Referring to fig. 2, the feeding driving wheel 12 can be sleeved on a rotating shaft, two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively installed on two supporting frames 8, the rotating shaft can rotate between the two supporting frames 8, the feeding driving wheel 12 and the rotating shaft rotate synchronously, the driving device 14 is installed in the casing 100, the driving device 14 can drive the rotating shaft to rotate through the transmission mechanism, the rotating shaft drives the feeding driving wheel 12 to rotate synchronously, the transmission mechanism can adopt chain transmission, belt transmission, gear transmission and the like, as long as the driving device 14 can drive the rotating shaft to rotate the transmission mechanism, and the driving device 14 can adopt a motor.
Referring to fig. 2, the feeding driving wheel 12 is positioned above the upper material guiding plate 131, a notch a (not shown) is formed on the upper material guiding plate 131, the feeding driving wheel 12 passes through the notch a and then extends out from the bottom of the upper material guiding plate 131, and the feeding driving wheel 12 extending out from the bottom of the upper material guiding plate 131 can contact the wet adhesive tape at the bottom of the upper material guiding plate 131 to realize the delivery of the wet adhesive tape.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the feeding driven wheel 15 is hinged on the right end of the hinge frame 16, the middle part of the hinge frame 16 close to the left is hinged on a hinge shaft 61, and two ends of the hinge shaft 61 are respectively fixed on the two supporting frames 8; referring to fig. 2 and 3, the feeding driven wheel 15 is located below the lower guide plate 132, a notch B (not shown) is formed on the lower guide plate 132, the feeding driven wheel 15 extends from the top of the lower guide plate 132 after passing through the notch B, the feeding driven wheel 15 extending from the top of the lower guide plate 132 can contact with the wet adhesive tape between the lower guide plate 132 and the upper guide plate 131, the feeding driving wheel 12 and the feeding driven wheel 15 can clamp the wet adhesive tape between the lower guide plate 132 and the upper guide plate 131, that is, the wet adhesive tape is clamped between the feeding driven wheel 15 and the feeding driving wheel 12, when the rotation directions of the feeding driven wheel 15 and the feeding driving wheel 12 are opposite, the feeding driving wheel 12 rotates counterclockwise, the feeding driven wheel 15 rotates clockwise, and the feeding driven wheel 15 and the feeding driving wheel 12 can jointly convey the wet adhesive tape to a downstream cutter component.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the cutter unit includes a movable blade 21, a driving mechanism, a fixed blade 25, a fixed blade holder 26 and a spring 27, the driving mechanism may drive the movable blade 21 to move downward or upward to cut off the wet adhesive tape, and specifically, the driving mechanism includes a tension device 22, a driving unit 23 and a swing lever 24.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the driving part 23 is installed in the housing 100, the driving rod of the driving part 23 is hinged to the left end of the swing link 24, the middle of the swing link 24 is hinged to a fixed shaft 241, the swing link 24 can rotate on the fixed shaft 241, the right end of the swing link 24 is hinged to the bottom of the connecting rod 7, the top of the connecting rod 7 is hinged to a shaft 71, the shaft 71 is fixed to the right end of the movable plate 6, specifically, the longitudinal section of the movable plate 6 can be U-shaped, and the two ends of the shaft 71 are respectively fixed to the two side walls of the movable plate 6; the left end of the movable plate 6 is hinged on the hinge shaft 61, that is, the right end of the movable plate 6 can swing up and down around the hinge shaft 61; the bottom of the movable knife 21 is mounted on a shaft 71 at the top of the connecting rod 7, specifically, the movable knife 21 can be fixed on the movable knife bracket 211, the bottom of the movable knife bracket 211 is hooked on the shaft 71, the movable knife 21 is positioned at a discharge port of the material guide plate, the discharge port of the material guide plate is a right end port of a gap between the transverse parts of the upper material guide plate 131 and the lower material guide plate 132, the movable knife 21 is positioned at the right end port of the gap between the transverse parts of the upper material guide plate 131 and the lower material guide plate 132, and a knife edge of the movable knife 21 is obliquely arranged so as to cut off the wet adhesive tape; the top of the pulling device 22 is installed on the right end of the movable plate 6, the bottom of the pulling device 22 is fixed on the limiting member 4, the pulling device 22 pulls the right end of the movable plate 6 downwards to keep the right end of the movable plate 6 moving downwards, and as the bottom of the movable knife 21 is installed on the shaft 71 at the top of the connecting rod 7, the shaft 71 is fixed on the movable plate 6, that is, the pulling device 22 pulls the right end of the movable plate 6 downwards to keep the right end of the movable plate 6 and the movable knife 21 moving downwards, the pulling device 22 can be a tension spring.
