As shown in fig. 1, the postoperative rehabilitation bed for retina mainly comprises a base 1, a third bed plate 2, a second bed plate 3, a first bed plate 4, a first arm plate 5, a fifth electromagnetic valve set 6, a fifth air bag set 7, a fourth electromagnetic valve set 8, a fourth air bag set 9, a first air bag set 10, a second air bag set 11, a third air bag set 12, a sixth air bag set 13, a second arm plate 14, a sixth electromagnetic valve set 15, a first electromagnetic valve set 16, a second electromagnetic valve set 17, a third electromagnetic valve set 18, a third connecting rod 19, a second connecting rod 20, a first connecting rod 21, an electric cylinder 22 and an air pipe set 23, wherein the base 1 can be stably placed on the ground, and two support plates 1.1 are fixedly installed at the front end of the upper side of the base 1 and are reinforced and connected through four triangular rib plates; the first bed board 4 is fixedly arranged at the upper ends of the two support plates 1.1 and is fastened and connected through screws.
As shown in fig. 5, the first bed board 4 is a plate-shaped structure with a narrow front part and a wide back part, the front end of the first bed board 4 is vertically provided with a through elliptical hole, the elliptical hole can be used for a patient to place a face when the patient lies prone, the face can conveniently breathe and communicate, twelve electromagnetic valve mounting grooves are transversely arranged on the lower side of the front end of the first bed board 4, eight electromagnetic valve mounting grooves are longitudinally arranged on the lower side of the left end of the first bed board 4, a first lug 4.1 is arranged in the middle of the lower side of the first bed board 4, second connecting columns 4.4 and first connecting columns 4.3 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the first lug 4.1, the first connecting columns 4.3 and the second connecting columns 4.4 are of a cylindrical structure which is vertically arranged in the same structure, the positions of the first connecting columns 4.3 and the second connecting columns 4.4 are symmetrical about the longitudinal middle plane of the first bed board 4, two second lugs 4.2 are symmetrical about the longitudinal middle plane of the first bed board 4.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first air bag group 10 is fixedly installed on the upper side of the first bed board 4, the first air bag group 10 is formed by vertically arranging eight long-strip air bags, an independent air chamber is arranged inside each long-strip air bag, the outer layer of each long-strip air bag is attached with a soft silica gel material, and the upper side of the first air bag group 10 is an inward concave arc surface which can provide a more fitting support for the chest of a patient; first electromagnetism valves 16 constitute by eight solenoid valves, eight solenoid valves in the first electromagnetism valves 16 are fixed mounting respectively in the solenoid valve mounting groove of first bed board 4 left end downside to every solenoid valve in the first electromagnetism valves 16 all corresponds and puts through with a rectangular gasbag in the first gasbag group 10, and can control the inflation and the gassing of corresponding rectangular gasbag.
The fourth air bag group 9 is fixedly arranged at the front end of the upper side of the first bed plate 4, the fourth air bag group 9 is formed by twelve fan-shaped air bags which are circumferentially arranged, an independent air chamber is arranged in each fan-shaped air bag, soft silica gel materials are attached to the outer layer of each fan-shaped air bag, an elliptical hole is formed in the center of the fourth air bag group 9, the elliptical hole is the same as and vertically corresponds to the elliptical hole in the front end of the first bed plate 4, and the fourth air bag group 9 can provide comfortable support for the face of a patient to reduce the neck pressure of the patient; the fourth solenoid valve group 8 constitute by twelve solenoid valves, twelve solenoid valves in the fourth solenoid valve group 8 are fixed mounting respectively in twelve solenoid valve mounting grooves of first bed board 4 front end downside to every solenoid valve in the fourth solenoid valve group 8 all switches on through a corresponding fan-shaped gasbag in trachea and the fourth gasbag group 9 in the trachea group 23, and can control and correspond the inflation and the gassing of fan-shaped gasbag, trachea group 23 sets up inside first bed board 4 front end.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the rear end of the first arm plate 5 is mounted at the lower end of the first connecting column 4.3 to form a revolute pair, and five electromagnetic valve mounting grooves are longitudinally formed on the lower side of the right end of the first arm plate 5; the fifth airbag group 7 is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the first arm plate 5, the fifth airbag group 7 is formed by longitudinally arranging five strip airbags, an independent air chamber is arranged in each strip airbag, the outer layer of each strip airbag is attached with a soft silica gel material, the upper side of the fifth airbag group 7 is an inwards concave arc surface, and a patient can support the right arm of the patient when lying prone; the fifth electromagnetic valve group 6 is composed of five electromagnetic valves, the five electromagnetic valves in the fifth electromagnetic valve group 6 are respectively and fixedly arranged in the electromagnetic valve mounting groove on the lower side of the right end of the first arm plate 5, and each electromagnetic valve in the fifth electromagnetic valve group 6 is correspondingly communicated with one long strip airbag in the fifth airbag group 7 and can control the inflation and deflation of the corresponding long strip airbag; the first arm plate 5 can swing left and right to enable the right arm of the patient to move properly, and meanwhile, the right arm can deliver food and water to the patient, so that the patient can conveniently live in prone position.
