Referring to fig. 1-3 and 5, the driving device 3 includes a second motor 31 mounted on the chassis 11, a second rotating shaft 32 rotatably mounted on the chassis 11, a first rod 33 and a second rod 34; the second motor 31 drives the second rotating shaft 32 to rotate, and the second rotating shaft 32 is provided with an eccentric shaft 321; one end of the first rod 33 is provided with a first shaft hole 331, and the eccentric shaft 321 is adapted to be mounted in the first shaft hole 331; the other end of the first rod body 33 is connected with one end of the second rod body 34, and the other end of the second rod body 34 is connected with the movable frame 2; specifically, the first rod 33 and the second rod 34 are fixedly connected, and the second rod 34 and the movable frame 2 are also fixedly connected; after the eccentric shaft 321 of the second rotating shaft 32 is installed in the first shaft hole 331, when the second rotating shaft 32 rotates, the first rod 33 can be shifted to move regularly up and down and back and forth, so that the movable frame 2 can vibrate up and down and back and forth.
