Detailed Description
The disclosure may be understood more readily by reference to the following detailed description of preferred embodiments of the invention and the examples included therein. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. In case of conflict, the present specification, including definitions, will control.
The term "prepared from …" as used herein is synonymous with "comprising". The terms "comprises," "comprising," "includes," "including," "has," "having," "contains," "containing," or any other variation thereof, as used herein, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion. For example, a composition, process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements is not necessarily limited to only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such composition, process, method, article, or apparatus.
The conjunction "consisting of …" excludes any unspecified elements, steps or components. If used in a claim, the phrase is intended to claim as closed, meaning that it does not contain materials other than those described, except for the conventional impurities associated therewith. When the phrase "consisting of …" appears in a clause of the subject matter of the claims rather than immediately after the subject matter, it defines only the elements described in the clause; no other elements are excluded from the claims as a whole.
The singular forms "a," "an," and "the" include plural referents unless the context clearly dictates otherwise. "optional" or "any" means that the subsequently described event or events may or may not occur, and that the description includes instances where the event occurs and instances where it does not.
In addition, the indefinite articles "a" and "an" preceding an element or component of the invention are not intended to limit the number requirement (i.e., the number of occurrences) of the element or component. Thus, "a" or "an" should be read to include one or at least one, and the singular form of an element or component also includes the plural unless the stated number clearly indicates that the singular form is intended.
In order to solve the above problems, a first aspect of the present invention provides a mite-killing detergent for pets, which is prepared from at least: surfactants and plant extracts; the weight ratio of the surfactant to the plant extract is 2: (0.1-0.8).
In some preferred embodiments, the weight ratio of the surfactant to the plant extract is 2: 0.7.
during the course of the experiments, the applicants have found that the weight of the surfactant and the weight of the plant extract have a greater effect on the performance of the resulting detergent. The applicant speculates that this phenomenon occurs because: the surfactant is dissolved in a system, orderly arranged molecular groups are formed on the surfaces of water molecules and aggregated into rod-shaped, spherical or layered micelles, and the rod-shaped, spherical or layered micelles form stable combination with active groups existing in plant extracts, and when the surfactant is used for killing mites of pets, an infiltrated film layer can be quickly formed on the surfaces of animal furs, so that the plant extracts can be quickly acted on the animal furs and combined with mites or inflammatory factors on the surfaces of the animal furs, the activity expression of the inflammatory factors can be inhibited while the nerve of mites is paralyzed, and a better effect of killing the mites is achieved. And, in the present application, the weight ratio of the surfactant to the plant extract is 2: 0.7, the stability of the cleaning agent is improved, the action efficiency of the plant extract and the mites is improved, and the occurrence of drug resistance is avoided.
In some preferred embodiments, the surfactant is selected from at least two of an amphoteric surfactant, an anionic surfactant, and a nonionic surfactant.
In some preferred embodiments, the amphoteric surfactant is selected from at least one of a betaine type surfactant and an imidazoline type surfactant.
In some preferred embodiments, the amphoteric surfactant is a betaine surfactant.
In some preferred embodiments, the betaine-type surfactant is dodecyl dimethyl betaine.
In some preferred embodiments, the nonionic surfactant is an alkyl polyglucoside; preferably, the alkyl polyglucoside is C8-18 alkyl polyglucoside.
In some preferred embodiments, the alkyl polyglucoside is a C12-14 alkyl polyglucoside.
In some preferred embodiments, the alkyl polyglucoside is a C12 alkyl polyglucoside.
In the experimental process, the applicant finds that the C12 alkyl polyglucoside is selected as the nonionic surfactant for the system, so that the system can be adaptive to various water qualities when being used as a pet mite removing detergent, the cleaning efficiency of the detergent is ensured, and residues among animal skins are avoided. The applicant speculates that the reason for this phenomenon is: the C12 alkylpolyglucoside selected when used in the present system can increase the hydration layer thickness of the system to some extent, which can further complex the ginger extract, the pyrethrum alba extract, the honeysuckle extract, the pumpkin seed extract and the tea leaf residue extract in the system.
