the positioning clamping mechanism (2) comprises a mounting rib plate (4), a fixing support arm (5), a clamping arm (6) and a positioning column (7), wherein the mounting rib plate (4) is fixedly connected with the processing bottom plate (1) through a bolt, one side of the mounting rib plate (4) is fixedly provided with the fixing support arm (5), the fixing support arm (5) is provided with a hinge part, the hinge part can move along the height direction of the fixing support arm (5), the top end of the hinge part is hinged with the clamping arm (6), one end of the clamping arm (6) close to the mounting rib plate (4) is fixedly provided with an upper clamping block (8), the bottom of the upper clamping block (8) is embedded with a pressure sensor, the top of the fixing support arm (5) is fixedly provided with a lower clamping block (9), one end of the fixing support arm (5) away from the mounting rib plate (4) is fixedly provided with a positioning column (7), the top of the positioning column (7) is flush with a positioning cone (10) of a positioning cone;

the hinge part comprises a hinge shaft (21) and hinge plates (22), a vertical chute (23) is formed in the fixed support arm (5), the hinge shaft (21) is arranged in the vertical chute (23) in a sliding penetrating mode, the hinge plates (22) are arranged on two sides of the fixed support arm (5), two ends of the hinge shaft (21) are respectively connected with the two hinge plates (22) in a rotating mode, and one end of the clamping arm (6) is located between the two hinge plates (22) and hinged with the hinge plates (22) through a pin shaft;
the vertical sliding chute (23) is rectangular, the middle shape of the hinge shaft (21) is matched with the shape of the vertical sliding chute (23), a second air cylinder is arranged on the processing bottom plate (1), and a telescopic shaft of the second air cylinder is connected with one hinge plate (22);

the machining bottom plate (1) is further provided with a plurality of arc clamping mechanisms (27), each arc clamping mechanism comprises a mounting base (28), a rotating arm (29) and an arc clamping body (30), the mounting base (28) is connected to the machining bottom plate (1) through bolts, the top of the mounting base (28) is hinged with the rotating arm (29), the bottom of the rotating arm (29) is slidably provided with the arc clamping bodies (30), the sliding path of each arc clamping body (30) is arc-shaped, fixed seats (31) and sliding seats (32) are arranged on the arc clamping bodies (30) at intervals, the sliding seats (32) are close to or far away from the fixed seats (31) to move, and clamping spaces for clamping cambered surfaces of aviation plates are formed between the fixed seats (31) and the sliding seats (32);
the fixed seat (31) and the opposite end of the sliding seat (32) are all in spherical hinge joint with a hinge ball (33), and the hinge ball (33) is connected with an adjustable clamping plate (34) through a connecting rod.