Referring to fig. 2, the driving unit 23 may adopt an electromagnet, an air cylinder or a linear motor, before the wet adhesive tape is fed, the driving unit 23 operates, the driving unit 23 pulls the left end of the swing link 24 to move downward, the right end of the swing link 24 moves upward, the right end of the swing link 24 drives the movable knife holder 211 and the movable knife 21 to move upward through the connecting rod 7, at this time, the movable knife 21 is lifted and kept in a state, when the wet adhesive tape needs to be cut, the driving unit 23 stops operating, the driving unit 23 pulls and releases the left end of the swing link 24 downward, under the pulling force of the pulling device 22, the right end of the movable plate 6 moves downward, the right end of the movable plate 6 drives the movable knife holder 211 and the movable knife 21 to move downward synchronously, when the movable knife 21 moves downward, the wet adhesive tape output from the discharge port of the guide plate can be cut off, so as to complete the tape cutting off action, and after the wet adhesive tape is cut off, the driving member 23 is operated again, and the movable blade 21 is lifted up again and held in a state to wait for the next cutting.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the limiting member 4 is located below the movable plate 6, the limiting member 4 can be fixed on the supporting frame 8, the damping block 5 is fixed on the top of the limiting member 4, the damping block 5 is located below the movable plate 6, in order to prevent the movable plate 6, the movable blade 21 and the movable blade support 211 from moving downward for too large a distance to affect the cooperation, the limiting member 4 located below the movable plate 6 can limit the downward movement position of the movable plate 6, that is, the downward movement position of the movable blade 21, under the pulling force of the pulling force device 22, the other end of the movable plate 6 moves downward for a certain distance and then abuts against the damping block 5 on the limiting member 4, the damping block 5 can reduce the noise generated by the direct contact collision between the movable plate 6 and the limiting member 4, reduce the noise pollution to the working environment, and ensure the balance when the movable plate 6 and the damping block 5 are in contact collision, the number of the shock absorption blocks 5 can be two, and the two shock absorption blocks 5 are respectively positioned below the two angular positions at the right end of the movable plate 6.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the fixed knife 25 is installed at a position offset from the discharge port of the material guide plate, the fixed knife 25 does not hinder the normal transportation of the wet adhesive tape, the cutting edge of the fixed knife 25 is located at the side of the movable knife 21, specifically, referring to fig. 3, the fixed knife 25 is fixed at the top of the fixed knife bracket 26, in order not to affect the assembly of the movable plate 6, the fixed knife bracket 26 may be configured in a U shape with an opening facing downward, the movable plate 6 passes through the fixed knife bracket 26 and does not contact with the fixed knife bracket 26, both support frames 8 are formed with a slot 81, both sides of the fixed knife bracket 26 are respectively inserted into two slots 81 longitudinally, the fixed knife bracket 26 is in clearance fit with the slot 81, i.e. the width of the slot 81 is slightly larger than the thickness of the fixed knife bracket 26, it is ensured that the fixed knife bracket 26 can slightly swing left and right in the slot 81, the right end of the spring 27 is fixed on the bottom of the fixed knife bracket 26, and the left end of the spring 27 is fixed on the support frame 8, the middle position of the fixed knife bracket 26 is accommodated in the clamping groove 81, the springs 27 are in a stretching state, the springs 27 can pull the bottom of the fixed knife bracket 26 to enable the fixed knife 25 at the top of the fixed knife bracket 26 to always keep the trend of swinging towards the movable knife 21, in order to ensure the balance of the left-right swinging of the fixed knife bracket 26, the number of the springs 27 can be two, the right end of one spring 27 is fixed on the bottom of one side of the fixed knife bracket 26, the right end of the spring 27 is fixed on one supporting frame 8, the right end of the other spring 27 is fixed on the bottom of the other side of the fixed knife bracket 26, and the right end of the spring 27 is fixed on the other supporting frame 8; in practical application, due to assembly errors or blade abrasion, a gap is generated between the movable blade 21 and the fixed blade 25, and due to the clearance fit between the fixed blade support 26 and the clamping groove 81, the fixed blade support 26 can slightly swing in the left-right direction, that is, the fixed blade 25 at the top of the fixed blade support 26 can slightly swing, under the action of the tensile force of the spring 27, the fixed blade 25 always keeps the trend of swinging towards the movable blade 21, so that when the movable blade 21 moves downwards to the blade position of the fixed blade 25, the blades of the movable blade 21 and the fixed blade 25 are always in contact, a gap is not generated between the movable blade 21 and the fixed blade 25 in the process of cutting off the wet adhesive tape, the cutting effect is ensured, and when the movable blade 21 moves downwards to the blade position of the fixed blade 25, the shearing force generated by the movable blade 21 and the fixed blade 25 can cut off the wet adhesive tape.
