Description

Method and device for generating stock scheme of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and computer equipment
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of big data analysis, and particularly relates to a method and a device for generating a stock scheme of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and computer equipment.
Background
The traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are prepared from traditional Chinese medicines according to the traditional Chinese medicine theory and the traditional Chinese medicine preparation method, and can be directly used as traditional Chinese medicines in traditional Chinese medicine clinical practice. The concept shows that the traditional Chinese medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces have no absolute limit, and the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces comprise part of traditional Chinese medicine slices processed by the production place, original-shape traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and decoction pieces processed by cutting and processing. The first two types of administration should be regarded as Chinese herbs, and they are understood as decoction pieces in the formulation and preparation according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
The decoction piece display and placement mode of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece warehouse is generally carried out according to a fixed mode, namely, the warehouse area is divided according to the form classification of the Chinese medicine decoction pieces, the warehouse area is generally divided into root and rhizome types, whole grass types, flower and leaf types, bark types, fruiting types, stem and wood types, resin types, bacteria and algae types, animal types, mineral types, processing types and the like, and then the Chinese medicine decoction piece real objects/goods in the area are placed according to the initials of the names of the Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
The storage mode of the decoction pieces is actually changed from the storage mode of a traditional Chinese medicine store container and is obtained based on the traditional use habit of the traditional Chinese medicine formula, however, the mode brings many problems when the decoction pieces are continuously used in a large-scale industrialized warehouse, for example, the size of a morphological classification area is unreasonable, and the waste of a use area or the insufficient area of a part of subareas is brought; moreover, only the attributes of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are considered, and actual services are not combined, so that the situation that certain traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are sold successfully is often easy to happen, but the partitions are far away, the ex-warehouse time is greatly increased, and the efficiency of operation in the warehouse is reduced. Because the traditional herbal pieces-warehouse is mainly faced by the customers who need hospitals and all-kind needs, although there are many problems, the completion of the business can be supported to a certain extent, and because the placing rules among the warehouses of different enterprises are uniform, the speed of people who get familiar with the prior art after changing the warehouses is also high.
However, with the rise of the e-commerce, the sale of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces also starts to be connected to the e-commerce, and the distribution variety structure, the business fluctuation and the variability of the e-commerce are greatly different from the off-line sale of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, so that the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece warehouse cannot adapt to the e-commerce business when being connected to the e-commerce business, and the problem of low ex-warehouse efficiency is obvious.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem of low ex-warehouse efficiency of a traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece warehouse when the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece warehouse is accessed to an e-commerce business, and provides a method, a device, computer equipment and a computer readable storage medium for generating a traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece inventory scheme.

As shown in fig. 1, the method for generating the herbal pieces-stock solution may include, but is not limited to, the following steps S1-S5.
S1, obtaining historical selling data recorded by a traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece selling platform, wherein the historical selling data comprises all procurement orders which have been committed, and the procurement order records but are not limited to the contents of procurement timestamps, at least one traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and the like.
In step S1, the herbal pieces-selling platform is a business platform operated by a herbal piece wholesaler and used for wholesale selling of various herbal pieces, and may be specifically a network platform server, so that information such as corresponding purchase orders can be automatically recorded and obtained in a process of responding to a customer to place an order for trading the herbal pieces. The historical selling data really records the historical purchasing condition of the platform client through one piece of purchasing order. Specifically, in the content of the purchase order, the purchase timestamp is used for recording the occurrence time of an order placing event and reflecting the purchase period, and the at least one herbal piece can be represented by different herbal piece commodity identifications. In detail, the purchase order may further include, but is not limited to, a purchase order number, a client identifier, a receiving address, and a purchase quantity corresponding to each herbal piece, where the purchase order number is used to uniquely mark the purchase order, the client identifier is used to uniquely mark a client who places an order for purchase, the receiving address is used to achieve a purpose of sending an order and may be used to reflect a region to which the client who places an order belongs, and the purchase quantity is used to reflect a magnitude of a demand of the client who places an order for herbal piece, and may be, but is not limited to, in units of SKU (Stock Keeping Unit). In addition, the historical selling data can be obtained in a conventional data importing/accessing mode.
