cutting and forming: cutting the second layer of cowhide and making into semi-finished product;
drying: baking the prepared semi-finished product at 40-60 ℃ for 12-48 hours;
and (3) sterilization: after drying, finishing and sterilizing for 6-8 hours at 70-100 ℃.

The preparation method of the fresh skin chews of claim 1, further comprising a rolling step, wherein the two layered skins are fed into a rolling device, and are cut into semi-finished products after being added with an antioxidant and a food additive, wherein the antioxidant comprises tea polyphenol, butyl hydroxyanisole, dibutyl hydroxytoluene or a composition thereof, the content of the tea polyphenol is not more than 0.03%, the content of the butyl hydroxyanisole or the dibutyl hydroxytoluene is not more than 0.02%, the food additive comprises vitamins and trace mineral elements, the content of the vitamins is 0.05% to 0.1%, and the content of the trace mineral elements is 0.03% to 0.2%.

the drying equipment is used for drying the semi-finished product at the temperature of 40-60 ℃ for 12-48 hours;
a sterilization device for sterilization at 70-100 ℃ for 6-8 hours, wherein,
the layering device comprises two-side clamping components for fixing the fresh leather, a driving device for leveling the fresh leather and a two-layer leather cutting blade for dividing the fresh leather into a layer of leather with hair and a layer of leather without hair.
9. The preparation system of a fresh skin chew of claim 8, wherein said layering device further comprises:
the lifting assembly is divided into a first lifting assembly and a second lifting assembly, the first lifting assembly is provided with a feed roller, the layering equipment is provided with a cutting blade, and the cutting blade is positioned in the second lifting assembly;
