The invention discloses a dust removing system of a dry quenching hoister, which comprises: the cover body is arranged at the lower part of the hoister and can surround a hoisting tool of the hoister and a coke tank hoisted on the hoisting tool, the bottom of the cover body is provided with an opening, and the coke tank can penetrate through the opening; one end of the first pipeline is connected with the cover body and communicated with the interior of the cover body, and the other end of the first pipeline is connected with the air blowing device; one end of the second pipeline is connected with the cover body and communicated with the interior of the cover body, and the other end of the second pipeline is connected with the air draft dust removal device; the air blowing device is used for discharging gas into the cover body through the first pipeline; and the air draft dust removal device is used for extracting dust inside the cover body through the second pipeline and filtering the dust. The dust removal system can collect and process the dust dissipated in the coke discharging process, and can avoid sucking other external dust and/or gas including the dust loaded into the device into the semi-closed cover body space due to overlarge negative pressure of air draft.

The dry quenching hoister is one of the important devices for dry quenching production in coal chemical industry, and is a special device for conveying red coke to be dry quenched to a dry quenching tank. In an embodiment of the present invention, the blower 4 may start the operation after the lifter 6 lifts the coke tank 8, that is, after the coke tank 8 enters the cover body 1.
With this arrangement, the temperature of the internal space of the cover body 1 can be reduced by the gas discharged from the blower device 4, and the influence of the high-temperature heat radiation of the coke tank 8 on the hoisting machine 6 can be avoided.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the cover 1 includes a plurality of baffles mounted on a guide frame at a lower portion of the lifter 6.

5. The dry quenching elevator dust removal system of claim 1 or 4, wherein the air blast device is mounted on the elevator or dry quenching steel structure.
6. The dry quenching elevator dust removal system of claim 1, wherein the air draft dust collector comprises a dust collector and a fan, an inlet of the dust collector is connected with the second pipeline, and an outlet of the dust collector is connected with an air inlet of the fan.
7. The dry quenching elevator dust removal system of claim 1 or 6, wherein the air draft dust collector is mounted on the elevator or the dry quenching steel structure.
