A method for enhancing the cooling effect of a polylactic acid segment is characterized by comprising the following steps: the polylactic acid film forming the polylactic acid film filtering section of the cigarette filter is uniformly perforated, the bottom edges of the holes are ensured not to be cut to form an everted fin film connected with the film body, the fin film extends out of two sides of the film body in a staggered mode, smoke gas during smoking can be caused to circularly detour and fully contact with the polylactic acid film for heat exchange, the cooling effect of the polylactic acid section is improved, and the included angle between the fin film and the film body is 30-45 degrees; the opening direction of the holes faces to the smoke flowing direction or faces away from the smoke flowing direction. The invention overcomes the problem of higher smoke temperature of the existing cigarette which is not burnt when being heated, so that the smoke is in full contact with the polylactic acid film for heat exchange, the contact area and the contact time with the smoke are increased as much as possible under the condition of not influencing the smoke circulation, thereby reducing the temperature, and further achieving the purposes of improving the cooling effect of the polylactic acid section and balancing the smoke.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for cooling polylactic acid section of a cigarette filter tip which is not combusted by heating; through punching on the polylactic acid film, the flue gas when increasing the suction flows around for flue gas and polylactic acid film fully contact, let the faster convection current of heat to a cigarette surface, thereby reach the purpose that improves polylactic acid section cooling effect and can balance the flue gas.
Background
In recent years, the vitality of the traditional tobacco market is declined, the novel tobacco is developed rapidly, the cigarette which is not burnt by heating is developed rapidly in the international market, and the research aiming at the cigarette which is not burnt is a hot problem of the tobacco technology. Wherein the heating of the non-burning cigarette filter is greatly different from that of the traditional cigarette. As shown in figure 1, the structure of the device mainly comprises three sections, namely a hollow acetate fiber tube, a polylactic acid membrane filtering section and an acetate fiber section. The hollow section is used as a generator for heating aerosol of tobacco products, and various chemical substances released after the tobacco core section is heated are gasified, condensed and uniformly mixed in the hollow section to form aerosol for consumers to suck; the polylactic acid section is formed by rolling a polylactic acid film into a bundle, and mainly functions to reduce the temperature of the aerosol; the last acetate fiber section can balance the smoke to prevent the excessive concentration of the smoke, and simultaneously has the functions of filtering and adjusting the size of the suction resistance.
At present, the polylactic acid section of the cigarette which is not combusted by heating is mainly formed by uniformly folding and embossing a polylactic acid film by a special forming device, and then gathering and packaging the polylactic acid film after bundling. The good heat absorption effect of the polylactic acid film is utilized to reduce the temperature of the smoke.
At present, the problem that the smoke temperature of partially heated non-combustible cigarettes is high still exists, smoke mainly exchanges heat through full contact with the polylactic acid film, and therefore the polylactic acid film needs to increase the contact area and the contact time with the smoke as far as possible under the condition that the smoke circulation is not influenced, and the temperature is reduced.

The opening direction of the holes faces to the smoke flow direction or faces away from the smoke flow direction; the arrangement mode of the holes can be arranged according to a certain arrangement rule, or symmetrical arrangement or staggered arrangement, or random distribution; the shape of the hole can be triangular, square, semicircular, semielliptical or trapezoidal, and only the protruding part needs to be ensured to extend outwards to form a protrusion and be kept.
The non-combustion cigarette filter with the rapid cooling function comprises a polylactic acid film filtering section, wherein: the polylactic acid film filtering section is formed by rolling the polylactic acid film which is perforated by the method into a bundle.
The mechanism of the invention is as follows: due to the holes and the fin film on the polylactic acid film body, when smoke flows through the polylactic acid section, the smoke can continuously pass through the triangular holes under the action of pressure, so that the streamline of airflow is complicated and irregular, heat is more quickly convected to the surface of a cigarette, heat exchange is carried out with the environment, and the purpose of accelerating cooling is realized.
Compared with the prior art, the cigarette has the greatest advantage of overcoming the problem of higher smoke temperature of the existing cigarette which is not burnt when being heated, so that the smoke is in full contact with the polylactic acid film for heat exchange, the contact area and the contact time with the smoke are increased as much as possible under the condition of not influencing the smoke circulation, the temperature is reduced, and the aims of improving the cooling effect of the polylactic acid section and balancing the smoke are fulfilled.

as shown in fig. 2-7: a method for enhancing the cooling effect of a polylactic acid section comprises the steps of uniformly punching holes in a polylactic acid film forming a polylactic acid film filtering section of a cigarette filter tip, ensuring that the bottom edges of the holes are not cut off to form a wing film which is connected with a film body and turned outwards, extending out of two sides of the film body in a staggered mode, enabling smoke gas during smoking to be roundabout and fully contacted with the polylactic acid film for heat exchange, and achieving the effect of improving the cooling effect of the polylactic acid section.

More specifically, the polylactic acid film is perforated before being rolled into a bundle, and the bottom edges of the perforations are ensured not to be cut off, and adjacent wing films are respectively at 45 degrees or-45 degrees with the axial direction and are kept. The height of the film is not more than the distance between adjacent films after being rolled, so that the film is prevented from being extruded and deformed after being rolled. The rolled film is similar to that shown in figure 7.
The polylactic acid film is punched by the method, and then the punched polylactic acid film is rolled into a bundle to be made into a polylactic acid film filter section, and the filter tip made by the filter section is the non-combustion cigarette filter tip with the rapid cooling function.
The thermocouple is used for detecting the temperature of each segment of the filter tip, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the cooling effect before and after improvement is obvious; the average temperature of the polylactic acid section is reduced by 5 ℃. The average temperature of the acetate fiber section is reduced by 3 ℃.

A method for enhancing the cooling effect of a polylactic acid segment is characterized by comprising the following steps: the polylactic acid film forming the polylactic acid film filtering section of the cigarette filter tip is uniformly perforated, the bottom edges of the holes are not cut off to form a wing film which is connected with the film body and is turned outwards, the wing film extends out of two sides of the film body in a staggered mode, smoke gas during suction can circulate around and detour, the smoke gas is in full contact with the polylactic acid film to exchange heat, and the effect of reducing the temperature of the polylactic acid section is improved.
