本申请实施例公开了一种信息反馈方法和相关设备,所述方法包括:终端接收来自网络设备的预设信息,所述预设信息至少包括点对多点传输信息;所述终端向所述网络设备反馈所述预设信息的混合自动重传请求响应信息,所述混合自动重传请求响应信息包括所述点对多点传输信息的混合自动重传请求响应信息。可见,本申请终端在接收点对多点传输信息是存在混合自动重传请求的反馈机制的,当点对多点传输的业务数据发生丢失时,网络设备可以根据混合自动重传请求的反馈信息确定是否需要发送重传,从而有利于保证业务数据传输的可靠性。
