背景技术
目前市面上的洗发水种类繁杂,除清洁去污的主要功能外,市售各种洗发水的功能很多,却很少有专门针对染发后使用的洗发水,这是因为如下技术难点造成的:第一,染发分为暂时性、半永久性和永久性,暂时性染发不存在固色锁色问题,半永久性染发主要通过吸附或渗透的方式着色,永久性染发需破坏头发毛鳞片,渗透进入皮质层后发生相应的化学反应,针对两者染发方式均具有固色锁色作用的洗发水,其必须具有多重固色锁色功能;第二,洗发水所必须包含的清洁去污成分对染发后的颜色具有褪色作用,即使是温和的表面活性剂,也会造成染发后褪色现象,洗发水中清洁去污成分和固色护色成分的配比很难调配;第三,紫外线能降解染发剂,而染发剂中添加普通抗氧化剂的功效不大。

步骤二、保温条件下继续加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2~3份、椰油酰胺MEA1~2份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1~2份,搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤三、冷却至40~50℃后继续添加聚二甲基硅氧烷1~2份、丙烯酸及丙烯酸酯类共聚物1~2份、硫酸锌1份、柠檬酸钠1~2份、水解小麦蛋白4~6份、蚕丝氨基酸类2~3份、何首乌提取物2~6份、茶叶提取物2~3份、油橄榄果提取物2~3份、鳢肠叶提取物2~3份、人参根提取物1~2份、牛油果树果脂提取物3~5份,搅拌均匀;

本发明至少包括以下有益效果:
其一、本发明提供的固色锁色洗发水对染发后头发提供了保湿补水-抗氧化-天然油膜保护层(抗紫外线)-头皮生态平衡-调节颜色投射度的五重固色锁色功能,针对永久染发和半永久染发的后期固色护色均有效果,10天内没有褪色现象,20天褪色衡量肉眼不足以分辨;
其二、本发明提供的固色锁色洗发水率先提出头发及头皮表面抗氧化的理念,并且突破了头发及头皮表面很难吸收抗氧化剂并对其利用的难点,结合物理性抗氧化和生物性抗氧化,延缓了头发及头皮表面对抗氧化剂吸收时间,提高了头发及头皮表面对抗氧化剂的吸收效率,从而延缓染发后褪色时间;
其三、本发明提供的固色锁色洗发水也首次提出利用珠光剂减少紫外线对头发及头皮表面的照射达到固色锁色的目标;
其四、本发明提供的固色锁色洗发水兼具去污清洁和固色锁色双重功能,可替代一般洗发水,使用方法简单,染彩色和黑色人群均可适用。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
应当理解,本文所使用的诸如“具有”、“包含”以及“包括”术语并不排除一个或多个其它元件或其组合的存在或添加。
实施例1
步骤一、于乳化锅中加入去离子水120份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠2份、月桂醇硫酸酯铵2份、聚季铵盐-10 1份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵1份、尿囊素1份加热至60℃,搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤二、保温条件下继续加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2份、椰油酰胺MEA1份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1份,搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤三、冷却至40℃后继续添加聚二甲基硅氧烷1份、丙烯酸及丙烯酸酯类共聚物1份、硫酸锌1份、柠檬酸钠1份、水解小麦蛋白4份、蚕丝氨基酸类23份、何首乌提取物2份、茶叶提取物2份、油橄榄果提取物2份、鳢肠叶提取物2份、人参根提取物1份、牛油果树果脂提取物3份,搅拌均匀;
步骤四、再次冷却至室温后加入柠檬酸1份、香精0.3份、卡松2份、氯化钠1份,消泡后分装即得所述固色锁色洗发水。
注:本申请所述提取物均为普通商业购买产品。
为研究实施例1所得洗发水对染发后固色锁色效果的影响,以白色的羊毛和人的真发(无染色)为实验对象,取白色的羊毛一组(8个),人的真发两组(每组8个),对白色的羊毛染深黑色(色度为2),对两组人的真发分别染深金色(色度为6)和极浅亚麻色(色度为10),每隔三天对三组实验对象用实施例1所得洗发水进行清洁,每次用量为2mL,吹至70%~85%干,采用洗色牢度测试仪记录清洁后褪色衡量(取平均值),结果如表1所示。

