioning frame 191 is bolted to the top side of the first fixing frame 5, the fan 192 is installed in the middle of the positioning frame 191 through a screw connection mode, and the electric heating tube 193 for heating hardware through a screw connection mode is installed at the upper rear portion of the positioning frame 191.
After the hardware is subjected to paint spraying treatment, an operator starts the electric heating tube 193 and the fan 192, and the hardware which is just sprayed with paint is dried through the electric heating tube 193 and the fan 192, so that the operator can take the hardware which is subjected to paint spraying treatment out of the device more conveniently and rapidly.

A hardware surface treatment device comprises a supporting block (1), a fixing plate (2), an outer frame (3), a first positioning frame (4), a first fixing frame (5), a pump body (7), a spray head (8), a conveying pipe (9), a supporting plate (10), a discharging frame (11) and a baffle plate (12), wherein the bottom side of the outer frame (3) is connected with the fixing plate (2), the left bottom side and the right bottom side of the fixing plate (2) are respectively connected with the supporting block (1) in a front-back symmetrical mode, the top side of the fixing plate (2) is connected with the first fixing frame (5), the inner side of the middle part of the outer frame (3) is connected with the first positioning frame (4) surrounding the first fixing frame (5), a gap between the first positioning frame (4) and the first fixing frame (5) is named as a first guide groove (6), the right side of the lower part of the outer frame (3) is connected with the two supporting plates (10), the two supporting plates (10) are respectively arranged in a front-back symmetrical mode, the two supporting plates (11) are connected between the two supporting plates (10), the right side of the upper part of the discharging frame (11) is provided with the rotating type, the baffle plate (7) is arranged on the inner wall of the outer frame (3), the right side, the conveying pipe (7) and the conveying pipe (11) are connected with the inner side of the pump body (11), the left side of the pump body (7) is communicated with a spray head (8), and the pump is characterized by further comprising a clamping mechanism (15) and a conveying mechanism (14), wherein the first guide groove (6) is provided with the clamping mechanism (15) for clamping hardware, and the fixing plate (2) is provided with the conveying mechanism (14) for driving the clamping mechanism (15); the device also comprises a first torsion spring (13), and two first torsion springs (13) for resetting are connected between the shielding plate (12) and the discharging frame (11); the clamping mechanism (15) comprises a rotating rod (152), a guide frame (153), a sliding block (154), a clamping frame (155) and a compression spring (156), the rotating rod (152) is arranged on the first guide groove (6) in a sliding mode, the guide frame (153) is connected to the top side of the rotating rod (152), two sliding blocks (154) are arranged on the upper portion of the guide frame (153) in a sliding mode, the compression spring (156) is connected between the sliding blocks (154) and the guide frame (153), and the clamping frame (155) is connected to the upper side of each sliding block (154); the conveying mechanism (14) comprises a second positioning frame (151), a motor (141), a gear lacking wheel (142), a second fixing frame (143), a first rotating shaft (144), a first gear (145), a chain wheel (146) and a chain (147), the second fixing frame (143) is symmetrically connected between the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the lower portion of the outer frame (3) in the left-right direction, a first rotating shaft (144) is rotatably arranged in the middle of the second fixing frame (143), the upper end of the first rotating shaft (144) is connected with the chain wheel (146), the chain (147) is wound between the two chain wheels (146), the first gear (145) positioned below the chain wheel (146) is connected to the upper portion of the right first rotating shaft (144), the motor (141) is installed on the upper side of the right portion of the fixing plate (2), the gear lacking wheel (142) meshed with the first gear (145) is connected to an output shaft of the motor (141), the second positioning frames (151) are uniformly connected to the upper side of the chain (147) at intervals, and the rotating rod (152) rotatably penetrates through the second positioning frame (151); the novel push ball fixing device is characterized by further comprising a rotating mechanism (17), wherein the rotating mechanism (17) comprises a fixing rod (171), an arc-shaped rod (173), a push ball (174), a space cam (1741), a first elastic part (175) and a second torsion spring (176), the second torsion spring (176) is connected between the rotating rod (152) and a second positioning frame (151), the space cam (1741) is connected to the bottom side of the rotating rod (152), the fixing rod (171) is connected to the outer side of the lower portion of the second positioning frame (151), the fixing rod (171) is U-shaped in overall shape, third guide grooves (172) are formed in the front side and the rear side of the lower portion of the fixing rod (171), the arc-shaped rod (173) is arranged between the two third guide grooves (172) in a sliding mode, the first elastic part (175) is connected between the arc-shaped rod (173) and the fixing rod (171), and the push ball (174) in sliding fit with the space cam (1741) is connected to the arc-shaped rod (173).

The hardware surface treatment device according to claim 1, further comprising a pushing mechanism (16), wherein the pushing mechanism (16) comprises a supporting rod (161), a second rotating shaft (162), a second gear (163), an eccentric wheel (164), a positioning block (165) and a pushing frame (166), the positioning block (165) is symmetrically connected to the front and back of the top side of the middle portion of the right second fixing frame (143), the pushing frame (166) is slidably arranged on the upper portions of the two positioning blocks (165), a second guide groove (167) is formed in the left portion of the pushing frame (166), the supporting rod (161) is connected to the right side of the lower portion of the right first fixing frame (5), the second rotating shaft (162) penetrates through the middle portion of the supporting rod (161) in a rotating mode, the second gear (163) is connected to the upper end of the second rotating shaft (162), the missing gear (142) is meshed with the second gear (163), and the eccentric wheel (164) in contact fit with the second guide groove (167) is connected to the lower end of the second rotating shaft (162).

The hardware surface treatment device according to claim 2, further comprising a spreading mechanism (18), wherein the spreading mechanism (18) comprises a positioning plate (181), a handle (182), a spreading rod (183), a connecting rod (184) and a second elastic piece (185), the lower portion of the sliding block (154) is connected with the connecting rod (184), the positioning plate (181) is connected to the upper side of the front portion of the fixing plate (2), the handle (182) is slidably arranged on the upper portion of the positioning plate (181), the spreading rod (183) used for extruding the connecting rod (184) is connected to the rear side of the handle (182), and the second elastic piece (185) is connected between the spreading rod (183) and the positioning plate (181).

A hardware surface treatment device according to claim 3, further comprising a drying mechanism (19), wherein the drying mechanism (19) comprises a positioning frame (191), a fan (192) and an electric heating tube (193), the top side of the first fixing frame (5) is connected with the positioning frame (191), the fan (192) is installed in the middle of the positioning frame (191), and the electric heating tube (193) for heating the hardware is installed at the upper rear portion of the positioning frame (191).
