Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to the field of IPC A61K8, and more particularly relates to double-tube facial cleanser.
Background
The existing commercially available facial cleanser is packaged by a single hose, and has the defects that the functions of the product are fixed, and the product components with more functions cannot coexist with the material body, so that the functions are lost; the consumer can not properly adjust the service performance of the product according to the skin state of the consumer in the use process, so that the skin is uncomfortable.
In the prior art, patent application document with the authority of publication number CN108992364B discloses a moisturizing facial cleanser containing sodium lauroyl glutamate, which is mild and non-irritating and has a moisturizing effect by taking sodium lauroyl glutamate as a main surfactant, but has weaker cleaning power.
The patent application document with the publication number of CN109464301B discloses a soap-based facial cleanser prepared by using a high molecular cationic polymer and a preparation method thereof, and the high molecular cationic polymer is added, so that the cleaning power of the product is ensured, and meanwhile, the irritation is reduced, but the moisturizing performance is not obviously improved.
The applicant made double tube facial cleanser by making it multi-functional. However, the pore diameter of the double-pipe facial cleanser pipe hole is too large, paste flows out easily, the pore diameter is too small, the paste is thickened and the viscosity is suddenly increased under the low-temperature state, so that the paste is hard, the pipe orifice is blocked, and the product cannot be used; when the material bodies of the inner pipe and the outer pipe are extruded, the poor compatibility of the material bodies of the inner pipe and the outer pipe causes the bad phenomenon of water dissolution.
However, the mouth of the packing material must be small in aperture due to objective factors of habit of consumers, manufacturing process and service life after unsealing, so that the problem that the double-tube facial cleanser is difficult to extrude when in use due to easy coarsening and hardening of paste at low temperature is solved, and the water dissolving phenomenon caused by poor compatibility of inner and outer tube materials of the double-tube facial cleanser is solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, according to a first aspect of the present invention, a double-tube facial cleanser is provided, wherein the raw materials for preparing the double-tube facial cleanser comprise an inner tube material and an outer tube material.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the inner tube material to the outer tube material is (1-2): (1-2).
The inner pipe material comprises, by weight, 45-70% of a surfactant, 5-15% of a humectant, 0-4% of an inorganic salt, 1-5% of a thickener, 0.01-2% of an acidity regulator, 0.001-0.01% of an essence, 0-0.01% of a preservative, and the balance of water to 100%.
The outer tube material comprises, by weight, 0.5-2% of fatty acid esters, 4-10% of polyalcohol, 0.5-2% of stabilizing agent, 0.01-2% of neutralizing agent, 0.001-0.01% of essence, 0-0.01% of preservative and the balance of water to 100%.
Preferably, the surfactant is one or more of amino acid type surfactant, anionic surfactant, cationic surfactant and nonionic surfactant; further preferred are amino acid type surfactants and anionic surfactants.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the amino acid type surfactant to the anionic surfactant is (1-2): (3-5).
Preferably, the amino acid type surfactant is one or more of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, potassium cocoyl glycinate, sodium lauroyl glutamate, sodium lauroyl Gui Jian propyl glycine, sodium cocoamide methyl taurate, palmitoyl glycine and sodium cocoyl glutamate; further preferred are sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, potassium cocoyl glycinate and sodium lauroyl glutamate.
Preferably, the amino acid type surfactant comprises 2-10 parts of lauroyl sarcosinate, 1-5 parts of potassium cocoyl glycinate and 1-5 parts of lauroyl sodium glutamate in parts by weight.
The CAS number of the lauroyl sarcosinate sodium is 137-16-6.
In some preferred embodiments, the potassium cocoyl glycinate and sodium lauroyl glutamate are purchased from bafu wetting chemicals, inc.
The applicant finds that the application of certain weight parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, potassium cocoyl glycinate and sodium lauroyl glutamate as amino acid type surfactants in a system can reduce the irritation of the facial cleanser, improve the cleaning power and improve the stability of the facial cleanser. This is probably due to the fact that sodium lauroyl sarcosinate has a low skin irritation but has a low degreasing property, and the applicant has unexpectedly found that the combination of three amino acid surfactants with a certain amount of potassium cocoyl glycinate and sodium lauroyl glutamate can reduce the skin irritation of the cleanser and increase the cleaning strength and stability. In addition, the potassium cocoyl glycinate and the sodium lauroyl glutamate also have a synergistic effect and jointly regulate the paste forming point of the tube material in the facial cleanser.
Preferably, the anionic surfactant is one or more of disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate, anionic polyacrylamide, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, potassium lauryl phosphate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate; further preferred is disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate.
In some preferred embodiments, the disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate is purchased from cantaloupe biosciences, inc.
Preferably, the humectant is one or more of glycerol, lactic acid, 1, 3-propanediol, allantoin, betaine, ceramide, sodium hyaluronate, butanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, and glycereth-26; further preferred is glycerol.
The applicant has found that, when glycerin is selected as the humectant, and the humectant accounts for 5-15% of the weight of the inner tube material, the pearly luster effect can be improved while the weather resistance of the inner tube material of the facial cleanser is improved. This is probably because glycerin not only can provide a moisturizing effect for skin, but also has a certain dispersing effect in the system, further improves the solubility of other components in the system, and when the dosage of the glycerin is 5-15% of the weight of the inner tube material, the precipitation of pearlescence in the system is not affected, so that the prepared inner tube material has shining pearlescence and excellent stability.
