Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical acupuncture equipment, and particularly relates to a plasma acupuncture device and a plasma acupuncture method.
Background
Acupuncture is a method for treating diseases from the external treatment to the internal treatment, which is unique in China, and acupuncture techniques such as twirling, lifting and inserting are used for stimulating specific acupuncture points of a human body, and prefabricated wormwood is smoked and ironed on the acupuncture points on the body surface, so that the diseases are prevented and treated. The traditional Chinese medicine holds that acupuncture and moxibustion has the functions of dredging channels and collaterals, promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis, regulating yin and yang, strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil. Modern research results also show that acupuncture and moxibustion can relieve neck and shoulder pain, treat gastrointestinal diseases, promote metabolism of human bodies and prevent diseases.
Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture methods require that silver needles are used for puncturing the skin to stimulate acupuncture points, have higher requirements on the experience and operation technique of doctors, may cause accidental injuries such as needle breakage due to improper operation, and also have the risk of skin burn in the herbal medicine burning process. With the development of modern science and technology, acupuncture and moxibustion realized by electronic equipment becomes possible. The patent publication No. CN110859747A discloses an electronic heating acupuncture device, which is characterized in that the interior of an air cavity is vacuumized to make an acupuncture component absorbed at the acupuncture point of a human body, a micro motor is used for simulating the twisting of a human hand to make a needle head easily puncture the skin, so as to reduce the bending phenomenon, an electric heating sheet is used for baking moxibustion, so that heat and moxibustion extract are gasified and penetrate into the human body through a moxibustion hole, automatic acupuncture is realized, and the injury to the human body is reduced. The patent with publication number CN102058935A discloses a medical electronic acupuncture instrument and a control method thereof, wherein an MCU processor outputs electrical pulse signals, the electrical pulse signals are converted by a signal output module, and then the signals are deeply stimulated to acupuncture points of human body by passing through the skin through a silver needle, and the electrical stimulation of the pulses with different frequencies and different pulse widths is used to simulate manipulations such as twisting or lifting and inserting of the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture.
However, both the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture method and the modern electronic acupuncture method need to puncture the skin with silver needles. The penetration of the skin tissue by silver needles not only causes pain, but also may cause infection, and even a certain number of patients "sick needles" may cause the treatment to be impossible.

The plasma acts on the surface of human skin, does not damage the skin, but electrically stimulates acupuncture points through a strong electric field to achieve the effect of acupuncture. One controller 1 can simultaneously control a plurality of plasma acupuncture handles to simultaneously perform acupuncture treatment on a plurality of acupuncture points. Before the plasma switch is turned on, the grounding patch is attached near the acupuncture point to be acupunctured, so that the skin is attached to the electrode in the grounding patch, charged particles in the plasma are prevented from being accumulated in the human body, and the safety of users is guaranteed.
The invention also provides a plasma acupuncture method, which comprises the following steps:

step S3, generating plasma under the action of the high-voltage pulse;
and step S4, spraying the plasma to act on the skin of the human body, and generating electric stimulation to the acupuncture points.
The pulse strong electric field in the atmospheric pressure low-temperature plasma generates electric stimulation on acupuncture points of a human body to achieve the effect of acupuncture, the plasma temperature is close to the room temperature, the burning sensation or electric shock sensation cannot be caused to the human body, the skin tissue does not need to be punctured, and the plasma acupuncture needle has the advantage of good safety. Meanwhile, scientific research shows that the low-temperature plasma can increase skin permeability and promote transdermal drug delivery, so that the acupuncture point effect is achieved, and meanwhile, the electric heating sheet is used for baking the moxibustion sheet, so that heat and gasified moxibustion extracting solution penetrate into a human body through the skin, and the effect of thermal moxibustion is achieved. Is beneficial to relieving the venation and achieves good conditioning effect.
The invention directly generates electric stimulation to deep acupuncture points through a strong electric field generated by plasma, and does not adopt a acupuncture method of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture or a method of applying pulse signals to acupuncture needles to generate electric stimulation by a modern electric acupuncture method or a method of generating stimulation by using the impact force of high-speed airflow to the acupuncture points.
The invention uses the strong electric field in the atmospheric pressure low-temperature plasma to replace the traditional acupuncture technique to electrically stimulate the acupuncture points of the human body. Overcomes the defects that the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture manipulation and modern electronic acupuncture equipment need to puncture the skin by using a needle, and avoids the problems of infection, needle sickness, pain and the like possibly caused by the acupuncture. The pulse electric field generated by the plasma in the deep layer of the skin can replace the simulation of Chinese medicine acupuncture twirling and lifting and inserting methods to stimulate the acupuncture points, and different stimulation modes are generated by controlling voltage frequency and pulse width parameters and a pulse modulation method, so that the treatment effect is improved. Active nitrogen, oxygen (RONS) and other active ingredients in the plasma have extremely strong sterilization effect, can effectively kill bacteria, and can overcome the risk of infection caused by the traditional acupuncture technology because the electrode can not directly pierce the skin.
The plasma generator in the invention can directly ionize the air in the environment without using inert gas, thereby avoiding a heavy gas storage device. Meanwhile, a pressure gas supply unit is not needed, namely high-speed airflow is not needed to be generated to act on the plasma and is blown to the skin, the skin of a human body is used as a low electrode, the plasma generator is a high electrode, potential difference exists between the plasma generator and the skin, the plasma automatically flows to the skin, and a strong electric field in the plasma directly penetrates through the skin to generate electric stimulation to deep acupuncture points. Meanwhile, a large amount of charged particles, excited particles and active nitroxide radicals generated in the plasma act on the surface of the skin to improve the permeability of the skin, and supplement the skin with the synergistic effect of the plasma electric field on the electrical stimulation of acupuncture points, so that the moxibustion effect is improved to the maximum extent under the condition of not puncturing the skin.
In the prior art, the acupuncture effect is generated by the pressure of the airflow on the surface of the skin tissue of the human body, the electrode is far away from the human body, and the electric field acting on the human body is very weak, because a strong electric field exists between the high-voltage electrode and the ground electrode; and the direction of the electric field is perpendicular to the direction of the airflow, and the electric field is not directly directed to the skin, so that the penetrability is poor. And require heavy storage and pressurization equipment that is heavy and complex.
The current of the low-temperature plasma is only in the magnitude of a few milliamperes or microamperes and is lower than the safety current limit of a human body, the pulse width of a pulse electric field is 100ns-5 mus, obvious electric shock feeling is avoided, the temperature of the plasma is close to room temperature, skin burn cannot be caused, safety and reliability are achieved, pain in acupuncture is avoided, and the comfort of the acupuncture process is improved.
The device is convenient to use and simple to operate. The traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture has higher requirements on the operation technique of doctors and needs long-term operation experience. Improper operation can affect the acupuncture effect, and even can bring pain to the patient and even cause the consequences of needle breakage and the like. The device can stimulate deep acupuncture points by using the plasma electric field only by placing and fixing the device on the corresponding acupuncture points on the surface of the skin, thereby achieving the effects of dredging channels and collaterals and conditioning bodies.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the invention, and that any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
