Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of engines, in particular to a cylinder cover and an engine.
Background
During the operation of the engine, the combustion of the fuel and the friction between the moving parts generate a great deal of heat, which causes the parts to be heated intensively, and the cooling system is used for maintaining the engine to work at an optimum temperature. The conventional cooling system needs to be externally provided with a pipeline, so that the resistance of the pipeline is increased, the actual lift of the water pump is further reduced, and the requirements on an external space and the number of parts are increased. Therefore, it is desirable to provide a cylinder head and an engine to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the present invention discloses a cylinder head and an engine, comprising: the engine comprises a cylinder cover 1, a thermostat shell 2, a machine body 3 and a water pump 4. The cylinder head 1 includes an upper-stage water jacket 11, a lower-stage water jacket 12, and a partition plate 13 for partitioning the upper-stage water jacket 11 and the lower-stage water jacket 12. The partition plate 13 is provided with a connection port 131 for the flow of cooling water from the lower water jacket 12 to the upper water jacket 11. The upper water jacket 11 comprises a first water outlet 14, a first cavity 15 is further arranged in the cylinder cover, and the first cavity 15 comprises a first water inlet 16.
Referring to fig. 2, the cylinder head 1 includes an air inlet (not labeled) and an air outlet 17, which are disposed opposite to each other, and the first water outlet 14 and the first water inlet 16 are both disposed on a side surface of the cylinder head 1 where the air outlet 17 is located. The first water outlet 14 is disposed above the first water inlet 16 and is located on the same plane.
Referring to fig. 5, the thermostat housing 2 includes a large circulation water outlet 23, a thermostat water inlet 21 directly connected to the first water outlet 14, and a small circulation water outlet 22 directly connected to the first water inlet 16. The thermostat water inlet 21 and the small circulation water outlet 22 are positioned on the same plane. The thermostat shell 2 is directly fixed on the side surface of the cylinder cover 1 and fixed through bolts. The thermostat shell 2 is internally provided with a thermostat 24, when the temperature is lower, the thermostat 24 is closed, and cooling water enters from a thermostat water inlet 21 and then flows out from a small circulation water outlet 22. When the temperature is higher, the thermostat 24 is opened, and cooling water enters from the thermostat water inlet 21 and flows out from the large circulation water outlet 23.
Referring to fig. 3, a push rod hole 151 is formed in the cylinder head 1, and the cylinder head 1 further includes a side wall 152. The first cavity 15 and the lower water jacket 12 have the same height, and the first cavity 15 and the lower water jacket 12 are separated by a second partition 153 extending from the push rod hole 151 to the side wall 152. The partition 13 is located between the first water outlet 14 and the first water inlet 16. The first cavity 15 further comprises a second water outlet 18, and the second water outlet 18 is arranged at the bottom of the cylinder cover 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, a machine body water return port 31 is provided at the top of the machine body 3, and a machine body water outlet port 32 is provided at the side of the machine body 3 on which the water pump 4 is provided. The water return port 31 extends downwards and then bends to extend and is connected with the water outlet 32 of the machine body to form a water channel. The machine body 3 is also provided with a machine body water inlet 33 which is positioned on the same side surface with the machine body water outlet 32. The water pump 4 is directly fixed on the machine body 3, and the water inlet 33 and the water outlet 32 of the machine body are both directly connected with the water pump 4.
The machine body 3 is further provided with an oil cooling chamber 5 and an oil cooler cover 51 covering the outside of the oil cooling chamber 5. The oil cooling chamber 5 and the exhaust port 17 are located on the same side of the body 3. The engine oil cooling chamber 5 comprises a cooling chamber water outlet 52 and a cooling chamber water inlet 53 which is directly communicated with the engine body water inlet 33. Referring to fig. 7, the body 3 is provided with a body water jacket 34 therein, and a cooling cavity water outlet 52 is communicated with the body water jacket 34.
The machine body water inlet 33 and the cooling chamber water inlet 53 are communicated through a water passage inside the machine body. The engine body water jacket 34 extends along the vertical direction, a plurality of water holes are correspondingly formed in the top of the engine body 3 and the bottom of the cylinder cover 1, and the gas water jacket 34 is communicated with the cylinder cover water jacket.
According to the cooling circulation water path of the engine disclosed by the invention, the thermostat is closed if the water temperature is low. The cooling water enters the engine body 3 from the water pump 4 through the engine body water inlet 33, passes through the internal water channel of the engine body, enters the engine oil cooling cavity 5 from the cooling cavity water inlet 53, and cools the engine oil in the engine oil cooler. The cooling water flows upwards from the cooling cavity water outlet 52 to enter the engine body water jacket 34 to cool the cylinder in the engine. The cooling water flows upwards in the engine body water jacket 34 and enters the cylinder cover 1 through the water holes at the top of the engine body 3.
The cooling water entering the cylinder head 1 fills the lower water jacket 12, flows to the upper water jacket 11 through the connecting port 131 on the partition plate 13, and fills the upper water jacket 11. The cooling water in the cylinder head 1 flows out of the cylinder head 1 from the first water outlet 14 and enters the thermostat housing 2 from the thermostat 24 water inlet 21. The water passes through the internal water channel of the thermostat shell 2 and then flows out of the small circulation water outlet 22, directly enters the first cavity 15 in the cylinder cover 1, flows out of the cylinder cover 1 from the second water outlet 18 at the bottom of the first cavity 15 and directly enters the engine body 3 from the engine body water return port 31. And finally returns to the water pump 4 from the body water outlet 32.
In the small circulation route of the cooling circulation water path of the engine, the thermostat is opened when the water temperature is high, cooling water enters the thermostat shell 1 from the cylinder cover 1, then flows out of the large circulation water outlet 23 through the thermostat 24, then enters the water tank through the external pipeline, and finally flows out of the water tank and returns to the water pump 4.
External pipelines are generally adopted by most non-road type small circulation water routes. After cooling water enters a cylinder cover water path to finish cylinder cover cooling, the cooling water enters a thermostat shell, and returns to a cylinder cover water return branch or a machine body water return branch or directly returns to a water pump water return area through an external pipeline arranged on the thermostat shell, so that a cooling water small circulation water path is finished. The external pipeline makes the little circulating line resistance increase, causes local pressure loss for the actual lift of water pump reduces. The use of the external pipeline increases the diversity of parts, needs the external space of the diesel engine, and is crowded once the external parts are increased.
According to the engine, the thermostat shell 2 is directly fixed on the cylinder cover 1, the water pump 4 is directly fixed on the engine body 3, an external pipeline is not needed depending on a water channel processed in the engine, pressure loss is small, cooling efficiency is high, and the damage rate of parts is low.

