and the air attachment unit (3) is arranged in the middle of the aerobic tank (1).

step five: the water treated in the aerobic tank (1) is transferred into a filter box (91) through a sewage transfer component (10), filtered through an outer filter cylinder (52) and a replaceable filter cloth (56) and then discharged through a drain pipe (511);
step six: when more filter residues are blocked at the outer side of the outer filter cylinder (52), the outer wall scraping unit (8) is used for scraping the filter residues, and the filter residues fall into the filter residue deposition and discharge assembly for temporary storage;
step seven: after the partial filtering effect of the replaceable filter cloth (56) in the annular gap is changed, the synchronous rotating assembly in the filter cloth rolling and releasing replacing unit (6) is used for driving the two rolling and releasing rollers (65) to rotate in the same direction, one rolling and releasing roller (65) releases the replaceable filter cloth (56), and the other rolling and releasing replaceable filter cloth (56) changes the using position of the replaceable filter cloth (56).
