s4, when the filter disc 6 continues to drive the arc-shaped scraper 12 to rotate anticlockwise, the rotating rod 11 can be driven to rotate through the meshing motion of the first gear 13 and the arc-shaped rack 15, the arc-shaped scraper 12 is driven to rotate at the same time, and then slurry and slag in the oval notch 7 are scraped through the waterproof rubber pad 14, when the rotating rod 11 rotates for one circle, twice scraping can be achieved, and the length of the arc-shaped rack 15 can be designed according to actual requirements to control the number of the rotating rod 11 to rotate;
s5, the thick liquid sediment that is scraped off by arc scraper blade 12 directly falls into arc frid 17, and filter disc 6 can also drive brush 20 and connect hourglass box 22 synchronous revolution when rotating, utilizes brush 20 can push away the accumulational thick liquid sediment in the arc frid 17 and fall to concentrating in filter residue section of thick bamboo 18 and collect, and connects hourglass box 22 and can connect hourglass to thick liquid and thick liquid sediment on brush 20, prevents that it from dropping on bottom plate 1.
