The invention provides a goods sorting method of a logistics sorting station, which comprises the steps of acquiring bar code information and image information of goods through a recognizer and a camera, and compensating the bar code information of the goods which cannot be recognized by a camera when collecting bags and folds through the recognizer, so that the manual workload can be reduced.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a logistics sorting station according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a logistics sorting station generally comprising a warehouse control system 10, a transfer conveyor 20 and an identifier 31. The warehouse control system 10 is generally located in the background of the logistics sorting station, and stores information of all cargoes in the logistics sorting station and preset sorting rules, the warehouse control system 10 sorts all cargoes in the logistics sorting station according to the preset sorting rules, and the preset sorting rules can be existing rules capable of realizing cargo sorting, and are not specifically limited in the application. The transfer conveyor 20 is used for transferring goods, including a first type of goods, including a bag-in-bag goods, including at least two single-piece goods, all of which are placed in the same bag, and the single-piece goods have at least one identical feature therebetween, such as the same next destination of the single-piece goods in the same bag-in-type goods, and the bag-in-bag goods are transferred as a unit on the transfer conveyor 20. The first type of goods is provided with a chip, the chip contains bar code information of corresponding goods, and the chip can be placed in the bag. The identifier 31 is connected with the warehouse control system 10, the identifier 31 is arranged above the circulating conveyor belt 20, and when the first type of goods on the circulating conveyor belt 20 flows into the identification range of the identifier 31, the identifier 31 reads the bar code information and sends the bar code information to the warehouse control system 10. The warehouse control system 10 sorts the first category goods according to the preset sorting rule after receiving the barcode information transmitted by the identifier 31.
The above logistics sorting station is provided with the identifier 31, and the chips which can be identified by the identifier 31 are correspondingly placed in the first category goods, in the sorting process, when the first category goods flow to the identification range of the identifier 31, the identifier 31 can read the bar code information contained in the chips, so that the first category goods can be identified, the phenomenon that the goods cannot be identified and flow back on the circulation conveyer belt 20 can not occur, manual participation is not needed, manual workload is reduced, and the sorting work efficiency is improved.
As an example of the present application, the goods further include a second category of goods including single goods, that is, goods individually circulated on the circulation conveyor 20. The logistics sorting station further comprises a collection device 40, the collection device 40 comprising a camera. The collecting device 40 is located above the circulation conveyer belt 20 and located at the rear end of the identifier 31, and the collecting device 40 is connected with the warehouse control system 10, and is configured to collect image information of all cargoes on the circulation conveyer belt 20 and send the collected image information to the warehouse control system 10. After receiving the image information sent by the collection device 40, the warehouse control system 10 removes the image information corresponding to the first category of goods and retains the image information corresponding to the second category of goods, and sorts the second category of goods according to the preset sorting rule. In some cases, the acquiring device 40 may acquire the information of the first type cargo, so that in order to avoid repeated calculation, it is necessary to delete the image information representing the first type cargo from the image information acquired by the acquiring device 40.
As an example of the present application, the logistics sorting station further includes a channeling machine 30, the channeling machine 30 is disposed above the circulation conveyor 20, and an installation position for fixing the identifier 31 is disposed on the channeling machine 30 so as to fix the identifier 31.

Wherein the single piece separating device 50 may be a robotic arm. After unloading the cargoes from the vehicle, the cargoes are usually stacked together in disorder, if the cargoes are kept in a stacked state and enter the subsequent sorting, the identifier 31 and the acquisition device 40 cannot accurately acquire bar code information and image information, so that the cargoes need to be separated, and the manual workload can be reduced by separating the cargoes in the disorder stacking state through the single-piece separation device 50, and the subsequent sorting is ensured to be carried out smoothly.
Wherein the identifier 31 comprises a radio frequency identifier 31 and the chip comprises a radio frequency identification chip.
