本发明公开一种杀灭蛴螬的药剂,将凋落的云南松松针、蒲公英根洗净阴干后粉碎,按照一定比例混合,采用乙醇水溶液进行提取,过滤取提取液。本发明的药剂原料获取容易,绿色安全,制备方法简单,用于杀灭蛴螬,效果良好,致死率可以达到83.35%。

技术领域
本发明涉及杀灭地下害虫的药剂,具体为一种杀灭蛴螬的药剂。
背景技术
蛴螬为金龟子的幼虫,蛴螬一般危害农作物、经济作物,喜食刚播的种子,根、块、茎以及幼苗,是世界性的地下害虫,危害很大,防治难度较大。目前防治蛴螬的方法主要有化学防治、生物防治、物理防治和农事管理措施,且以化学防治为主。
但以上防治措施均存在一定的问题,化学防治主要采用化学农药对蛴螬进行杀灭,过量的使用化学农药,导致土壤理化性质破坏,土壤微生态系统失衡,蛴螬的抗药性增加。生物防治采取“以菌治虫、以虫治虫”的策略,对环境污染小,防治的靶向作用明显,在连续使用的情况下,对一些病虫也具有连续而持久的抑制作用,但土壤生态环境和使用技术可影响病原线虫作用的发挥;而白僵菌、绿僵菌等病原真菌要求防治时使用较大的菌量,菌剂的货架期较短,病原真菌对蛴螬的侵染周期较长,同时其应用也存在地域性的限制,对环境温湿度要求较高。生物防治存在杀灭活性高、杀虫速度慢、持效时间短、环境敏感,成本高等特点。物理防治和农事管理措施主要用于预防虫害的发生,对于治理来说不如其他方法,且费时费力。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的以上技术问题,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种杀虫效果好、成本低、简单易得,且对对作物和环境友好的杀灭蛴螬药剂。
本发明提供了一种杀灭蛴螬的药剂,该药剂是将凋落的云南松松针、蒲公英根,预处理后混合,用乙醇水溶液提取所得的提取液。
优选的,所述的预处理是将凋落的云南松松针、蒲公英根用水洗净,阴干后粉碎,过300目筛。
优选的,云南松松针粉末、蒲公英根粉末的混合重量比为7:3。
优选的,所述的乙醇水溶液体积浓度为75%,按每克混合物5ml加入。
优选的,所述的乙醇水溶液体积浓度为95%,按每克混合物20ml加入。
基于以上技术方案,本发明所产生的技术效果为:
本发明药剂所选用的原料均为植物来源,绿色环保,种类简单,获取较为容易。本发明药剂适口性好,蛴螬取食积极,杀虫效率高,持效时间长,在蛴螬取食第二天表现出高杀虫率,解决了许多植物源杀虫剂作用慢的缺陷,无需通过繁琐工艺制备乳剂或颗粒来克服持效时间短的问题,大大降低了成本,便于大规模推广。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种杀灭蛴螬的药剂,将凋落的中龄云南松松针、蒲公英根,用水冲洗干净,阴干,粉碎后过300目筛,按照重量比松针粉末与蒲公英粉末7:3的比例混合,再按每克混合粉末5ml的量加入75%的乙醇水溶液,振荡提取30分钟后,过滤取提取液即得。
设置三个重复,按以下方法进行杀虫效果试验:取20头蛴螬,按照每头400微升的量,用上述提取液饲喂,72小时后记录蛴螬死亡数,以蛴螬死亡数的百分比作为杀虫率。
分别单独选凋落的中龄云南松松针、蒲公英根作为原料,其他步骤与实施例1完全相同,作为对比例1、对比例2。蛴螬杀灭效果见表1。

实施例2

以往的研究表明:松针往往作为植物抑菌剂使用,且受松树的种类、松针的成熟度影响,并未发现对地下害虫有杀灭作用。蒲公英根作为一种中药材,蒲公英根具有一定的清热解毒、凉血消肿的作用,亦未发现对地下害虫有杀灭作用。从以上的实施例和对比例的杀灭效果可以看出:本发明采用自然凋落的云南松松针、蒲公英根制备杀灭蛴螬的药剂,二者组合产生协同作用,杀灭蛴螬的效果大大增强,对蛴螬产生了良好的杀灭作用,且制备方法简单可控,为农业生产中蛴螬的防治提供了一种更好的方式,具有良好的推广价值。

1.一种杀灭蛴螬的药剂,其特征在于:该药剂是将凋落的云南松松针、蒲公英根,预处理后混合,用乙醇水溶液提取所得的提取液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀灭蛴螬的药剂,其特征在于:所述的预处理是将凋落的云南松松针、蒲公英根用水洗净,阴干后粉碎,过300目筛。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀灭蛴螬的药剂,其特征在于:云南松松针粉末和蒲公英根粉末的混合重量比为7:3。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的杀灭蛴螬的药剂,其特征在于:所述的乙醇水溶液体积浓度为75%,按每克混合物5ml加入。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的杀灭蛴螬的药剂,其特征在于,所述的乙醇水溶液体积浓度为95%,按每克混合物20ml加入。