Meanwhile, in the experimental process, the applicant finds that the selection of the alkyl polyglucoside with the carbon atom number more than 14 causes the prepared detergent to have excessively high foam stability, is not easy to remove in the using process and brings certain trouble to rinsing. The selection of the alkyl polyglucoside with the carbon atom number less than 12 can reduce the complexing effect on the tea leaf residue extract and reduce the mite removing effect.
In some preferred embodiments, the weight ratio of dodecyl dimethyl betaine to C12 alkyl polyglucoside is 1: (3-5).
In the experimental process, the applicant finds that the complex use of the dodecyl dimethyl betaine and the C12 alkyl polyglucoside can improve the flexibility of the pet hair, improve the cleaning effect, keep the pet hair in a smooth state within 7 days, prolong the acarid prevention time, reduce the trouble of cleaning the pet for many times, and is suitable for the water temperature of 35-40 ℃; the applicant speculates that the reason for this phenomenon is: the weight ratio of the dodecyl dimethyl betaine to the C12 alkyl polyglucoside is 1: (3-5), in the water washing process, along with the increase of water or the increase of water temperature, the C12 alkyl polyglucoside does not have the gelation phenomenon, does not cause the breakage of hydrogen-oxygen bonds because of the increase of water temperature, and can be further combined with a hydrophilic group agent existing on the dodecyl dimethyl betaine, so that the foaming capacity of the cleaning agent is improved when hard water is used.
And applicants further found that when the weight ratio of dodecyl dimethyl betaine to C12 alkyl polyglucoside is 1: (3-5), the foam formed in the use is spherical and fine, the foam layer is wet, after the pet is cleaned, the fur of the pet is smooth, the mite is cleared, the adhesion of the mite is greatly weakened, the secondary cleaning is not needed within 7 days, the pet is protected, and the excessive workload of a cleaner is avoided.
As used herein, "C8-18", "C12-14" and "C12" each represent a carbon number of 8-18, 12-14 or 12.
In some preferred embodiments, the plant extract is selected from at least one of garlic extract, sophora flavescens extract, pyrethrum alba extract, pumpkin seed extract, honeysuckle extract, almond extract, ginger extract, tea leaf residue extract.
In some preferred embodiments, the plant extract is selected from the group consisting of ginger extract, pyrethrum extract, pumpkin seed extract, honeysuckle extract, tea leaf residue extract.
In some preferred embodiments, the weight ratio of the ginger extract, the pyrethrum alba extract, the pumpkin seed extract, the honeysuckle extract and the tea leaf residue extract is 3: (0.1-0.5): (1-1.5): (0.5-1.5): (2-5).
In the experimental process, the applicant finds that the ginger extract, the pyrethrum alba extract, the pumpkin seed extract, the honeysuckle extract and the tea leaf residue extract are used for the pet mite removing cleanser, so that the mite removing effect of the cleanser can be improved, the prepared cleanser is guaranteed to have good smell and pet acceptability, and the effect of soothing the mood of animals is achieved when the cleanser is used for removing mites of animals; the reasons for this phenomenon are: the ginger extract contains gingerol, linalool, eucalyptol and other components which can form a better compounding effect with the pyrethrin contained in the pyrethrum alba extract, meanwhile, the existence of the tea leaf residue extract and the ginger extract can also play a role in inhibiting the decomposition of active components in the pyrethrum alba extract, and the weight ratio of the ginger extract to the pyrethrum alba extract to the pumpkin seed extract to the honeysuckle extract to the tea leaf residue extract is 3: (0.1-0.5): (1-1.5): (0.5-1.5): and (2-5), the insecticidal and acaricidal effects of the pet acarid-removing cleanser can be ensured, and the cleanser can have acceptable odor for pets. In addition, in the experimental process, the applicant unexpectedly discovers that the complex use of the ginger extract, the pyrethrum alba extract, the pumpkin seed extract, the honeysuckle extract and the tea leaf residue extract can enable the pet dog to show the phenomena of warmness and obedience, and ensure the practicability when the extract is used for removing mites of pets.
In some preferred embodiments, the preparation feedstock further comprises at least one of an antimicrobial agent, a thickener, a chelating agent, a preservative, and water.
In some preferred embodiments, the preparation raw materials comprise, in weight percent: 10-30% of surfactant, 2-11% of plant extract, 0.1-0.5% of chelating agent and the balance of water to 100%.