The rear end of the second arm plate 14 is arranged at the lower end of the second connecting column 4.4 to form a revolute pair, and five electromagnetic valve mounting grooves are longitudinally formed in the lower side of the left end of the second arm plate 14; the sixth air bag group 13 is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the second arm plate 14, the sixth air bag group 13 is formed by longitudinally arranging five long-strip air bags, an independent air chamber is arranged in each long-strip air bag, the outer layer of each long-strip air bag is attached with a soft silica gel material, the upper side of the sixth air bag group 13 is an inwards concave arc surface, and a patient can be supported on the left arm of the patient when lying prone; the sixth electromagnetic valve group 15 is composed of five electromagnetic valves, the five electromagnetic valves in the sixth electromagnetic valve group 15 are respectively and fixedly installed in an electromagnetic valve installation groove on the lower side of the left end of the second arm plate 14, and each electromagnetic valve in the sixth electromagnetic valve group 15 is correspondingly communicated with one long-strip air bag in the sixth air bag group 13 and can control the inflation and deflation of the corresponding long-strip air bag; the second arm plate 14 can swing left and right to enable the left arm of the patient to move properly, and meanwhile, the left arm can deliver food and water to the patient, so that the patient can conveniently live when lying on the stomach.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the second bed plate 3 is a plate-shaped structure, the front end of the second bed plate 3 is rotatably connected with the rear end of the first bed plate 4, eight electromagnetic valve installation grooves are longitudinally arranged on the lower side of the left end of the second bed plate 3, a third lug 3.1 is arranged in the middle of the front end of the lower side of the second bed plate 3, two fourth lugs 3.2 are arranged on the rear end of the lower side of the second bed plate 3, and the positions of the two fourth lugs 3.2 are symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal middle plane of the second bed plate 3; the second air bag group 11 is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the second bed plate 3, the second air bag group 11 is formed by eight long-strip air bags which are longitudinally arranged, an independent air chamber is arranged in each long-strip air bag, the outer layer of each long-strip air bag is attached with a soft silica gel material, the upper sides of the four long-strip air bags at the front ends in the second air bag group 11 are provided with an inwards concave arc surface, so that the abdomen of a patient can be supported in a fitting manner, and the upper sides of the four long-strip air bags at the rear ends in the second air bag group 11 are provided with two parallel inwards concave arc surfaces, so that the legs of the patient can be supported in a fitting manner; the second solenoid valve group 17 constitute by eight solenoid valves, eight solenoid valves in the second solenoid valve group 17 are fixed mounting respectively in the solenoid valve mounting groove of the left end downside of second bed board 3 to every solenoid valve in the second solenoid valve group 17 all corresponds the rectangular gasbag switch-on in with the second gasbag group 11, and can control the inflation and the gassing that correspond rectangular gasbag.

As shown in fig. 3, the number of the first connecting rods 21, the second connecting rods 20 and the third connecting rods 19 is two, the front ends of the two first connecting rods 21 are respectively rotatably connected with the two second lugs 4.2, the upper ends of the two second connecting rods 20 are respectively rotatably connected with the two fourth lugs 3.2, and the rear ends of the two first connecting rods 21 are respectively rotatably connected with the front ends of the two corresponding second connecting rods 20, so that the first bed plate 4, the second bed plate 3, the first connecting rods 21 and the second connecting rods 20 form a four-bar structure; the rear ends of the two third connecting rods 19 are respectively rotatably connected with the two fifth lugs 2.1, and the front ends of the two third connecting rods 19 are respectively rotatably connected with the rear ends of the two corresponding second connecting rods 20, so that the second bed plate 3, the third bed plate 2, the second connecting rods 20 and the third connecting rods 19 form a four-bar structure; the tail end of the electric cylinder 22 is rotatably connected with the first lug 4.1, and the top end of the electric cylinder 22 is rotatably connected with the third lug 3.1.
When the electric cylinder 22 extends, the second bed plate 3 can rotate clockwise until forming a horizontal plane with the first bed plate 4, in the process, under the pulling action of the first connecting rod 21, the second connecting rod 20 can ascend with the second bed plate 3 but cannot rotate with the second bed plate 3, so that under the supporting action of the third connecting rod 19, the third bed plate 2 can keep a horizontal posture to move upwards until forming a flat bed surface with the second bed plate 3 and the first bed plate 4, and the flat bed surface can be used for a patient to lie prone comfortably; on the contrary, when electric jar 22 contracts, second bed board 3 can rotate anticlockwise until constituting the vertical state with first bed board 4, it is also that second bed board 3 changes to vertical state, at this in-process, under the supporting role of first connecting rod 21, second connecting rod 20 can descend but can not rotate along with second bed board 3, thereby under the supporting role of third connecting rod 19, third bed board 2 can keep the horizontally gesture to move down all the time until constituting the step gesture with first bed board 4, the bed surface of step shape can supply the patient to lie prone, electric jar 22 can carry out the flexible and the location of arbitrary length in working range, thereby can make third bed board 2 hover at arbitrary height, also can make the patient adopt different postures of lying prone.
