Description

High-strength blue-and-white five-color glazed porcelain and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of preparation of enamel, and particularly relates to high-strength blue-and-white five-color enamel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The five-color porcelain is divided into an over-glaze five-color porcelain and a blue-and-white five-color porcelain. The five-color porcelain is not required to have five colors, and the amount of the colored porcelain is determined according to the overall decorative effect. The over-glaze five-color porcelain is made by painting on the fired white porcelain and firing in a kiln at 700-800 deg.C, and the process is simple. The blue and white five-color porcelain is relatively complex in firing process, a blue and white material is firstly used for drawing a certain pattern on a blank, a transparent glaze is covered on the blank, the blank is placed into a kiln for firing, then red, yellow, green, purple, ochre and other colors are used for drawing on the fired porcelain, and finally the blank is placed into the kiln for firing.