The movable knife 21 can be provided with a lifting handle, and the movable knife 21 and the movable knife bracket 211 can be lifted by lifting the handle when maintenance is needed.
Referring to fig. 3, the torsion spring 17 is sleeved on the hinge shaft 61, one torsion arm of the torsion spring 17 abuts against the movable plate 6, and the other torsion arm of the torsion spring 17 is fixed on the bottom of the hinge frame 16, referring to fig. 4, when the wet adhesive tape is to be cut off, the driving part 23 stops working, the right end of the movable plate 6 moves downwards under the pulling force of the pulling device 22, since the movable plate 6 is mounted on the support frame 8 through the hinge shaft 61, after the right end of the movable plate 6 moves downwards for a certain distance, the left end of the movable plate 6 abuts against the bottom of the left end of the hinge frame 16 upwards, since the hinge frame 16 is sleeved on the hinge shaft 61 and is rotatably connected with the hinge shaft 61, when the right end of the movable plate 6 continues to move downwards, the left end of the movable plate 6 drives the left end of the hinge frame 16 to move upwards, the right end of the hinge frame 16 moves downwards, and the right end of the hinge frame 16 drives the feeding driven wheel 15 to move downwards, thereby separating the feeding driven wheel 15 from the feeding driving wheel 12, avoiding the feeding action of the wet adhesive tape when the wet adhesive tape is cut off, which affects the cutting off of the wet adhesive tape or causes paper jam, the moving blade 21 moves downwards to cut off the wet adhesive tape, after the cutting off of the wet adhesive tape is completed, the driving part 23 works, the moving blade 21 is lifted up and kept in a state, the moving plate 6 is reset (the state shown in fig. 2), at this time, the feeding driven wheel 15 on the hinged frame 16 keeps a trend of moving towards the feeding driving wheel 12 under the torsional force of the torsional spring 17, the feeding driven wheel 15 can press the wet adhesive tape tightly on the feeding driving wheel 12, ensuring that the feeding driven wheel 15 and the feeding driving wheel 12 can smoothly convey the wet adhesive tape, even if the gap between the feeding driving wheel 12 and the feeding driven wheel 15 is enlarged due to assembly error or abrasion of the feeding driving wheel 12 and the feeding driven wheel 15 working for a long time, the existence of the torsion spring 17 can also ensure that the feeding driven wheel 15 can always press the wet adhesive tape on the feeding driving wheel 12, thereby ensuring the smooth conveying of the wet adhesive tape.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, two ends of a supporting shaft 10 are respectively fixed on two supporting frames 8, a supporting wheel 9 is sleeved on the supporting shaft 10 and is rotatably connected with the supporting shaft 10, namely, the supporting wheel 9 can rotate on the supporting shaft 10, the movable knife bracket 211 of the movable knife 21 is abutted against the supporting wheel 9, in order to ensure the balance of the up-and-down movement of the movable knife 21, the number of the supporting wheels 9 can be two, the two supporting wheels 9 respectively abut against the right side surface of the movable knife bracket 211, when the movable knife 21 moves downwards or upwards, the supporting wheel 9 can support the movable knife 21 and the movable knife bracket 211, ensure the stability of the downward or upward movement of the movable knife 21, because the supporting wheel 9 is rotatably connected with the supporting shaft 10, the movable knife 21 can drive the supporting wheel 9 to rotate when moving downwards or upwards, so that the friction force applied to the movable knife 21 is effectively reduced, and the smoothness of the downward or upwards movement of the movable knife 21 is ensured.