And S2, counting the occurrence frequency of different Chinese medicinal decoction pieces in all purchase orders corresponding to the target period according to the historical selling data.
In the step S2, the target time is a determination time for which the pointer needs to determine in advance a herbal piece inventory scheme that is convenient for the herbal pieces to be delivered from the warehouse, for the multiple herbal pieces to be delivered from the warehouse; considering that the stock period unit may be, but is not limited to, a quarter, a month, etc., the target period may be, for example, summer/6 months, etc., and thus all purchase orders corresponding to the target period may be, for example, the purchase orders recorded in the historical sales data and in the summer/6 months of the last years (e.g., 1 year, 3 years, etc.). The frequency of occurrence is the frequency or the frequency of occurrence in all purchase orders corresponding to the target period and is obtained by statistics for a certain Chinese medicinal decoction piece, and can be calculated by a conventional statistical method. In addition, when counting the occurrence frequency, the statistical result of positive correlation between the purchase quantity and the occurrence frequency can be obtained by considering the information of the purchase quantity of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and the like.
And S3, sequentially arranging a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces which need to be stored in the target period according to the sequence of the occurrence frequency from high to low to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece sequence.
In the step S3, if the traditional medication habits of the herbal pieces are based, the herbal pieces are classified as: key core products, bulk commodity, common spare products, customized cool-back products and other four categories, and each category has a corresponding preset ratio (for example, the key core product ratio is 5%, the bulk commodity ratio is 10%, the common spare product ratio is 45%, the customized cool-back products ratio is 40%, and the like), then the categories of the plurality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces can be further classified based on the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece sequence in the following manner: according to the arrangement sequence of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece sequence, the first 5 percent of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are classified as key core products, the first 15 percent of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces which are not classified as key core products are classified as bulk commodity, the first 60 percent of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces which are not classified as key core products and bulk commodity are classified as common spare products, and the remaining unclassified and later 40 percent of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are classified as customized cool back products.
And S4, aiming at various traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the various traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, distributing to obtain corresponding stock positions meeting the requirement of convenience for getting goods closer to the front in the sequence according to the corresponding quantity to be stored and the arrangement serial number in the sequence of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
In the step S4, since the relative positional relationships between different stock locations and the picking task allocation area, the review area, the pipeline or the main passage of people flow are different, the stock locations also have difference in the convenience of picking; for example, picking up goods at inventory locations near the pick up task allocation area, review area, pipeline, or people flow main aisle, the convenience will be significantly better than picking up goods at inventory locations remote from the pick up task allocation area, review area, pipeline, or people flow main aisle. Therefore, through the step S4, stock locations with convenient picking can be allocated for high-demand decoction pieces (such as key core products and bulk commodities) which are sorted in the front and often appear in the purchase order, so that after storage, workers can perform quick picking and delivery operations on the decoction pieces, and the delivery efficiency is effectively improved. Specifically, for each of the herbal pieces prepared for decoction, the stock position that meets the requirement of convenience for getting the product before the ordering is assigned according to the corresponding number to be stored and the sequence number in the herbal piece sequence includes, but is not limited to, the following steps S41 to S42.
S41, calculating the number K of the storage required goods according to the number of the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces to be stored, wherein the K represents a positive integer.
In the step S41, for example, if the number of the chinese herbal pieces decoction a to be stored in the target period is 100 SKUs, and the number of the single cargo space for storing the chinese herbal pieces decoction a is 20 SKUs, the number K of the cargo spaces required for storing can be calculated to be 5; and if the number of the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces B to be stored in the target period is 155 SKUs, and the storage quantity of a single cargo space for the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces B is 30 SKUs, calculating to obtain the number K of the cargo spaces required for storage, which is 6 (at the moment, an integer is required to be fetched upwards).
S42, according to the arrangement serial number of the certain traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece in the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece sequence, when the certain traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece is turned, the stock position which is most convenient to take the goods in all the un-distributed stock positions and has no less than K un-distributed goods positions is used as the stock position of the certain traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece and meets the requirement that the goods are more convenient to take the goods closer to the front in the sequence.