△E>2以上为肉眼的分辨度,由表1可以看出,实施例1所得洗发水21天内固色护色效果明显,七次清洁(21天后),无论是染深黑色(色度为2)的羊毛还是染深金色(色度为6)的真发或者染极浅亚麻色(色度为10)的真发,其褪色衡量均不足以肉眼分辨,采用实施例1所得固色锁色洗发水具有较好的固色锁色作用,这是因为实施例1所得洗发水中包含的瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵良好的吸附性能,进一步促进动物毛发对外部补充的营养剂具有更好的吸收效率,而何首乌提取物、茶叶提取物、油橄榄果提取物、鳢肠叶提取物、人参根提取物中的多糖为天然抗氧化剂,其在毛发上很难被吸收,而蚕丝氨基酸是游离的氨基酸,平均分子量不超过100,其很容易被吸收,而蚕丝氨基酸中游离的氨基酸与上述天然提取物中的多糖形成聚合物后,可促进毛发根部对抗氧化多糖的吸收,其次抗氧化多糖随小分子氨基酸和水解小麦蛋白在毛发表面附着后,可减缓染色剂的氧化,有效地进行固色锁色。
实施例2
步骤一、于乳化锅中加入去离子水120份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠2份、月桂醇硫酸酯铵2份、聚季铵盐-10 1份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵1份、尿囊素1份加热至60℃,搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤二、保温条件下继续加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2份、椰油酰胺MEA1份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1份、大豆卵磷脂4份、羊毛脂2份、珠光剂1份、壳聚糖1份,搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤三、冷却至40℃后继续添加聚二甲基硅氧烷1份、丙烯酸及丙烯酸酯类共聚物1份、硫酸锌1份、柠檬酸钠1份、水解小麦蛋白4份、蚕丝氨基酸类2份、何首乌提取物6份、茶叶提取物2份、油橄榄果提取物2份、鳢肠叶提取物2份、人参根提取物1份、牛油果树果脂提取物5份、生育酚乙酸酯2份、海藻酸盐纳米凝胶3份,搅拌均匀;
步骤四、再次冷却至室温后加入柠檬酸12份、香精0.38份、卡松1份、氯化钠1份,消泡后分装即得所述固色锁色洗发水。
为研究实施例2所得洗发水对染发后固色锁色效果的影响,以人的真发(原发色为黑色)为实验对象,分为四组,每个8个,第一组为真发染黑蓝色(色度1),第二组为真发染深褐色(色度3),第三组为真发染浅金色(色度8),第四组为真发染极浅亚麻色(色度10),每隔三天对四组实验对象用实施例2所得洗发水进行清洁,清洁2次,每次用量为2mL,吹至70%~85%干,采用洗色牢度测试仪记录清洁后褪色衡量(取平均值),结果如表2所示。

△E>2以上为肉眼的分辨度,由表2可以看出,实施例2所得洗发水21天内固色护色效果明显,七次清洁(21天后),第一组真发染黑蓝色(色度1),第二组真发染深褐色(色度3),第三组真发染浅金色(色度8),第四组真发染极浅亚麻色(色度10)的褪色衡量均不足以肉眼分辨,可以有效地进行固色锁色。对比第一组第二组的数据与第三组和第四组的数据来看,实施例2所得固色锁色洗发水针对色度为1~4的染色头发的固色锁色效果优于色度为5~10的染色头发的固色锁色效果。这是因为色度在5~10的染色发色深度较浅,而珠光剂的添加量不足以完全折射浅色发色上的紫外光;且何首乌提取物量越重,越有利于发色发黑,不利于色度为5~10的色牢度。
对比表1和表2的数据可以看出,实施例2所得固色锁色洗发水的固色锁色效果在相同考察时间内均优于实施例1所得固色锁色洗发水,这是因为实施例2中增加了大豆卵磷脂、羊毛脂、生育酚乙酸酯、珠光剂以及稳定剂,稳定剂与珠光剂协同作用下,可以减少紫外线对染色剂的降解作用,稳定剂有效将珠光剂锁定在头发表层,紫外线经过珠光剂的折射,大部分的紫外线被隔绝在染发剂之外,羊毛脂与牛油果树果脂提取物等天然提取物可以有效维持头皮表面的水油平衡,营造良好的头皮环境。珠光剂附着在毛发表面可以有效减少紫外线的吸收,实验表明,表面附着珠光剂的毛发可以减少80%以上紫外线的吸收,从而达到有效的固色护色效果。而大豆卵磷脂、羊毛脂、生育酚乙酸酯以及牛油果树果脂提取物复合后,可以模拟出良好的油脂层,可以保护染色剂不被氧化和紫外线直接照射的同时,上述油脂层中脂肪含量低,附着在毛发表面也不会有油腻不干净的视觉效果,而海藻酸盐纳米凝胶和壳聚糖复合凝胶可以将营养物质穿透毛鳞片、发芯有效输送至发髓,修复发髓,使得附着在发芯上的染色剂更有附着力,不易脱落,海藻酸盐纳米凝胶和壳聚糖复合凝胶可以在毛发根部形成稳定平衡的生态环境,也有利于染色剂在毛发表面的附着。针对不同色度的染发剂染发后,本申请所申请的固色锁色洗发水提供了不同的配方,原则上来说染发色度越浅,珠光剂越多,何首乌提取物越少,牛油果树果脂提取物越少。
实施例3
步骤一、于乳化锅中加入去离子水200份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠3份、月桂醇硫酸酯铵3份、聚季铵盐-10 2份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵2份、尿囊素2份加热至80℃,搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤二、保温条件下继续加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3份、椰油酰胺MEA2份、鲸蜡硬脂醇2份、大豆卵磷脂6份、羊毛脂3份、珠光剂2份、壳聚糖2份,搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤三、冷却至50℃后继续添加聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、丙烯酸及丙烯酸酯类共聚物2份、硫酸锌1份、柠檬酸钠2份、水解小麦蛋白6份、蚕丝氨基酸类2份、何首乌提取物4份、茶叶提取物3份、油橄榄果提取物3份、鳢肠叶提取物3份、人参根提取物2份、牛油果树果脂提取物4份、生育酚乙酸酯3份、海藻酸盐纳米凝胶4份,搅拌均匀;
步骤四、再次冷却至室温后加入柠檬酸2份、香精0.8份、卡松4份、氯化钠1~2份,消泡后分装即得所述固色锁色洗发水。
为研究实施例3所得洗发水对染发后固色锁色效果的影响,以人的真发(原发色为黑色)为实验对象,分为四组,每个8个,第一组为真发染褐色(色度4),第二组为真发染浅褐色(色度5),第三组为真发染亚麻色(色度9),第四组为真发染极浅亚麻色(色度10),每隔三天对四组实验对象用实施例3所得洗发水进行清洁,清洁2次,每次用量为2mL,吹至70%~85%干,采用洗色牢度测试仪记录清洁后褪色衡量(取平均值),结果如表3所示。

