An exercise apparatus having an emergency braking personnel safety function, according to claim 7, wherein: the four-sliding-block-type sliding mechanism is characterized by further comprising four moving blocks (14), wherein the four moving blocks (14) are arranged inside the two sliding blocks (4) in a sliding mode, sliding grooves are formed in the left portion and the right portion of the two sliding blocks (4), the four moving blocks (14) are located in the sliding grooves in the adjacent sliding blocks (4) in a sliding mode respectively, the four sliding blocks (4) are matched with the adjacent sliding rods (5) in a contact mode respectively, and a plurality of friction plates (15) are installed on the back side faces of the four sliding blocks (4).
