Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method and a preparation system of a fresh-skin chewing gum, belonging to pet food.
Background
The raw material of the traditional pet chew is mainly two layers of gray skin. The pet chew is pickled with salt to remove water in order to facilitate storage. For dehairing and delamination of the salted skins, the following processing technology is further carried out: ash soaking, unhairing, ash removal, pretreatment, washing, sewing and air drying. The existing process uses chemical raw materials such as quick lime, ammonia chloride, sodium sulfide, hydrogen peroxide, sulfuric acid and the like to carry out softening, unhairing, deliming, bleaching and the like. The pollution amount of the hair destroying and unhairing process accounts for 50-60% of the total pollution amount of the tanning, the pollution indexes comprise sulfide, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD 5), Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and the like, and the prepared chew product contains sulfide metal residues. Therefore, the traditional chews change the original characteristics of the original skins under the condition of using a large amount of chemical raw materials, have poor palatability, change the molecular structure of the skins, are not resistant to biting, and have heavy metal residues which influence the body health of pets. In addition, a large amount of water is used, chemical raw materials are treated and cleaned, a large amount of water resources are wasted, and the use of the chemical raw materials causes environmental pollution. In addition, the inventors propose enzymatic dehairing techniques as described in CN107099622B, CN101235422B, CN102134618A and the like. However, the possibility of exceeding the chemical residue of the depilatory technology still exists. Therefore, there is a need for further improvements in prior art chew products.
