Abstract
The invention discloses a metalized film capacitor with high safety performance, which comprises an outer casing and a capacitor main body arranged in the outer casing, wherein the top end of the capacitor main body is provided with an electrode extending to the outside of the outer casing, the capacitor main body is of a cylindrical structure, and an insulating heat absorption barrel is arranged in the capacitor main body; and heat-conducting liquid is filled between the outer casing and the capacitor main body and inside the insulating heat absorption cylinder. The capacitor has the advantages that the insulating heat absorption barrel, the heat conducting liquid arranged in the insulating heat absorption barrel and other structures can better absorb heat generated by the capacitor main body, so that the heat is uniformly distributed, and the capacitor is prevented from being easily damaged due to one accumulated heat; and the device can have better high temperature resistance through the heat conducting rod, the phase change material and the like.

The outer casing 1 includes a cover 11 and a cylinder 12, the cover 11 is provided with an outer casing 13 wrapped on the top of the side wall of the cylinder 12, and the outer casing 13 and the cylinder 12 are matched with each other through threads. The heat conduction liquid is filled between the outer casing 1 and the capacitor main body 2, so that the heat absorption effect is further realized, and the heat accumulation outside the capacitor is avoided.
A plurality of resin filling blocks 9 are provided between the protective tube 6 and the capacitor main body 2 to support the capacitor main body 2, and the heat conductive liquid is filled between the resin filling blocks 9. when the capacitor body 2 generates heat during working, the heat inside the capacitor body 2 can pass through the insulating heat absorbing cylinder 4 and is absorbed by the heat conducting liquid inside the insulating heat absorbing cylinder 4, not only can the capacitor body 2 self play a role of cooling, but also the heat conducting liquid can be realized by convection inside the insulating heat absorbing cylinder 4, the temperature distribution inside the insulating heat absorbing cylinder 4 is more uniform, the condition of heat accumulation is avoided, and the outward heat dissipation effect inside the insulating heat absorbing cylinder 4 is poor, so that a large amount of heat can be absorbed through the phase change of the phase change material 43 by setting the phase change material 43, further, the inside of the capacitor body 2 can be ensured to be at a proper temperature, and the over-high temperature inside the capacitor body 2 is avoided.
And the heat in the capacitor main part 2 outside will be absorbed by heat conduction liquid equally to along with the convection current between the heat conduction liquid, can realize that the more even distribution of heat is everywhere at the capacitor, and then avoid appearing the accumulational condition of heat, and heat conduction liquid accessible barrel 12 realizes carrying out the heat exchange with the external world, makes heat conduction liquid self can be in a lower temperature range, thereby can avoid the capacitor damage that the temperature anomaly leads to, thereby make the device have higher security performance.
In the using process, the cylinder 12 comprises the soft shell 121 and is provided with the protection cylinder 6, the spring 7 and other structures, so that the cylinder 12 can deform to a certain extent, the cylinder 12 can have good anti-falling and anti-pressure performances, and the device can have higher safety.