△E>2以上为肉眼的分辨度,由表3可以看出,实施例3所得洗发水21天内固色护色效果明显,十次清洁(30天后),第一组真发染褐色(色度4),第二组真发染浅褐色(色度5),第三组真发染亚麻色(色度9),第四组真发染极浅亚麻色(色度10)的褪色衡量均不足以肉眼分辨,可以有效地进行固色锁色。对比第二组第三组的数据与第一组和第四组的数据来看,实施例3所得固色锁色洗发水针对色度为5~9的染色头发的固色锁色效果优于色度为1~4和10的染色头发的固色锁色效果。其珠光剂和何首乌提取物的科学添加量更有利于色度为5~9染色色牢度,针对不同色度的染发剂,海藻酸盐纳米凝胶和壳聚糖的配比需要微调,将营养物质穿透毛鳞片、发芯有效输送至发髓,修复发髓,使得附着在发芯上的染色剂更有附着力,不易脱落在毛发根部形成稳定平衡的生态环境,也有利于染色剂在毛发表面的附着。
实施例4
步骤一、于乳化锅中加入去离子水160份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠3份、月桂醇硫酸酯铵2份、聚季铵盐-10 2份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵2份、尿囊素1份加热至70℃,搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤二、保温条件下继续加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3份、椰油酰胺MEA1份、鲸蜡硬脂醇2份、大豆卵磷脂5份、羊毛脂3份、珠光剂3份、壳聚糖3份,搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤三、冷却至45℃后继续添加聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、丙烯酸及丙烯酸酯类共聚物1份、硫酸锌1份、柠檬酸钠2份、水解小麦蛋白5份、蚕丝氨基酸类3份、何首乌提取物2份、茶叶提取物3份、油橄榄果提取物3份、鳢肠叶提取物2份、人参根提取物1份、牛油果树果脂提取物3份、生育酚乙酸酯2份、海藻酸盐纳米凝胶3份,搅拌均匀;
步骤四、再次冷却至室温后加入柠檬酸1份、香精0.6份、卡松3份、氯化钠1份,消泡后分装即得所述固色锁色洗发水。
为研究实施例4所得洗发水对染发后固色锁色效果的影响,对60位染极浅亚麻色的志愿者进行了跟踪记录,60位志愿者的年龄分布如下:60岁以上10名、50~60岁10名、40~50岁10名、30~40岁10名、20~30岁10名、20岁以下10名。20天后,60名志愿者均未出现肉眼可分辨的褪色现象;30天后,60名志愿者中有23名志愿者出现了轻微褪色;45天后,60名志愿者才均出现了褪色现象,由此可以推测,实施例4所得固色锁色洗发水可适用于不同年龄、不同原发色染成极浅亚麻色染发需求的人员,固色锁色时间至少在20天。
为研究实施例4所得洗发水对染发后固色锁色效果的影响,以人的真发(原发色为黑色)为实验对象,分为三组,每个8个,第一组为真发染褐色(色度4),第二组为真发染金色(色度7),第三组为真发染极浅亚麻色(色度10),每隔三天对三组实验对象用实施例4所得洗发水进行清洁,清洁2次,每次用量为2mL,吹至70%~85%干,采用洗色牢度测试仪记录清洁后褪色衡量(取平均值),结果如表4所示。

