本发明涉及热缩膜设备领域,具体为热缩膜中封设备。
背景技术
目前工厂里传统的手工覆膜速度慢、耗时耗力、品质差、不稳定,针对这些缺陷,所以我们设计热缩膜中封设备是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供热缩膜中封设备,能够全自动覆膜、切膜、热缩提高生产效率,节约生产成本,提高公司竞争力;覆膜后,产品具有防伪性、防尘性。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
热缩膜中封设备,包括进料输送器、放膜机、制袋机、搬袋机、推盒装袋机、封袋机、切角机和搬运机,所述进料输送器出料端安装有放膜机,且所述放膜机出料端与制袋机连接,所述制袋机出料端安装有搬袋机,且所述搬袋机出料端安装有推盒装袋机,所述推盒装袋机出料端安装有切角机,且所述切角机出料端安装有搬运机。
优选的,所述热缩膜中封设备的使用方法为:人员先将产品放入进料输送器,放膜机将膜经过制袋机制成袋子,产品随进料输送器流入袋内,然后通过推盒装袋机将产品推入封袋机进行热切口封袋,把膜制成经过切角机将产品和膜切四个角热封口,完成后再将产品搬运流入热缩炉内进行热缩,该结构,能够全自动覆膜、切膜、热缩提高生产效率,节约生产成本,提高公司竞争力;覆膜后,产品具有防伪性、防尘性。

本发明的工作原理:人员先将产品放入进料输送器1,放膜机2将膜经过制袋机3制成袋子,产品随进料输送器1流入袋内,然后通过推盒装袋机5将产品推入封袋机6进行热切口封袋,把膜制成经过切角机7将产品和膜切四个角热封口,完成后再将产品搬运流入热缩炉内进行热缩,该结构,能够全自动覆膜、切膜、热缩提高生产效率,节约生产成本,提高公司竞争力;覆膜后,产品具有防伪性、防尘性。