In the step S42, for example, if the herbal pieces ready-to-use sequence includes herbal piece a, herbal piece B, herbal piece C, herbal piece D, herbal piece E, and herbal piece F, the process turns to herbal piece a first to allocate the stock location most favorable for picking, then turns to herbal piece B to allocate the stock location most favorable for picking in all the un-allocated stock locations, and then sequentially and analogically allocates the corresponding stock locations to the following herbal pieces C, herbal piece D, herbal piece E, and herbal piece F.
And S5, summarizing the stock positions of the plurality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces to generate a traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece stock scheme corresponding to the target period.
In the step S5, since the stock locations of the decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine in the plurality of decoction pieces are distributed and determined, the stock plan of the decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine may be generated in a conventional summarizing manner, for example, the stock plan of the decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine in the form of a layout chart or a seating schedule may be generated, so as to guide the staff to store the plurality of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine to be stored in the warehouse in the target period according to the stock plan of the decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine.
Therefore, based on the method for generating herbal piece inventory scheme described in the foregoing steps S1-S5, an auxiliary warehouse management scheme capable of assisting in taking and delivering the herbal pieces is provided, that is, after historical selling data recorded by a herbal piece selling platform is obtained, the frequency of occurrence of different herbal pieces in all purchase orders corresponding to a target period can be obtained through statistics, then a plurality of herbal pieces required to be stocked in the target period are sequentially arranged according to the frequency of occurrence from high to low to obtain a herbal piece sequence, then stock positions meeting the requirement of getting more convenient before the ordering are distributed to the various herbal pieces according to the number to be stocked and the arrangement sequence number, finally a herbal piece inventory scheme corresponding to the target period is generated through collection, and thus, according to the herbal piece inventory scheme, a worker can be guided to store the plurality of herbal pieces required to be stocked in a warehouse in the target period, and make things convenient for the staff to carry out quick operation of getting goods out of the warehouse to high demand sliced medicinal herbs, effectively promote the efficiency of going out of the warehouse, the specially adapted carries out warehouse entry and exit management to traditional chinese medicine sliced medicinal herbs warehouse when inserting the electricity merchant business. In addition, the stock scheme of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is automatically obtained based on historical selling data, so that manual intervention is not needed, and the workload of workers is further reduced; and because the stock scheme of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is customized according to a certain target period, the stock scheme can be dynamically changed according to different target periods, so that the high ex-warehouse efficiency of the high-demand decoction pieces is maintained in different target periods, and the method is convenient for practical application and popularization.
On the basis of the technical solution of the first aspect, the present embodiment further provides a possible design of how to specifically perform the stock location allocation, that is, as shown in fig. 2, the stock location that is most convenient to pick up goods in all the unallocated stock locations and has no less than K unallocated goods locations is taken as the stock location of the certain traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece and meets the requirement that the picking of goods is more convenient the earlier the order is, including but not limited to the following steps S41 to S45.
S41, sequencing at least one available shelf in sequence from high to low according to the goods taking convenience to obtain a shelf sequence, and then executing the step S42, wherein the available shelf represents a shelf with at least one unallocated goods position.
In the step S41, the shelf refers to a storage device provided with a plurality of storage spaces for storing herbal pieces, and a standard shelf may have a multi-layer structure (at least one storage space is provided for each layer), and for example, has a size of 2M × 1M × 2M. The goods taking convenience of the shelf can be obtained by evaluating in advance according to the relative position relationship between the shelf and the sorting task allocation area, the rechecking area, the pipeline or the mainstream main channel by means of an analytic hierarchy method or a goods taking timing experiment (i.e. a timing experiment for taking all Chinese medicine decoction pieces on the shelf and completing the warehouse-out operation) and the like (for example, the shorter the goods taking timing is, the higher the goods taking convenience is), so that the purpose of sequencing the goods taking convenience from high to low is realized based on the evaluation result.
