Abstract
本发明属于热水瓶保温瓶塞设计领域。常规热水瓶瓶塞的缺陷是:保温效果不佳。为解决常规热水瓶瓶塞保温效果不佳的问题,本发明提供了一种新型热水瓶保温瓶塞设计。解决该问题的技术要点和主要用途是:(1)采用无尾镀银玻璃真空管,软木制作的真空管外套,外套两端敞口,外套下部为圆锥体,上部为圆柱体,圆柱体内径略大于圆锥体上部内径,以利真空管的压入。所述外套上部圆柱体外表面设置聚苯乙烯覆膜,圆柱体聚苯乙烯覆膜外表面设置螺旋丝。(2)安装:将制作合格的无尾镀银玻璃真空管从所述真空管外套上端轻轻压入所述真空管外套下部圆锥体中,真空管下端超出所述外套下端3‑4mm,真空管下端设置无毒硅胶衬垫圈,以保护所述真空管免受损伤。(3)将制作合格的所述聚苯乙烯瓶盖,对准所述真空管外套外表面螺旋丝旋入所述真空管圆柱体外套。旋入前所述真空管上端设置硅胶衬垫,以保护真空管不受损伤。本发明由于采用了上述构件和材料,基本上阻断了由热水瓶口散失的热能,解决了常规热水瓶瓶塞保温不佳的问题。

技术领域 本发明适用于热水瓶瓶塞制作领域。
背景技术 常用热水瓶瓶塞制作技术和镀银真空管保温技术。常用热水瓶瓶塞技术特征是:采用软木制作,制作简单、成本低廉,不足之处是:保温效果差。
发明内容 为了克服常用热水瓶瓶塞保温效果差的不足,本发明提供一种新型热水瓶保温瓶塞设计。本实用新保温瓶塞设计,由于采用了镀银玻璃真空管和聚苯乙烯保温材料和软木材料,克服了常用热水瓶瓶塞保温效果差的不足
具体实施方式 一.所用材料和构件:1.材料:软木、聚苯乙烯原料。
2.构件:与一般热水瓶瓶塞形状相似的瓶塞外套、外套聚苯乙烯覆膜、镀银玻璃真空管和聚苯乙烯瓶盖。
二.具体实施方式:
1.把软木预制成瓶塞状的中空瓶塞外套,外套厚度2——3mm;外套尺寸与一般热水瓶同,外套下部为圆锥体,上部为圆柱体,圆柱体高1cm左右。
2.外套外表面设置聚苯乙烯覆膜,覆膜厚度为1.5mm左右。聚苯乙烯覆膜上端圆柱体外表面制作螺旋丝,以用于与瓶盖衔接。
3.制作聚苯乙烯热水瓶瓶塞的瓶盖;瓶盖厚度1.5mm,瓶盖立面内侧制作螺旋丝,瓶盖高 1.5cm左右,以不与安装后的上述镀银玻璃真空管接触为宜,以避免损伤真空管之上的抽空封闭撅。
4.制作镀银玻璃真空管,真空管外径略大于瓶塞外套内径,真空管抽气孔封闭撅设置在真空管上端顶部。
5.将制作好的镀银玻璃真空管从上至下缓缓压入制作好的软木外套中,上述真空管下端稍高于上述软木外套下端,软木外套下端设置无毒硅胶圈,以保护上述玻璃真空管不受损伤。
6.将制作好的聚苯乙烯瓶盖与上述软木塞外套上部圆柱体聚本乙烯覆膜之上的螺旋丝旋紧即可。
至此,一种新型热水瓶保温瓶塞设计完成。

1.本发明热水瓶保温瓶塞主要包括瓶塞外套、聚苯乙烯保温瓶盖、聚苯乙烯保温膜和镀银玻璃真空管。
2.本发明热水瓶瓶塞外套的特征是由软木制作,瓶塞外套下部为圆锥体,瓶塞外套上部为圆柱体,圆柱体高1cm左右,上述外套外表层设置聚苯乙烯保温膜,保温膜厚度1.5mm左由,上述瓶塞外套保温膜上端圆柱体表层制作螺旋丝。
3.上述聚苯乙烯保温瓶盖的特征是:盖体是由聚苯乙烯材料制作,瓶盖厚度1.5mm,盖体立面内侧制作螺旋丝,本螺旋丝与上述热水瓶瓶塞外套上端螺旋丝对应,上述瓶盖深度为1.5cm左右,以不与上述镀银玻璃真空管抽气孔封闭撅接触为宜。
4.上述镀银玻璃真空管的特征是:上述镀银玻璃真空管外径略大于上述软木塞外套内径,上述镀银玻璃真空管的抽气孔封闭撅设置在上述玻璃真空管的上端,上述封闭撅不易太长,以1cm左右为宜。
