The inner wall of the semi-arc tube 703 is fixedly connected with a limiting rod 707, the suspension block 706 is connected to the surface of the limiting rod 707 in a sliding manner, the surface of the suspension block 706 is fixedly connected with a plurality of positioning rods 708, and the other ends of the positioning rods 708 are spherical and contact with the inner wall of the semi-arc tube 703. The suspension block 706 can float automatically according to the height of the liquid level, the positioning rod 708 can be attached to the inner wall of the semi-arc pipe 703 when the suspension block 706 floats, the suspension block 706 slides on the surface of the limiting rod 707, the water pump 701 is started, the solution in the box body 1 is discharged from the spiral hose 705 and the liquid suction pipe 704 in sequence and finally through the liquid discharge pipe 702, and the extraction operation of the anthocyanin is completed.
When the device is used, a mixed solution for extracting anthocyanin is input from the liquid inlet pipe 2, the solution falls, the rolling spring 4012 can provide a rotating force for the hemispherical filter screen 4011, meanwhile, the limiting plate 4013 limits the hemispherical filter screen 4011, so that the hemispherical filter screen 4011 is in a relatively stable state, the hemispherical filter screen 4011 is used for primarily filtering the solution, the primarily filtered solution can directly enter the box body 1, the solution in the liquid storage cylinder 601 is observed by the observation window 603, the control valve 605 is started, the solution in the liquid storage cylinder 601 can enter the box body 1 from the communicating pipe 604, the motor 303 is started, the motor 303 normally rotates, under the action of the two first gears 304 and the two second gears 305, the two stirring rods 301 can rotate relatively to stir and mix the solution in the box body 1, when the stirring rods 301 rotate, the telescopic assemblies 302 can be driven to rotate synchronously, under the action of the rotating centrifugal force and the reset spring 3022, the telescopic rods 3023 can drive the arc plates 3024 to stretch and contract, after the solution is settled in the box body 1 for a period of time, the suspension block 706 can float automatically according to the height of the liquid level, the positioning rod 708 can be attached to the inner wall of the semi-arc pipe 703 when the suspension block 706 floats, the suspension block 706 slides on the surface of the limiting rod 707, the water pump 701 is started, the solution in the box body 1 sequentially flows through the spiral hose 705 and the pipette 704 and is finally discharged through the liquid discharge pipe 702, and the extraction operation of anthocyanin is completed;
when the device needs to be cleaned, the motor 303 rotates reversely, under the action of the two first belt pulleys 4023, the first synchronous belt 4024 and the first one-way bearing 4022, the round rod 4021 rotates synchronously, the disc 4025 rotates, the traction rope 4028 is driven to rotate back and forth by utilizing the eccentric installation of the traction rope 4028 and the disc 4025, the positioning wheel 4026 plays a role in guiding the traction rope 4028, the rotating plate 4027 rotates back and forth by one hundred and eighty degrees, so that the hemispherical filter screen 4011 is driven to move synchronously, under the action of the coil spring 4012, the hemispherical filter screen 4011 moves back and forth, and meanwhile, the cleaning solution is input by utilizing the liquid inlet pipe 2;
when the motor 303 rotates in the reverse direction, the linkage rod 5034 and the spiral conveying rod 5042 rotate synchronously under the action of the second one-way bearing 5046, the two second pulleys 5044 and the second synchronous belt 5045, the rotating rod 5031 drives the scraper 5032 to rotate synchronously under the action of the two bevel gears 5035, the scraper 5032 scrapes and cleans the inner wall of the blanking hopper 501, impurities enter the cylinder 5041 from the blanking hopper 501, and the spiral conveying rod 5042 discharges the impurities in the cylinder 5041 through the discharge pipe 5043.
It should be noted that, in the above description, the motor 303, the control valve 605, the water pump 701, and the like are all devices that are relatively mature in application of the prior art, and the specific model may be selected according to actual needs, and meanwhile, power supplied by the motor 303, the control valve 605, and the water pump 701 may be supplied by a built-in power supply or by mains supply, and the specific power supply mode is selected according to circumstances and is not described herein.

the filtering mechanism (4) is used for primarily filtering the solution, and the filtering mechanism (4) is arranged in the liquid inlet pipe (2);
the slag discharging mechanism (5) is arranged in the box body (1), and the bottom end of the slag discharging mechanism (5) penetrates out of the box body (1);
a flocculant adding mechanism (6), wherein the flocculant adding mechanism (6) for adding a medicament in the middle is arranged at the top end of the box body (1);
the liquid suction mechanism (7), the liquid suction mechanism (7) is arranged on one side of the box body (1);
the stirring mechanism (3) comprises two stirring rods (301) which are rotatably connected to the inner wall of the box body (1), one end of each stirring rod (301) penetrates through the outside of the box body (1), telescopic assemblies (302) which are uniformly distributed are arranged on the surface of each stirring rod (301), a motor (303) is fixedly connected to the other side of the box body (1), a first gear (304) is fixedly connected to the surface of one end of each stirring rod (301), two second gears (305) are rotatably connected to the other side of the box body (1), the adjacent first gears (304) and the adjacent second gears (305) are meshed and connected, and one end of one stirring rod (301) is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the motor (303);
the filtering mechanism (4) comprises a filtering component (401) arranged on the inner wall of the liquid inlet pipe (2), and a linkage component (402) is arranged at the top end of the box body (1).