In step S41, in order to avoid storing too many similar decoction pieces in the same shelf, it is preferable that at least one available shelf is sequentially sorted from high to low according to the convenience of taking goods to obtain a shelf sequence, including but not limited to steps S411 to S418 as follows.
S411, sequencing at least one available shelf in sequence from high to low according to the goods taking convenience to obtain a shelf sequence, and then executing step S412, wherein the available shelf represents a shelf with at least one unallocated goods position.
S412, judging whether the ratio N/N is larger than a preset key core product ratio (for example, 5%), if so, executing the step S414, otherwise, executing the step S413, wherein N represents the arrangement serial number of the certain traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece in the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece sequence, and N represents the total number of the decoction pieces in the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece sequence.
S413, determining the certain traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece as a key core product, and removing the allocated core shelf in the shelf sequence to obtain a new shelf sequence, wherein the allocated core shelf refers to the available shelf in which the goods location is allocated to X kinds of other traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces belonging to the key core product, and X represents a positive integer not greater than 2.
S414, judging whether the ratio N/N is larger than the sum of the key core product proportion and a preset bulk product proportion (for example, 10%), if so, executing a step S416, otherwise, executing a step S415.
S415, determining that the certain traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are bulk articles, and eliminating the allocated common shelves in the shelf sequence to obtain a new shelf sequence, wherein the allocated common shelves refer to the available shelves of Y kinds of other traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces which also belong to the bulk articles, and the Y represents a positive integer not greater than 4.
S416, judging whether the ratio N/N is larger than the sum of the key core product proportion, the bulk commodity proportion and a preset common spare product proportion (for example, 45%), if so, executing a step S418, otherwise, executing a step S417.
S417, determining that the certain traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are common candidates, and removing the allocated common shelves in the shelf sequence to obtain a new shelf sequence, wherein the allocated common shelves refer to the available shelves of Z kinds of other traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces which also belong to the common candidates, and Z represents a positive integer not greater than 6.
S418, determining that the certain traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are customized cold-back products, and eliminating the allocated cold-back shelves in the shelf sequence to obtain a new shelf sequence, wherein the allocated cold-back shelves refer to the available shelves which allocate the goods positions to T kinds of other traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces belonging to the customized cold-back products, and T represents a positive integer not greater than 6.
S42, initializing the shelf combination license number M to be 1, and then executing the step S43.
S43, judging whether the total number of the unallocated goods positions of the front M available goods shelves in the goods shelf sequence is smaller than K, if so, executing a step S44, otherwise, executing a step S45.
S44, carrying out self-adding 1 calculation on the shelf combination license number M to obtain a new shelf combination license number M, and then returning to execute the step S43.
S45, the first M available storage racks are used as stock positions of the certain traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, and the stock positions meet the requirement that the convenience is higher when the Chinese medicine decoction pieces are sorted more to the front for taking goods.
For example, when the shelf sequence is shelf a (which has 3 unallocated cargo spaces), shelf B (which has 6 unallocated cargo spaces), shelf C (which has 6 unallocated cargo spaces) and shelf D (which has 6 unallocated cargo spaces), if the number K of cargo spaces required for storing herbal pieces a is 3, the total number of unallocated cargo spaces of the first shelf (i.e., shelf a) can be directly found to be not less than K, and the first shelf is used as the stock position of the herbal pieces a and meeting the requirement of convenience in getting the product farther in the front of the ordering; if K is 9, it can be found that the total number of the unallocated goods positions of the first shelf (i.e., shelf A) is less than K, the number of the shelf combination permissions M needs to be calculated by adding 1, the number of the expanded shelf combinations is 2, then the total number of the unallocated goods positions of the first two shelves (i.e., shelf A and shelf B) can be found to be not less than K, and the first two shelves are used as the stock positions of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece A and meet the requirement that the fetching of the goods is more convenient the earlier the ordering is; and if the K is 12, by analogy, when the shelf combination permission number M is calculated twice by adding 1 to obtain 3, the total number of the unallocated goods positions of the first three shelves (namely the shelf A, the shelf B and the shelf C) can be found to be not less than the K, and then the first three shelves are used as the stock positions of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece A and meet the requirement of convenience for getting the goods closer to the front in the ordering process.