Claims (10)
1. A cylinder head, comprising:
an upper water jacket;
the lower-layer water jacket is positioned below the upper-layer water jacket;
the partition plate is arranged between the upper-layer water jacket and the lower-layer water jacket and is provided with a connecting port for connecting the upper-layer water jacket and the lower-layer water jacket;
the water jacket of the upper layer comprises a first water outlet arranged on the side face of the cylinder cover, the first cavity comprises a second water outlet and a first water inlet arranged on the side face of the cylinder cover, and the first water outlet is arranged above the first water inlet.
2. The cylinder head of claim 1, further comprising an intake port and an exhaust port disposed opposite each other, wherein the first water outlet and the first water inlet are disposed on a side of the cylinder head where the exhaust port is located.
3. The cylinder head of claim 1, further comprising a pushrod bore and a side wall, wherein the first cavity includes a second partition extending from the pushrod bore to the side wall, and wherein the lower water jacket and the first cavity are separated by the second partition.
4. The cylinder head of claim 1, wherein the baffle is positioned between the first water outlet and the first water inlet.
5. An engine, characterized in that, it comprises a body, a thermostat shell and a cylinder cover as claimed in any one of claims 1-4, the second water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the cylinder cover, the top of the body is provided with a body water return port, the second water outlet is communicated with the body water return port, and the first water outlet and the first water inlet are communicated with the thermostat shell.

The engine of claim 5, further comprising a water pump, wherein the side of the engine body is provided with an engine body water outlet communicated with the engine body water return port and an engine body water inlet connected with the water pump, and the engine body water outlet is communicated with the water pump.

The engine of claim 6, wherein the engine body is further provided with an oil cooling cavity and an engine body water jacket, the oil cooling cavity comprises a cooling cavity water inlet and a cooling cavity water outlet, the cooling cavity water inlet is communicated with the engine body water inlet, the cooling cavity water outlet is communicated with the engine body water jacket, and the engine body water jacket is communicated with the lower layer water jacket.

9. The engine of claim 8, wherein said first water inlet and said first water outlet are disposed on a common plane, said thermostat water inlet and said small-circuit water outlet are disposed on a common plane, and said thermostat housing is directly secured to said cylinder head.

The engine of claim 6, wherein the water pump is directly fixed to the engine body, the water inlet and the water outlet of the engine body are directly connected to the water pump, the engine body is further provided with an oil cooler cover covering the oil cooling chamber, and the water inlet and the water outlet of the cooling chamber are both arranged in the oil cooler cover.
