Description

Method and device for determining package price and computer readable storage medium
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium for determining a package tariff.
Background
In a single domain package, because the service attributions of a plurality of services in the package are the same as the account attributions, the conventional method for determining the package charge is to accumulate the prices of the services in the package in the account attributions to obtain the charge of the package.
With the development of the era, a cross-domain package is started, wherein the cross-domain package means that the package includes a plurality of services, the region to which the services belong is different from the region to which the account belongs, for example, a certain cross-domain package with the region to which the account belongs being the E region includes two services, namely, a flow service belonging region is the F region, and a call service belonging region is the H region.
When determining the price of a cross-domain package, the conventional method for determining the price of the package is to determine the price of each service in an account attribution area if the account attribution and each service included in the package are unchanged, no matter whether the service attribution of each service in the package is the account attribution or not.
For a service, when the service attribution is different from the account attribution, the price of the service in the account attribution is different from the service cost in the service attribution, and the price is also different, so that the price of the service in the cross-domain package determined by the existing scheme is relatively fixed, and the package charge cannot be flexibly determined.

Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a method for determining package tariff provided in the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
s301, the determining device obtains the initial price of each service in the plurality of services.
The plurality of services are services included in a package ordered by the account, and the initial price is the price of the services in the account attribution of the account.
As a possible implementation manner, the determining device receives a service initial price matrix sent from the electronic device shown in fig. 1, where the service initial price matrix includes an initial price of each service in a plurality of services.
Illustratively, the business initial price matrix may be m 1 m 2 m m n ]. Wherein m is 1 Initial price, m, for a first one of a plurality of services 2 Initial price for the second of a plurality of services, and so on, m n Is the initial price of the nth service.
Each service has a corresponding service attribute, which includes, for example, a service classification, a service attribution, a service rule, and a service price.
The service classification is used to indicate the service type of the service, such as a mobile network service, a fixed telephone service, a broadband service, and a rights and interests service. The mobile network services include voice services, traffic services, short message services, and the like. The fixed-line service includes a general telephone service, a Next Generation Network (NGN) service, a digital relay service, an analog relay service, a center service, and the like. The broadband service includes various types of digital subscriber line (XDSL) services, a broadband service, a 165 dialing service, an interactive network television service, a 165 virtual private-dial network (VPDN) service, a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) service, and the like. The equity services include VIP (VIP) services, coupon services, and the like.
The service home is used to indicate the home of the service, for example, the home of the a service is E domain or F domain.
It should be noted that the account attribution or the service attribution may be a provincial attribution, such as E province and F province, or the attribution may be a city-level region, such as E city and F city, which is not limited in this application.
The service rule is used for indicating the subscription number constraint of the service, for example, the A service can subscribe for 1 or 2 times, the combination constraint between different services, for example, the A service cannot be simultaneously selected with the B service or the A service needs to be simultaneously selected with the C service, the service is applicable to the account range constraint, for example, the A service cannot be selected by the Z account.
The service price is used to indicate the price of the service in the service home area, for example, the price of the a service in the E area is X.
Correspondingly, packages also have corresponding package attributes, fig. 4 is a package attribute composition schematic diagram provided by the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, package attributes include package composition, package classification, package attribution, package rules, package marketing labels, and package tariffs.
The package is configured to indicate a plurality of services included in the package, for example, the T package includes a service a, a service B, and a service C.
The package category is used to indicate the type of package, for example, T-package is mobile web-type package, fixed-line type package, or hybrid package.
It should be noted that the type of package may be determined according to the service type with the largest number of services, for example, if the number of mobile network services in the T package is the largest, the T package is a mobile network package, if the number of fixed-line services in the T package is the largest, the T package is a fixed-line package, and if the number of services of different service types in the T package is the largest at the same time, the T package is a mixed package.
The package attribution is used to indicate the account attribution of the package, for example, if the account attribution of the T package is the E domain, then the package attribution of the T package is the E domain.
The package rule is determined according to a service rule of a service, and the package rule is used for indicating the sum of service rules of a plurality of services included in the package, for example, a service a and a service C of a T package, where the service rule of the service a is that the service a cannot be selected simultaneously with the service B, the service rule of the service C is that the service a needs to be selected simultaneously with the service C, and the package rule of the T package is that the service a cannot be selected simultaneously with the service B and the service a needs to be selected simultaneously with the service C.
The package marketing label is used for indicating the marketing point of the package, for example, the marketing point of the T package is suitable for students to use, then the package marketing label of the T package is the student package, the marketing point of the T package is suitable for old people to use, then the package marketing label of the T package is the old people package.
The package cost is used to indicate the cost of the package, and the specific method for determining the package cost may refer to the subsequent steps, which are not described herein again.
S302, the determining device determines a price adjusting matrix.