Therefore, based on the possible design one described in detail in the foregoing steps S41-S45, a shelf for stock locations that are used as decoction pieces of a certain traditional Chinese medicine and meet the requirement of convenience in picking the decoction pieces at the front of the order can be quickly screened out from at least one available shelf by the least processing steps and the least expenditure of computer resources, so as to store the decoction pieces with high demand in a manner of priority picking.
In this embodiment, on the basis of the technical solution of the first aspect, a second possible design of how to further precisely perform the inventory location allocation is provided, that is, as shown in fig. 2, when it is determined that the total number of unallocated slots of the first M available shelves in the shelf sequence is not less than K, the following steps S451 to S455 are performed, but not limited thereto.
S451, sequentially ordering at least one available goods layer of the Mth available goods shelf in the goods shelf sequence according to the order from high to low of the goods taking convenience to obtain a goods layer sequence, and then executing the step S452, wherein the available goods layer represents a goods layer with at least one unallocated goods position.
In step S451, the convenience of picking up goods on the goods floor may be obtained by evaluating in advance according to the height characteristics of the goods floor by means of a picking timing experiment (a timing experiment for picking up all herbal pieces on the goods floor and completing the delivery operation), and the like (for example, the shorter the picking timing is, the higher the convenience of picking up goods is), so as to achieve the purpose of sequencing the convenience of picking up goods in order from high to low based on the evaluation result. Generally, the convenience of picking up goods on the middle goods layer is better than that on the top goods layer, and the convenience of picking up goods on the top goods layer is better than that on the bottom goods layer.
S452, the number of cargo level use licenses N is initialized to 1, and then step S453 is performed.
S453, judging whether the total number of the unallocated goods positions of the first M-1 available shelves in the shelf sequence and the unallocated goods positions of the first N available goods layers in the goods layer sequence is smaller than K, if yes, executing a step S454, and if not, executing a step S455.
S454, carrying out self-adding 1 calculation on the cargo layer combined license number N to obtain a new cargo layer combined license number N, and then returning to execute the step S453.
S455, using the first M-1 available shelves and the first N available cargo layers of the Mth available shelf as stock positions of the certain traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, wherein the stock positions meet the requirement of convenience for getting the cargos at the front of the ordering.
For example, when the shelf sequence is shelf a (which has 3 unallocated cargo positions), shelf B (which has 6 unallocated cargo positions), shelf C (which has 6 unallocated cargo positions), and shelf D (which has 6 unallocated cargo positions), if K is 12, it is required that when the shelf combination permission number M is calculated twice from plus 1 to obtain 3, the total number of unallocated cargo positions of the first three shelves (i.e., shelf a, shelf B, and shelf C) is not less than K, and then at least one available cargo layer in the shelf C is sequentially ordered. When the cargo layer sequence is a middle cargo layer (which has 2 unallocated cargo positions), a top cargo layer (which has 2 unallocated cargo positions) and a bottom cargo layer (which has 2 unallocated cargo positions), it can be found that the total number of the unallocated cargo positions of the first two shelves (namely, shelf a and shelf B) and the unallocated cargo positions of the middle cargo layer of the third shelf (namely, shelf C) is less than K, the number N of the cargo layer combination permission needs to be calculated by adding 1, the number of the expanded cargo layer combination is 2, then the total number of the unallocated cargo positions of the first two shelves and the middle and upper cargo layer of the third shelf is not less than K, and further the middle and upper cargo layers of the first two shelves and the third shelf are used as stock positions of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces a and meeting the requirement of taking convenience before the ordering.
Therefore, based on the second possible design detailed in the foregoing steps S41-S45 and steps S451-S455, the shelf and the cargo layer for the stock location that is a certain herbal piece and meets the requirement of convenience in getting the product further ahead in the sequence can be quickly screened out from at least one available shelf with the least processing steps and computer resource overhead, thereby further improving the distribution accuracy of the applicable stock locations.