如上所述,根据本发明,本发明至少包括以下有益效果:
其一、本发明提供的固色锁色洗发水对染发后头发提供了保湿补水-抗氧化-天然油膜保护层(抗紫外线)-头皮生态平衡-调节颜色投射度的五重固色锁色功能,针对永久染发和半永久染发的后期固色护色均有效果,20天内没有褪色现象,40天褪色衡量肉眼不足以分辨;

Claims (10)

1.固色锁色洗发水,其特征在于,包括重量份计的如下成分:
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠2~3份、月桂醇硫酸酯铵2~3份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2~3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1~2份、椰油酰胺MEA1~2份、丙烯酸及丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物1~2份、聚季铵盐-10 1~2份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵1~2份、硫酸锌1份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1~2份、水解小麦蛋白4~6份、蚕丝氨基酸类2~3份、尿囊素1~2份、柠檬酸钠1~2份、柠檬酸1~2份、氯化钠1~2份、何首乌提取物2~6份、茶叶提取物2~3份、油橄榄果提取物2~3份、鳢肠叶提取物2~3份、人参根提取物1~2份、牛油果树果脂提取物3~5份、香精0.3~0.8份、去离子水120~200份、卡松2~4份。
2.如权利要求1所述的固色锁色洗发水,其特征在于,还包括重量份计的如下成分:大豆卵磷脂4~6份、羊毛脂2~3份、生育酚乙酸酯2~3份、珠光剂1~3份。
3.如权利要求2所述的固色锁色洗发水,其特征在于,所述珠光剂为硬脂酸乙二醇双酯和硬脂酸乙二醇单酯的混合物。
4.如权利要求3所述的固色锁色洗发水,其特征在于,所述硬脂酸乙二醇双酯和硬脂酸乙二醇单酯的重量比为3~6:1。
5.如权利要求4所述的固色锁色洗发水,其特征在于,还包括稳定剂,所述稳定剂为重量份计的海藻酸盐纳米凝胶2~6份、壳聚糖1~3份,所述海藻酸盐纳米凝胶颗粒粒径为50~200nm。
6.如权利要求5所述的固色锁色洗发水,其特征在于,珠光剂为1份时,何首乌提取物为5~6份,牛油果树果脂提取物为5份,所述稳定剂包括海藻酸盐纳米凝胶2~6份、壳聚糖1~2份,且海藻酸盐纳米凝胶与壳聚糖的重量比为3:1。
7.如权利要求5所述的固色锁色洗发水,其特征在于,珠光剂为2份时,何首乌提取物为3~4份,牛油果树果脂提取物为4份,所述稳定剂包括海藻酸盐纳米凝胶2~4份、壳聚糖1~2份,且海藻酸盐纳米凝胶与壳聚糖的重量比为2:1。
8.如权利要求5所述的固色锁色洗发水,其特征在于,珠光剂为3份时,何首乌提取物为2份,牛油果树果脂提取物为3份,所述稳定剂包括海藻酸盐纳米凝胶3份、壳聚糖3份。
9.基于权利要求1所述固色锁色洗发水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤一、于乳化锅中加入去离子水120~200份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠2~3份、月桂醇硫酸酯铵2~3份、聚季铵盐-10 1~2份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵1~2份、尿囊素1~2份加热至60~80℃,搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤二、保温条件下继续加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2~3份、椰油酰胺MEA1~2份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1~2份,搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤三、冷却至40~50℃后继续添加聚二甲基硅氧烷1~2份、丙烯酸及丙烯酸酯类共聚物1~2份、硫酸锌1份、柠檬酸钠1~2份、水解小麦蛋白4~6份、蚕丝氨基酸类2~3份、何首乌提取物2~6份、茶叶提取物2~3份、油橄榄果提取物2~3份、鳢肠叶提取物2~3份、人参根提取物1~2份、牛油果树果脂提取物3~5份,搅拌均匀;
步骤四、再次冷却至室温后加入柠檬酸1~2份、香精0.3~0.8份、卡松2~4份、氯化钠1~2份,消泡后分装即得所述固色锁色洗发水。
10.基于权利要求6~8任一项所述固色锁色洗发水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤一、于乳化锅中加入去离子水120~200份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠2~3份、月桂醇硫酸酯铵2~3份、聚季铵盐-10 1~2份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵1~2份、尿囊素1~2份加热至60~80℃,搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤二、保温条件下继续加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2~3份、椰油酰胺MEA1~2份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1~2份、大豆卵磷脂4~6份、羊毛脂2~3份、珠光剂1~3份、壳聚糖1~3份,搅拌至完全溶解;
