本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮的除草组合物。一种含Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮的除草组合物,其有效成分由Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮复配而成,所述Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮的质量比为1‑40:30‑1。本发明Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮复配后在一定质量比范围内对防除禾本科杂草马唐和阔叶杂草鳢肠表现为增效,与单一成分相比,可提高对禾本科杂草马唐和阔叶杂草鳢肠的防除效果,基于此可以有效降低活性成分的使用剂量。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮的除草组合物。
背景技术
Epyrifenacil是住友化学株式会社发现并开发的脲嘧啶类除草剂,其作用机理为原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂。化学名称:[(3-{2-氯-5-[3,6-二氢-3-甲基-2,6-二氧代-4-(三氟甲基)嘧啶-1(2H)-基]-4-氟苯氧基}-2-吡啶)氧]乙酸乙酯,CAS登录号:353292-31-6。
丙炔噁草酮是由罗纳普朗克公司开发的噁二唑酮类除草剂,商品名稻思达,主要用于水稻插秧田做土壤处理的选择性触杀型苗期除草剂,在杂草出苗前后通过稗草等敏感杂草的幼芽或幼苗接触吸收而起作用。丙炔噁草酮施于稻田水中,经过沉降,逐渐被表层土壤胶粒吸收形成一个稳定的药膜封闭层,当其后萌发的杂草幼芽经过此药膜层时,以接触吸收和有限传导,在有光条件下,使接触部位的细胞膜破裂和叶绿素分解,并使生长旺盛部位的分生组织遭到破坏,最终导致受害的杂草幼芽枯萎死亡,且持效期长,可持续30d左右。
为提高对杂草的防效效果,降低活性成分的施用剂量,将多种活性成分组合使用是农药领域的研发热点。目前还未见到Epyrifenacil与丙炔噁草酮复配的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮的除草组合物,其可以提高对杂草的防效效果,降低活性成分的施用剂量。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种含Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮的除草组合物,其有效成分由Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮复配而成,所述Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮的质量比为1-500:500-1。
作为优选,所述Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮的质量比为1-40:30-1。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种包含所述的除草组合物的农药制剂,所述Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮的总质量占所述农药制剂总质量的1.5-75%,其余为农药上的辅助成分。
作为优选,所述农药制剂的剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂或悬浮剂。
本发明的第三个目的在于提供所述的除草组合物用于防治玉米和大豆田阔叶杂草的用途。
作为优选,所述杂草为马唐和鳢肠。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮复配后在一定质量比范围内对防除禾本科杂草马唐和阔叶杂草鳢肠表现为增效,与单一成分相比,可提高对禾本科杂草马唐和阔叶杂草鳢肠的防除效果,基于此可以有效降低活性成分的使用剂量。
具体实施方式
根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明。
实施例1:Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮复配的室内生物测定
1. 供试杂草:马唐(Digitaria sanguinalis)、鳢肠(Eclipta prostrata)。
2. 供试药剂:95%Epyrifenacil原药(自制);98%丙炔噁草酮原药(河北兴柏农业科技有限公司);
将供试药剂用二甲基亚砜溶剂溶解,然后用0.1%吐温-80水溶液稀释,配制成单剂母液,再用清水稀释成多个质量浓度备用。
3. 试验方法:参考《NY/T 1155.4-2006 农药室内生物测定试验准则 除草剂 第4部分:活性测定试验 茎叶喷雾法》。
试验土壤定量装入盆的4/5处,采用盆底渗灌方式使土壤完全润湿。将供试杂草种子均匀播撒于土壤表面,覆土1cm,播种后移入温室常规培养,并采用盆底渗灌方式补水。杂草出苗后进行间苗定株,保证处理间杂草密度一致。待杂草幼苗长至3叶期时采用定量喷雾设备进行茎叶喷雾处理,每处理4次重复并设0.1%吐温-80水溶液处理作为空白对照;处理后幼苗表面药液自然风干后移入温室中常规培养,药后7d测定马唐地上部分鲜重,计算药剂对马唐地上部分鲜重防效;药后14d测定鳢肠地上部分鲜重,计算药剂对鳢肠地上部分鲜重防效。

4. 联合作用评价
根据Gowing法评价除草剂联合作用方式,计算公式为:

式中:
X--除草剂A用量为P时的杂草防效;
Y--除草剂B用量为Q时的杂草防效;
E 0--除草剂A用量为P时的理论防效+除草剂B用量为Q时的理论防效;
E--除草A与除草剂B按上述比例混用后的实际防效。
5. 评价标准
E-E 0>10%为增效作用;E-E 0<-10%为拮抗作用;E-E 0值介于±10%为相加作用,结果见表1-2。

由表1可知,在1-40:30-1的质量比范围内,Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮复配后对马唐表现为增效作用。可见,将Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮组合使用后可以有效降低活性成分的使用剂量,提高对马唐的防除效果。

由表2可知,在1-40:30-1的质量比范围内,Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮复配后对鳢肠表现为增效作用。可见,将Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮组合使用后可以有效降低活性成分的使用剂量,提高对鳢肠的防除效果。
综上所述,本发明Epyrifenacil和丙炔噁草酮复配后在一定质量比范围内对防除禾本科杂草马唐和阔叶杂草鳢肠表现为增效,与单一成分相比,可提高对禾本科杂草马唐和阔叶杂草鳢肠的防除效果,基于此可以有效降低活性成分的使用剂量。
上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,可以做适当的改进,这些改进也在本发明的保护范围之内。
