Preferably, the accident scene module 21 includes a hydrogen sulfide leakage accident scene module, a benzene leakage accident scene module, and a diesel leakage accident scene module; wherein other leakage accident scene modules can be set according to actual conditions.
The emergency plan displayed in the corresponding emergency plan module in the hydrogen sulfide leakage accident scene module is as follows: 1) closing a leakage source along with the isolation protective clothing; 2) opening an isolation protection module and executing peripheral isolation protection; 3) and (4) treating the hydrogen sulfide, connecting a flushing pipeline and a fire nozzle, and flushing leaked substances. The materials displayed in the corresponding material matching module in the hydrogen sulfide leakage accident scene module are as follows: a medicament module, a 4% NaOH decontamination agent, 100 kg; 5 isolation protection components in the isolation protection module; 1 fire control shower nozzle.
The emergency plan displayed in the corresponding emergency plan module in the benzene leakage accident scene module is as follows: 1) closing a leakage source along with the isolation protective clothing; 2) opening an isolation protection module and executing peripheral isolation protection; 3) opening the leak collection module; 4) and connecting the flushing pipeline and the fire-fighting nozzle to flush the leaked substances. The materials displayed in the corresponding material matching module in the benzene leakage accident scene module are as follows: a medicament module, 30kg of benzene neutralization decontamination agent/alkali decontamination agent; 5 isolation protection components in the isolation protection module; 1 leakage collection module and 1 fire control nozzle.
The emergency plan displayed in the corresponding emergency plan module in the diesel leakage accident scene module is as follows: 1) closing a leakage source when wearing the protective clothing; 2) opening an isolation protection module and executing peripheral isolation protection; 3) opening the leak collection module; 4) and connecting the flushing pipeline and the fire-fighting nozzle to flush the leaked substances. The materials displayed in the corresponding material matching module in the diesel leakage accident scene module are as follows: 5 isolation protection components in the isolation protection module; 1 leakage collection module and 1 fire control nozzle.
Example 4:
on the basis of embodiment 3, the outer box 1 is provided with a pipeline interface 11 and a pipeline valve 12; one end of the pipeline joint 11 is connected with a water supply pipeline 45, and the other end of the pipeline joint 11 is used for connecting with a fire water system.
Preferably, one end of the pipeline joint 11 connected with the water supply pipeline 45 is also connected with a flushing pipeline, a flushing valve is arranged on the flushing pipeline, a fire-fighting spray head is arranged at the end part of the flushing pipeline, and the flushing and cooling of leaked objects are realized through the arrangement of the flushing pipeline.
Example 5:
on the basis of the embodiment or the embodiment 2 or the embodiment 3 or the embodiment 4, the bottom of the outer box body 1 is provided with a roller, so that the outer box body 1 can move conveniently; when the outer box 1 moves, each pipeline is received in the outer box 1.
The comprehensive emergency station for emergency disposal of hazardous chemical substance leakage in embodiment 5 has the following specific implementation manner:
moving the outer box body 1 to the position near a leakage accident site, and moving the leakage collection module 4 and the isolation protection module 5 out of the outer box body 1 to enable the outer box body to be in the accident site; and connects the pipe connection 11 to the nearby fire water system.
According to the types of dangerous chemical varieties which are actually leaked on site, a corresponding accident scene module 21 is selected on the central control display screen 7, so that a corresponding emergency plan and required materials are displayed on the central control display screen 7 for an operator to refer to; meanwhile, the judging module 2 controls the suction valve 41 to be opened, the isolation valve 51 to be opened and the medicine valve 61 corresponding to the corresponding medicine box 62 to be opened through the control module 3 according to the selected accident scene, so that each module works, as shown in fig. 3: the suction port 42 sucks toxic leakage on the leakage site, the sucked liquid and large-particle powder particles fall into the conveying box 43, and the gas and fine-particle substances enter the negative pressure generator 44 and enter the subsequent isolation protection module 5 for retreatment along with fire water supplied by the water supply pipeline 45; in the isolation protection module 5, the medicament in the medicament module 6 contacts the fire water (containing the toxic gas/fine particles sucked by the leakage collection module 4) flowing vertically upwards in a vortex shape through the vortex fan 531 and then enters the diffusion section of the venturi tube 52 to form water curtain isolation, wherein the toxic gas/fine particles react with the medicament in the contraction and diffusion process of the venturi tube 52 and are dissolved and reduced, and the sprayed water curtain/water mist particles further react with the toxic gas/powder volatilized/flashed and diffused from the leakage substances in the accident site and are dissolved, so that the purpose of washing, eliminating and isolating the toxic gas is achieved.