The price adjustment matrix is obtained by calculation based on a first matrix and/or a second matrix, and the first matrix is used for representing an adjustment coefficient of the business attribution price of each business relative to the average price of each business; the home location price is the price of the service in the service home location, and the average price is the average price of the service in a plurality of service home locations corresponding to the package; the second matrix is used for representing the adjusting coefficient of the number of the telecommunication accounts of the account attribution area relative to the number of the telecommunication accounts of each service attribution area in the plurality of service attribution areas.
As a possible implementation, the determining means may take the first matrix as the price adjustment matrix, may take the second matrix as the price adjustment matrix, or may take the product of the first matrix and the second matrix as the price adjustment matrix.
For specific implementation of the possible implementation, reference may be made to the description of the subsequent embodiments, which is not described herein again.
For example, the service attribution of the service a is an E region, the service attribution of the service B is an F region, the service attribution of the service C is a G region, and the service attribution of the service D is an H region, and then the service attributions of the services T are the E region, the F region, the G region, and the H region. For another example, if the T package includes a service a, a service B, a service C, and a service D, the service location of the service a is the E region, the service location of the service B is the F region, the service location of the service C is the E region, and the service location of the service D is the H region, the service locations corresponding to the T package are the E region, the F region, and the H region.
As a possible implementation manner, regarding the average price of the service, if the plurality of service attributions corresponding to the T package are respectively an E region, an F region, a G region, and an H region, for the a service, the price of the a service in the E region is Y1, the price of the a service in the F region is Y2, the price of the a service in the G region is Y3, and the price of the a service in the H region is Y4, the average price of the a service is (Y1+ Y2+ Y3+ Y4)/4.
As an example, in case the price adjustment matrix is a first matrix, the first matrix may be a diagonal matrix, e.g. the first matrix, i.e. the price adjustment matrix may be represented as
Figure BDA0003652374210000071
Wherein, a 1 Adjustment factor for the first service, a 2 Adjustment of the coefficients for the second service, and so on, a n Is the adjustment factor of the nth service.
As an example, in case the price adjustment matrix is a second matrix, the second matrix may be a diagonal matrix, e.g. the second matrix, i.e. the price adjustment matrix may be represented as
Figure BDA0003652374210000072
Wherein, b 1 Adjustment factor for the first account, b 2 Adjustment of the coefficients for the second service, and so on, b n Is the adjustment factor of the nth service.
As an example, where the price adjustment matrix is a third matrix, the first and second matrices may be diagonal matrices, for example, as described aboveThe first matrix and the second matrix are taken as examples, and the product of the first matrix and the second matrix, i.e. the price adjustment matrix, can be expressed as
Figure BDA0003652374210000073
Wherein, a 1 b 1 Adjustment factor for the first service, a 2 b 2 Adjustment of the coefficients for the second service, and so on, a n b n Is the adjustment factor of the nth service.
S303, the determining device adjusts the initial price of each service based on the price adjusting matrix to obtain the target price of each service.
As a possible implementation manner, the determining device multiplies the initial price matrix including the initial price of each service by the price adjusting matrix to obtain a third matrix, where the third matrix includes the target price of each service.
Illustratively, taking the initial price matrix example in S301, the price adjustment matrix in S302 as the first matrix example, the third matrix can be expressed as
Figure BDA0003652374210000074
Wherein m is 1 a 1 For the target price of the first service, m 2 a 2 Is the target price of the second service, and so on, m n a n Is the price of the nth service.
S304, the determining device determines the price of the package in the account attribution according to the target prices of the services.
As a possible implementation manner, the determining device accumulates the target prices of a plurality of services to obtain the price of the package in the account attribution.
Illustratively, taking the target price example in S303 as an example, the determining device sums the target prices of the multiple services according to a formula to obtain the tariff of the package in the account attribution.
Figure BDA0003652374210000075
Wherein P represents the charge of the package in the account attribution, Q i Target price for ith service, e.g. Q 1 =m 1 a 1 ,Q 2 =m 2 a 2 ,Q n =m n a n
Based on the scheme, compared with the prior art that the price of each service in the account attribution area is fixedly used as the price of each service, the scheme of the application adjusts the initial prices of a plurality of services in the package through the adjustment coefficient representing the price of the service attribution area of each service relative to the average price of each service and/or the adjustment coefficient representing the number of the telecommunication accounts of the account attribution area relative to the number of the telecommunication accounts of each service attribution area of a plurality of service attribution areas, so that the price of each service is not fixed any more, and the package expense can be flexibly determined.
The above embodiments of the present application are described in general terms, and will be further described below.
Optionally, fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of a method for determining a price adjustment matrix provided in the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the step S302 may specifically include the following steps:
s501, the determining device takes the ratio of the service attribution price of each service to the average price of each service as each element in the first matrix.
As a possible implementation manner, if the service attribution price of the first service is M1 and the average price of the first service is R1, the determining device takes M1/R1 as an element in the first matrix. If the home price of the second service is M2, the average price of the second service is R2, the determining means takes M2/R2 as a further element in the first matrix, and so on.
