Abstract

本申请实施例提供一种RRC连接方法、设备及系统，以实现远端设备与无线接入网设备之间的RRC连接。本申请提供的方法包括：第一终端从第二终端接收所述第二终端的RRC建立请求；和所述第一终端通过第一SRB向所述网络设备发送所述RRC建立请求；其中，所述第一SRB位于公共控制信道。第二终端通过重用第一终端的SRB0、SRB1或SRB2与无线接入网设备进行RRC信令交互，能够帮助小区边缘或者小区覆盖范围外的第二终端成功接入无线接入网设备并与之通信。