the isolation protection module is used for eliminating hazardous chemicals;
a medicament module for providing a medicament;
the leakage collection module, the isolation protection module and the medicament module can be stored in the outer box body and can also be taken out of the outer box body;
the leakage collection module comprises a negative pressure generator, a transfer box body and a suction port; the suction port is connected with the upper part of the transfer box body through a suction pipeline; the upper part of the transfer box body is connected with a side inlet of a negative pressure generator; the bottom inlet of the negative pressure generator is connected with a water supply pipeline;
the bottom inlet of the isolation protection module is connected with the top outlet of the negative pressure generator; and a side inlet of the isolation protection module is connected with an outlet of the medicament module.
2. The station of claim 1, wherein the suction pipe is provided with a suction valve, and the suction valve is a solenoid valve.
3. The station of claim 1, wherein the negative pressure generator comprises a vertical cylinder, a ball is disposed inside the vertical cylinder, and the diameter of the opening of the bottom inlet and the top outlet of the vertical cylinder is smaller than that of the ball.
4. The station of claim 1, wherein the inner side of the top of the transfer tank is provided with a downwardly extending baffle.

The comprehensive emergency station for the emergency disposal of the leakage of the hazardous chemical substances according to claim 2, wherein the isolation and protection module comprises a plurality of isolation and protection components, each isolation and protection component comprises a venturi tube, and a bottom inlet of the venturi tube is connected with a top outlet of the negative pressure generator through a pipeline;
an outer cylinder body is coaxially arranged outside the circumference of the middle throat part of the Venturi tube, and an annular cavity which is blocked up and down is formed between the outer cylinder body and the middle throat part of the Venturi tube; a plurality of groups of fan blade assemblies are uniformly arranged on the outer wall surface of the throat part in the middle of the Venturi tube along the axial direction, and each group of fan blade assemblies comprises a plurality of vortex fan blades uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction;
a through hole communicated with the annular cavity is formed in the middle throat part of the Venturi tube between the adjacent vortex fan blades in each group of fan blade assembly;
a medicament inlet pipe communicated with the annular cavity is arranged on the outer cylinder body;
the medicament inlet tube is connected to the outlet of the medicament module.
6. The comprehensive emergency station for the emergency disposal of the leakage of the hazardous chemical substances according to claim 5, wherein an isolation valve is arranged at the bottom inlet of the venturi tube, and the isolation valve is an electromagnetic valve.

the judging module is connected with the control module, and the control module is connected with the suction valve, the isolation valve and the medicament valve;
the central control display screen is arranged inside the outer box body, and the studying and judging module and the control module are connected with the central control display screen.

The comprehensive emergency station for the emergency disposal of the leakage of the hazardous chemical substances according to claim 1, wherein a pipeline interface and a pipeline valve are arranged on the outer box body; one end of the pipeline interface is connected with a water supply pipeline, and the other end of the pipeline interface is used for being connected with a fire water system.
13. The station of claim 1, wherein the end of the pipe connection to the water supply pipe is further connected to a flushing pipe, the flushing pipe is provided with a flushing valve, and the end of the flushing pipe is provided with a fire nozzle.
