Abstract
The invention discloses a metallized film capacitor with high safety performance, which comprises an outer casing and a capacitor main body arranged in the outer casing, wherein the top end of the capacitor main body is provided with an electrode extending to the outside of the outer casing, the capacitor main body is of a cylindrical structure, and an insulating heat absorption cylinder is arranged in the capacitor main body; and heat conduction liquid is filled between the outer package shell and the capacitor main body and inside the insulating heat absorption cylinder. According to the invention, through the arrangement of the insulating heat absorption cylinder, the heat conduction liquid arranged in the insulating heat absorption cylinder and other structures, better absorption of heat generated by the capacitor main body can be realized, so that the heat is uniformly distributed, and the capacitor which is caused by one position of heat accumulation is prevented from being easily damaged; and the device can have better high temperature resistance through the heat conducting rod, the phase change material and the like.

Technical Field

Background
Two conductors close to each other with a layer of non-conductive insulating medium sandwiched between them, constitute a capacitor. When a voltage is applied between both electrode plates of a capacitor, the capacitor stores electric charge, and a metallized film capacitor is manufactured by, for example, housing a capacitor element formed by winding or laminating a metallized film having a metal vapor deposited film provided on the surface of a resin film in an exterior case, filling the case with a resin, and curing the resin.
In the use process of the metallized film capacitor, the heat conductivity of the film is poor, and the metal coating layer evaporated on the film has good heat conductivity, so that heat is easy to gather, the temperature of the metallized film capacitor is increased, when the temperature reaches a certain temperature, the capacitor cannot continuously bear heat caused by any current, and the service life of the capacitor is shortened.
For this reason, we propose a metallized film capacitor with high safety performance to solve the above problems.

The outer casing 1 comprises a cover 11 and a cylinder 12, wherein the cover 11 is provided with an outer wrapping part 13 which is wrapped at the top end of the side wall of the cylinder 12, and the outer wrapping part 13 is matched with the cylinder 12 through threads. The heat conducting liquid is filled in the insulating heat absorbing cylinder 4, the effects of absorbing heat and guaranteeing uniform heat distribution are achieved, and the situation that heat is accumulated at one place to cause high temperature is avoided.
And fixedly connected with heat conduction rod 41 in insulating heat absorption section of thick bamboo 4, be equipped with a plurality of metal poles 42 between heat conduction rod 41 and the insulating heat absorption section of thick bamboo 4 inner wall, further realize that the inside heat distribution of insulating heat absorption section of thick bamboo 4 is more even.
The metal rod 42 is sleeved with a phase change material 43, and the phase change material 43 can be a phase change material capable of being converted in solid-liquid states, such as paraffin. And the phase change material 43 is wrapped on the annular side of the metal rod 42 through a film, so that the good specific heat capacity can be realized through the phase change material 43, and further, the insulation heat absorption barrel 4 can be stable in a certain temperature range, and the abrupt temperature rise is avoided.
And heat conducting liquid is filled between the outer casing 1 and the capacitor main body 2, so that the heat absorbing effect is further realized, and the heat accumulation outside the capacitor is avoided.
A plurality of filling resin blocks 9 are provided between the protective tube 6 and the capacitor body 2 for supporting the capacitor body 2, and a heat conductive liquid is filled between the filling resin blocks 9. Can be used to absorb the heat that the condenser main part 2 produced to along with the convection current between the heat conduction liquid, can realize that the heat distributes everywhere in the condenser more evenly, and then avoid appearing the accumulational condition of heat.
The use principle of the invention is as follows:
when the capacitor main body 2 works to generate heat, the heat in the capacitor main body 2 can be absorbed by the heat conducting liquid in the insulating heat absorbing cylinder 4 through the insulating heat absorbing cylinder 4, the capacitor main body 2 can be cooled, the heat conducting liquid can be realized by convection in the insulating heat absorbing cylinder 4, the temperature distribution in the insulating heat absorbing cylinder 4 is more uniform, the situation of heat accumulation is avoided, and the outward heat dissipation effect in the insulating heat absorbing cylinder 4 is poor, so that the phase change material 43 can absorb a large amount of heat through the change of the phase state of the phase change material 43, the inside of the capacitor main body 2 can be further ensured to be at a proper temperature, and the inside temperature of the capacitor main body 2 is prevented from being too high.
The heat outside the capacitor main body 2 is also absorbed by the heat conducting liquid, and along with convection between the heat conducting liquids, the heat can be more uniformly distributed at all parts of the capacitor, so that the accumulation of the heat is avoided, and the heat conducting liquid can exchange heat with the outside through the cylinder 12, so that the heat conducting liquid can be in a lower temperature range, the capacitor damage caused by abnormal temperature can be avoided, and the device has higher safety performance.
In the use process, the barrel 12 comprises the soft shell 121, and the barrel 12 can deform to a certain extent due to the arrangement of the structures such as the protective barrel 6, the spring 7 and the like, so that the barrel 12 can have good anti-falling and compression resistance, and the device can have higher safety.