The wetting device is located on the right side of the cutter member, i.e., the wetting device is located downstream of the cutter member, and the wetting device is used for wetting the surface of the wet water adhesive tape.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the wetting device includes a water box 31, a brush 32 and a heating module 33, the brush 32 is accommodated in the water box 31, the top end of the brush 32 extends out of the water box 31, the brush 32 is used for wetting the surface of the wet water adhesive tape, the heating module 33 is located above the top end of the brush 32, a gap for the wet water adhesive tape to pass through is left between the heating module 33 and the top end of the brush 32, the heating module 33 is used for heating the wet water adhesive tape, the heating module 33 can select a form of installing a heating tube in the heating module, the heating tube heats the heating module, the heated heating module heats the wet water adhesive tape, the heating module 33 can also adopt other heating modes, as long as the structure for heating the wet water adhesive tape at a set temperature can be realized, when the wet water adhesive tape contacts with the top end of the brush 32, the brush 32 can wet water adhesive tape, and meanwhile, the heating module 33 can heat the wet water adhesive tape, the surface of the wet adhesive tape is kept at a certain temperature, and after the wet adhesive tape is pasted, the evaporation of the wetting liquid on the surface of the wet adhesive tape can be accelerated.
A discharge port is reserved on the shell 100, and the wet adhesive tape passes through the wetting device and then is output through the discharge port.
The water tank can be installed on the casing 100, the water tank is convenient to take up and is communicated with the water box 31, water with enough capacity is stored in the water tank, the long-time continuous operation of the machine is kept, meanwhile, the water level adjusting device can be installed on the casing 100, the water level in the water box 31 is adjusted by adjusting the water tank placing height, and the material of the brush 32 can be nylon, polyester and the like. In this embodiment, the wetting liquid is specifically water. In other embodiments, the wet adhesive tape may also be an adhesive tape without adhesive on the surface, and the wetting device may apply adhesive on the surface of the adhesive tape to perform wet application of the adhesive tape, that is: the water box 31 contains liquid-like adhesive, and when the wet adhesive tape is in contact with the top end of the brush 32, the brush 32 can coat the adhesive on the surface of the wet adhesive tape, so as to wet-coat the adhesive on the surface of the wet adhesive tape.
A movable cover can be arranged on the shell 100, and the relevant parts between the two supporting frames 8 can be viewed or maintained after the cover is opened; a material storage area can be reserved in the space between the two supporting frames 8, the left space of the longitudinal part of the lower material guide plate 132 is the material storage area, two sides of the material storage area can be respectively provided with a material storage plate, the two material storage plates are arranged in parallel with the two supporting frames 8, when the material storage area is used for placing the coil material of the wet water adhesive tape, the two material storage plates are respectively positioned at two sides of the coil material, a plurality of insertion grooves which are arranged in parallel can be formed on the bottom plate of the shell 100, the bottoms of the material storage plates are inserted into the insertion grooves, and the insertion positions of the material storage plates on the bottom plate of the shell 100 can be adjusted according to the wet water adhesive tapes with different widths, so that the width of the material storage area is adjusted; the storage area can also be placed outside the casing 100 as an independent unit (such as a storage rack or a storage cavity), and a feeding port through which the wet adhesive tape passes is reserved on the casing 100, so that the wet adhesive tape in the storage area can be conveyed to the feeding roller 11 through the feeding port.
The shell 100 can be provided with a controller, the driving device 14, the driving part 23 and the heating module 33 are all connected with the controller through data signal lines, the controller can send control signals to the driving device 14, the driving part 23 and the heating module 33, the working modes of the driving device 14, the driving part 23 and the heating module 33 can be preset through the controller, the controller can be a single chip microcomputer, a microcontroller or a computer, the controller can comprise control keys and a user interface, the control keys can control the driving device 14, the driving part 23 and the heating module 33 to work or stop working, and according to the use requirements, the control keys can be set in a user-defined mode through the user interface.
