In the preparation process, the pedal bracket 1, the clamping bracket 2, the front cushion block 3 and the buckle 8 are assembled and then assembled with the upper carpet piece 4 to form the upper structure of the main carpet of the automobile; then the upper structure of the main carpet of the automobile is integrally placed in a mould, and then the bottom carpet piece 5 is formed at the bottom of the upper structure of the main carpet of the automobile through PU integral foaming forming; then the ground mat 9 is welded on the upper carpet piece 4 by ultrasonic wave; finally, the air pipe 7 is clamped on the main carpet of the automobile, and then the assembly is completed. The assembled primary carpet of the automobile is shown in FIG. 1, and the section A-A is shown in FIG. 3.
In the automobile adopting the traditional automobile main carpet and the automobile adopting the automobile main carpet, in the whole automobile frontal collision experiment, the stress and displacement curves of the left foot of the driver are shown as shown in fig. 19, and the stress and displacement of the left foot of the driver of the automobile adopting the automobile main carpet are obviously lower than those of the automobile adopting the traditional automobile main carpet. The experimental result shows that the automobile adopting the automobile main carpet has an effective protection effect on a driver in the automobile collision process.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples, but the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solutions of the present invention within the scope of the technical concept of the present invention, and all the simple modifications belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. An automobile main carpet with driver protection function, which is characterized in that: comprises a pedal bracket (1), a clamping bracket (2), a flexible front cushion block (3), an upper carpet piece (4), a bottom carpet piece (5) and a flexible rear cushion block (6);
the pedal bracket (1) is arranged at the front end of the main carpet of the automobile and is used for supporting the foot part at one side of the driver and comprises an upper fixing sheet (1.1), a pedal inclined plane (1.2) and a lower sliding sheet (1.3) which are connected in sequence; an upper fixing hole (1.11) for being matched with a sheet metal part of a vehicle body is formed in the upper fixing piece (1.1), a middle fixing hole (1.21) for being matched with a decorative pedal is formed in the pedal inclined surface (1.2), clamping sliding strips (1.31) are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the lower sliding piece (1.3), and the lower sliding piece (1.3) can slide backwards along the top end face of the clamping support (2) when the vehicle is impacted positively;
one side in front of the top of the front cushion block (3) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the clamping support (2), and the other side in front of the top of the front cushion block (3) is provided with a front cushion block boss (3.2) for supporting the foot of the other side of the driver;
the pedal support (1), the clamping support (2) and the front cushion block (3) are wrapped between the upper carpet piece (4) and the soft bottom carpet piece (5); the rear cushion block (6) is transversely arranged at the rear end of the bottom carpet piece (5);
the left side of the front end of the upper carpet piece (4) is provided with a pedal upper inclined surface (4.1) attached to the top of the pedal bracket (1), and the pedal upper inclined surface (4.1) is provided with an upper inclined surface fixing hole (4.11) overlapped with the middle fixing hole (1.21); an upper carpet piece boss (4.2) which is used for being attached to the top of the front cushion block boss (3.2) is arranged on the right side of the front end of the upper carpet piece (4); the left side surface of the upper carpet piece (4) is provided with a side surface assembly hole (4.3) for being matched with the sheet metal part of the automobile body; the right side surface of the upper carpet piece (4) is provided with an air pipe first front end bayonet (4.4), and the right rear side of the upper carpet piece (4) is provided with an air pipe first rear end bayonet (4.5);
the left side of the front end of the bottom carpet piece (5) is provided with a pedal bottom inclined plane (5.1) which is used for being attached to the bottom of the pedal bracket (1), and the pedal bottom inclined plane (5.1) is provided with a bottom inclined plane fixing hole (5.11) which is overlapped with the middle fixing hole (1.21); the right side of the front end of the bottom carpet piece (5) is provided with a bottom carpet piece boss (5.2) which is used for being attached to the bottom of the front cushion block boss (3.2); the rear end of the bottom carpet piece (5) is provided with a rear cushion block mounting groove (5.3), the right side face of the bottom carpet piece (5) is provided with an air pipe second front end bayonet (5.4), and the right rear side of the bottom carpet piece (5) is provided with an air pipe second rear end bayonet (5.5).

A primary carpet for an automobile having a driver protection function according to claim 1, wherein: the clamping support (2) comprises a square plastic support, a clamping sliding groove (2.2) matched with the clamping sliding strip (1.31) is formed in the top of the clamping support (2), and a mounting column (2.1) matched with the front cushion block (3) is arranged at the bottom of the clamping support (2).

A primary carpet for an automobile having a driver protection function according to claim 3, wherein: the rear cushion block (6) comprises a buffer beam (6.1), a front buffer boss (6.2) arranged at the front end of the buffer beam (6.1) and a bottom buffer boss (6.3) arranged at the bottom of the buffer beam (6.1).

A primary carpet for an automobile having a driver protection function according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the air conditioner further comprises an air pipe (7), wherein the opening of the air pipe front end (7.1) of the air pipe (7) faces upwards, and the opening of the air pipe rear end (7.2) of the air pipe (7) faces backwards; the front end (7.1) of the air pipe is clamped in a first front end bayonet (4.4) of the air pipe and a second front end bayonet (5.4) of the air pipe; the rear end (7.2) of the air pipe is clamped into a bayonet (5.5) at the second rear end of the air pipe and a bayonet (4.5) at the first rear end of the air pipe.

An automotive primary carpet with driver protection as defined in claim 5 wherein: the novel buckle comprises a buckle body, and is characterized by further comprising a buckle (8), wherein the buckle (8) comprises a buckle rod, an upper end clamp (8.1) arranged at the top of the buckle rod, a middle clamping ring (8.2) arranged at the middle of the buckle rod and a lower clamping ring (8.3) arranged at the lower part of the buckle rod; the middle part of the top of the front cushion block (3) is provided with a buckle mounting groove (3.3) for accommodating the lower clamping ring (8.3); the middle part of the upper carpet piece (4) is provided with a clamping hole (4.6), and the clamping hole (4.6) is clamped on a clamping rod between the middle clamping ring (8.2) and the lower clamping ring (8.3); the upper end clamp (8.1) protrudes above the upper carpet piece (4) and is used for installing the small carpet of the automobile.
7. The primary carpet of claim 6, wherein the primary carpet comprises a protective function for a driver: the carpet also comprises a ground mat (9), wherein the ground mat (9) is welded on the upper carpet piece (4) through ultrasonic waves.