Illustratively, the first matrix may be a diagonal matrix, e.g., the first matrix may be represented as
Figure BDA0003652374210000081
Wherein, a 1 =M1/R1,a 2 M2/R2, and the likePush away, a n =Mn/Rn。
S502, the determining device takes the first matrix as a price adjusting matrix.
The determining device can use the first matrix as the price adjustment matrix after determining each element in the first matrix.
Based on the scheme, the ratio of the service attribution price of each service to the average price of each service is used as each element in the first matrix, and the first matrix is used as the price adjustment matrix, so that the price adjustment matrix can be obtained.
Optionally, fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of another method for determining a price adjustment matrix provided in the present application, as shown in fig. 6, where step S302 may specifically include the following steps:
s601, the determining device takes the ratio of the number of the telecommunication accounts of the account attribution area to the number of the telecommunication accounts of each service attribution area in a plurality of service attribution areas as each element in the second matrix.
As a possible implementation, if the number of telecommunications accounts of the account attribution is K and the number of telecommunications accounts of the service attribution of the first service is U1, the determining device takes K/U1 as an element in the second matrix. If the number of telecommunications accounts of the service home of the second service is U2, the determining means takes K/U2 as an element in the second matrix, and so on.
Illustratively, the second matrix may be a diagonal matrix, e.g., the second matrix may be represented as
Figure BDA0003652374210000082
Wherein, b 1 =K/U1,b 2 K/U2, and so on, b n =K/Un。
And S602, taking the second matrix as a price adjusting matrix.
After determining each element in the second matrix, the determining device may use the second matrix as a price adjustment matrix.
Based on the scheme, the ratio of the service attribution price of each service to the average price of each service is used as each element in the second matrix, and the second matrix is used as the price adjustment matrix, so that the price adjustment matrix can be obtained.
Optionally, fig. 7 is a schematic flowchart of a further method for determining a price adjustment matrix provided in the present application, as shown in fig. 7, where step S302 may specifically include the following steps:
s701, the determining device takes the ratio of the service attribution price of each service to the average price of each service as each element in the first matrix.
For the specific implementation of this step, reference may be made to the description in S501, and details are not repeated here.
S702, the determining device takes the ratio of the number of the telecommunication accounts of the account attribution area to the number of the telecommunication accounts of each service attribution area in a plurality of service attribution areas as each element in the second matrix.
For specific implementation of this step, reference may be made to the description in S601, which is not described herein again.
S703, the determining device determines the product of the first matrix and the second matrix as a price adjusting matrix.
As a possible implementation manner, taking the first matrix example in S501 and the second matrix example in S601 as examples, for example, the price adjustment matrix can be expressed as
Figure BDA0003652374210000091
Based on the scheme, the price adjustment matrix can be obtained by determining the first matrix and the second matrix and taking the product of the first matrix and the second matrix as the price adjustment matrix.
Optionally, fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart of another method for determining a package tariff provided by the present application, as shown in fig. 8, S304 provided by the present application may specifically include the following steps:
s801, the determining device sums the target prices of the multiple services to obtain the initial package price.
As one possible implementation, taking the target price example in S303 as an example, the determining device can sum the target prices of the multiple services according to formula two to obtain the initial package price.
Figure BDA0003652374210000092
Wherein O represents the initial package price, Q i Target price for ith service, e.g. Q 1 =m 1 a 1 ,Q 2 =m 2 a 2 ,Q n =m n a n
S802, the determining device determines the discount coefficient of the package according to the category number of the service types of the plurality of services.
Wherein the discount coefficient is inversely related to the number of classes of the traffic type.
As a possible implementation manner, taking the service type example in S301 as an example, if the service types of the multiple services included in the T package are all mobile network type services, and the number of classes of the service types is 1, the determining device determines that the discount coefficient of the package is W1, for example, W1 is 0.9. If the service types of the plurality of services included in the T package are mobile network service and fixed telephone service, and the number of the service types is 2, the determining apparatus determines that the discount coefficient of the package is W2, for example, W2 is 0.8. If the service types of the services included in the T package are all mobile network service, fixed telephone service and broadband service, and the number of the service types is 3, the determining device determines that the discount coefficient of the package is W3, for example, W3 is 0.7. If the service types of the services included in the T package are all mobile network service, fixed telephone service, broadband service and rights and interests service, and the number of the service types is 4, the determining device determines that the discount coefficient of the package is W4, for example, W4 is 0.7.
And S803, the determining device takes the product of the initial package price and the discount coefficient as the charge of the package in the account attribution.
As a possible implementation manner, taking the initial package price as O1 and the discount coefficient as W2 as an example, the determining device determines that the price of the package in the account attribution is O1 × W2.
Based on the scheme, the discount coefficient of the package is determined according to the category number of the service types of the multiple services, and when the category number of the service types is larger, the discount strength is larger, so that the flexibility of determining the package charge can be further improved.