Fig. 5 and 6 schematically show the use state of the machine for automatically wetting an adhesive tape shown in fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a roll 102 of the wet adhesive tape 101 is placed in a storage area in the housing 100, the end of the wet adhesive tape 101 is inserted between an upper guide plate 131 and a lower guide plate 132 after passing around the top of the feed roller 11, the feed driving wheel 12 and the feed driven wheel 15 clamp the wet adhesive tape 101, the driving part 23 is activated, the moving blade 21 and the moving blade holder 211 are lifted and maintained, the driving device 14 is activated, the feed driving wheel 12 and the feed driven wheel 15 jointly transport the wet adhesive tape 101 in a downstream direction, since the wet adhesive tape 101 passes through the top of the feed roller 11 and then turns downward between the upper guide plate 131 and the lower guide plate 132, the feed opening 133 (refer to fig. 2) of the guide plate can drive the wet adhesive tape 101 to deform in a direction opposite to the winding direction of the roll 102, and when the wet adhesive tape 101 contacts with the top end of the brush 32, the brush 32 can wet adhesive tape 101 be wetted, meanwhile, the heating module 33 can heat the wet adhesive tape 101 to keep the surface of the wet adhesive tape 101 at a certain temperature, after the wet adhesive tape 101 is adhered, evaporation of a wetting liquid on the surface of the wet adhesive tape 101 can be accelerated, when the wet adhesive tape 101 is wetted at the brush 32, an included angle between the end of the wet adhesive tape 101 and the surface of the brush 32 is increased, the wet adhesive tape 101 basically cannot scoop up the wetting liquid on the brush 32, residues of wetting liquid stains on the back adhesive surface of the wet adhesive tape 101 are effectively reduced, the drying speed after the wet adhesive tape 101 is adhered is increased, the adhering difficulty is reduced, customer experience is increased, wrinkles of the wet adhesive tape 101 can be avoided in the adhering process, the packaging attractiveness is improved, when the wet adhesive tape 101 with a required length is output from the discharge port of the casing 100, a user controls the driving part 23 to stop working through a control key, under the tensile force of the tensile force device 22, the movable knife 21 and the movable knife bracket 211 move downwards, meanwhile, the right end of the movable plate 6 moves downwards, after the right end of the movable plate 6 moves downwards for a certain distance, the feeding driving wheel 12 is separated from the feeding driven wheel 15, when the movable knife 21 moves downwards to the cutting edge position of the fixed knife 25, the shearing force generated by the movable knife 21 and the fixed knife 25 cuts off the wet adhesive tape 101, at the moment, the feeding driven wheel 15 and the feeding driving wheel 12 are in a separated state, the wet adhesive tape 101 is prevented from being fed when the wet adhesive tape 101 is cut off, the cutting off of the wet adhesive tape 101 is influenced or paper jam is caused, under the pulling force of the pulling device 22, the right end of the movable plate 6 abuts against the damping block 5 on the limiting piece 4, the damping block 5 can reduce the noise generated by the direct contact collision between the movable plate 6 and the limiting piece 4, the noise pollution to the working environment is reduced, and the limiting piece 4 can limit the position of the downward movement of the movable plate 6, after the cutting of the wet adhesive tape 101 is completed, the user controls the driving part 23 to work again through the control key, the movable knife 21 and the movable knife bracket 211 are lifted up again and kept in a state to wait for the next cutting, and meanwhile, the feeding driving wheel 12 and the feeding driven wheel 15 clamp the wet adhesive tape 101 which is not wet again to wait for the continuous conveying of the wet adhesive tape 101.

fig. 7 schematically shows the structure of a machine for automatically wetting an adhesive tape according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 7, a machine for automatically wetting an adhesive tape includes a feeding part, a cutter part, and a wetting device. In addition, the machine for automatically wetting the adhesive tape may further include a stopper 4, a damper block 5, a movable plate 6, a connecting rod 7, a support frame 8, a support wheel 9, a support shaft 10, a housing 100, and a controller.
In this embodiment, only the installation position of the feeding roller 11 is different from that of the first embodiment, and the structures and connection manners of other components are the same as those of the first embodiment, and are not described again.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the feeding roller 11 has a height lower than the feeding port 133 of the material guide plate and has a certain height difference, the feeding port 133 of the material guide plate is the left end port of the gap between the lateral portions of the upper material guide plate 131 and the lower material guide plate 132, the wet adhesive tape is conducted to the feeding port 133 of the material guide plate through the bottom of the feeding roller 11 and is conveyed between the lateral portions of the upper material guide plate 131 and the lower material guide plate 132, because the wet adhesive tape 101 passes through the bottom of the feeding roller 11 and then turns upwards to the position between the upper guide plate 131 and the lower guide plate 132, the left ends of the transverse parts of the feeding roller 11 and the lower guide plate 132 can drive the wet adhesive tape to generate deformation opposite to the winding direction of the coil stock together, the specific installation position of the feeding roller 11 can be adjusted according to the requirement of the wet adhesive tape on opposite deformation, so that the feeding roller 11 is lower than the feeding port 133 of the material guide plate and has a certain height difference.