Preferably, the inorganic salt is one or more of sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride and ferric chloride; further preferred is sodium chloride.
Preferably, the thickener is one or more of PEG-150 distearate, acrylic acid (ester) copolymer, carbomer and xanthan gum; further preferred are PEG-150 distearate and acrylic copolymers.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the PEG-150 distearate to the acrylic copolymer is 1: (2-8); further preferred is 1: (3-5).
The CAS number of the PEG-150 distearate is 9005-08-7.
The CAS number of the acrylic copolymer is 25035-69-2.
In some preferred schemes, the weight ratio of 1: the PEG-150 distearate and acrylic acid (ester) copolymer of (2-8) can be used as a thickening agent, so that the stability of the inner tube of the face cleaning emulsion can be improved, and the pearl effect of the inner tube of the face cleaning emulsion can be improved. This is probably due to the fact that the acrylic copolymer alone acts as a thickener, although it keeps the system relatively stable, but only as a thickener in the system, which results in the prepared inner tubing still having a certain flowability at high temperature, the applicant has unexpectedly found that the addition of a certain amount of PEG-150 distearate to the system can synergistically act with the acrylic copolymer, and can adjust the paste point of the inner tubing while maintaining the stability of the inner tubing, but the PEG-150 distearate cannot be added too much, which not only has a certain risk of causing acne, but also causes both the paste point and the hardness of the system to be too high, which affects the use of the product.
Preferably, the acidity regulator is one or more of triethanolamine, citric acid, malic acid, sodium bicarbonate, succinic acid and oxalic acid; further preferred is citric acid.
Preferably, the preservative is one or more of phenoxyethanol, hydroxybenzoate, sodium hydroxymethylglycinate, butylhydroxytoluene and imidazolidinyl urea.
Preferably, the fatty acid ester is one or more of polyglycerol-10 fatty acid esters, polydimethylsiloxane, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, tween-60 and span-60; further preferred are polyglycerin-10 fatty acid esters.
Preferably, the polyglycerin-10 fatty acid ester is one or more of caprylic/capric glyceride polyglycerin-10 esters, polyglycerin-10 laurates, polyglycerin-10 myristates and polyglycerin-10 oleates.
In some preferred embodiments, the caprylic capric glyceride polyglycerin-10 esters are purchased from new materials technologies, inc.
In some preferred embodiments, the polyglycerol-10 laurates are purchased from RES PHARMA INDUSTRIALE SRL company.
In some preferred embodiments, the polyglycerol-10 myristate is purchased from Lu Borun company.
In some preferred embodiments, the polyglycerol-10 oleate is purchased from Dragon's corporation.
Preferably, the polyol is one or more of 1, 2-propylene glycol, glycerol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, 1, 4-butanediol, 1, 6-hexanediol, and 1, 3-butanediol; further preferred is glycerol.
Preferably, the stabilizer is one or more of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, xanthan gum and carbomer; further preferred are acrylic/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymers and xanthan gum.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer to the xanthan gum is (2-8): 1, a step of; further preferably, the ratio is 5:1.
In some preferred embodiments, the acrylic/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosslinked polymer is purchased from Lu Borun company.
In some preferred embodiments, the xanthan gum is purchased from basf.
The applicant has found unexpectedly that the weight ratio is chosen to be (2-8): 1/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and xanthan gum are used as stabilizing agents, so that the stability of the outer tube material can be ensured, and the compatibility of the outer tube material and the inner tube material can be improved. This is probably due to the synergistic effect of the acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and xanthan gum, the separation of emulsion products is maintained, the dispersion form is maintained to avoid coagulation, and the emulsion has a certain water locking function, so that the stability of the outer pipe material is improved, and meanwhile, the compatibility of the emulsion and the inner pipe material is improved, so that the emulsion is mixed without water.
Preferably, the neutralizing agent is one or more of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and triethanolamine; further preferred is potassium hydroxide.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of double-tube facial cleanser, which comprises the following steps:
and (3) respectively preparing an inner pipe material and an outer pipe material, and then filling the materials into a container.
The preparation method of the inner tube material comprises the following steps: adding water, surfactant, humectant, inorganic salt, and thickener into emulsifying pot, heating to 80-90deg.C, stirring to disperse uniformly, adding acidity regulator, stirring for 5-10min, adding essence and antiseptic, and stirring uniformly.
The preparation method of the outer tube material comprises the following steps: mixing and dissolving a neutralizing agent and water, adding polyol, and heating to 65-85 ℃ to obtain a water phase substance; heating fatty acid esters and stabilizer to 65-85deg.C, and stirring to dissolve completely to obtain oil phase substance; heating the emulsifying pot to 65-85deg.C, pouring the oil phase material into the emulsifying pot, stirring, rapidly adding the water phase material into the emulsifying pot, stirring with the oil phase material at 80deg.C or more for 30-60min, cooling to 45-65deg.C, adding antiseptic and essence, stirring, cooling to 40-45deg.C, keeping the temperature unchanged, and stirring for 40-70 min.
The beneficial effects are that:
1. by selecting certain parts by weight of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, potassium cocoyl glycinate and sodium lauroyl glutamate as amino acid type surfactants to be applied to a system, the irritation of the facial cleanser can be reduced, the cleaning power of the facial cleanser can be improved, and meanwhile, the stability of the facial cleanser can be improved.
2. By selecting glycerin as the humectant, and when the humectant accounts for 5-15% of the weight of the inner tube material, the pearly luster effect can be improved while the weather resistance of the inner tube material of the facial cleanser is improved.
