However, in the known invention described in patent document 1, the disk member such as the screw is integrally formed at the lower end portion of the disk member, and once assembled, the disk member cannot be attached and detached only without being entirely disassembled from the rod-shaped cosmetic container.
Therefore, when the rod-shaped cosmetics are filled in the tray member, if there is a filling error, the tray member cannot be attached and detached for refilling, and it is difficult to decompose the whole rod-shaped cosmetics container, and the rod-shaped cosmetics container is discarded, which causes a problem that the product loss increases.
On the other hand, from the viewpoint of environmental protection, it is necessary to perform classification processing while reducing product loss. In general, rod-shaped cosmetics and containers used for the same have many parts, and accordingly, there are various kinds of materials such as metals, resins, papers, etc., in addition to contents, and the structure is complicated and decomposition is difficult. Particularly the sorting of the contents and containers is difficult.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
In a first embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in fig. 1 to 6, 1 is a rod-shaped cosmetic container (hereinafter, referred to as "container") of the present invention, and a tray member 3 holding a rod-shaped cosmetic 2 is moved in the up-down direction by a feed mechanism 4, so that the rod-shaped cosmetic 2 is freely stored in and out of the rod-shaped cosmetic container of the present invention.
The storage container 1 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a longitudinal length as a whole, and is composed of a disk member 3, a rod member 8, an inner tube member 9, a driving member 10, an outer tube member 11, and a lid 12 having a predetermined shape, for example, as shown in fig. 1, wherein the disk member 3 having a predetermined shape holds the rod-like cosmetic 2 and has an engaging piece 5 at a substantially central portion of a bottom portion 3a thereof; the lever member 8 is positioned below the disk member 3, has an engaging portion 6 at an upper end portion thereof for engaging with the engaging piece 5 of the disk member 3, and is formed with a screw portion 7; the inner tube member 9 accommodates the disk member 3 therein and has an upper end portion thereof open; the driving member 10 is screwed with the screw portion 7 of the lever member 8 and engaged with the inner tube member 9; the inner bottom surface of the outer sleeve member 11 is fixedly attached to the bottom surface of the driving member 10 and covers the lower portion of the inner cylinder member 9; the cover 12 is fitted to the upper end of the outer jacket member 11 and covers the upper portion of the inner tube member 9.
Here, in the present embodiment, the storage container has a cylindrical shape, may have a prism such as a quadrangular prism or a hexagonal prism, or may have a streamline shape or a laterally asymmetric shape.
As shown in fig. 2, the dish member 3 is formed of a resin in a slightly short cylindrical shape in the present embodiment, and accommodates the rod-shaped cosmetic 2 therein. Note that a linear rotation stop rib or the like (not shown) extending in the up-down direction may be formed on the inner side wall of the disk member 3.
An engaging piece 5 protruding downward in a handle shape is formed at a substantially central portion of the bottom surface of the disk member 3. The engaging piece 5 has a small-diameter base end portion continuous with the bottom portion 3a, and a flange-like lower large-diameter portion continuous with the base end portion. In other words, the engagement piece 5 is formed in a shape (substantially mesa shape in cross section) having a barb portion like a hose connector.
An engaging portion 6 integrally formed at an upper end portion of the lever member 8 engages with the engaging piece 5. The inner side of the engaging portion 6 is formed in a shape having a cross section like a lip groove steel, and if the barb portion engages with the engaging portion 6, both the engaging piece 5 and the engaging portion 6 are integrally connected.
Note that grooves such as knurling may be formed on the inner side surface of the engaging portion 6.
In the present embodiment, the rod member 8 is formed by combining a pair of rod bodies 13 divided into 2 in the axial direction (longitudinal direction) from the substantially center, and is a member having a substantially cylindrical shape as a whole, in which the screw portion 7 is formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof in the axial direction (long hand direction), and the pair of flat portions 14 are formed on opposite portions of the outer peripheral surface thereof in the axial direction. That is, the cross-sectional shape of the lever member 8 is formed in a substantially track-and-field racetrack shape.
A tapered portion 15 is formed near the lower end portions of the pair of rod bodies 13 so that the engagement portions of the rod bodies 13 are separated near the top dead center, and an annular expanded diameter portion 16 is formed on the outer peripheral surface near the lower end portions of the rod bodies 13.
However, the lever member 8 may be constituted by a pair of (2-unit) lever bodies 13, or may be constituted by combining a plurality of lever bodies 13.
The top dead center of the tray member 3 is a point located at the uppermost portion of the tray member 3 when the tray member 3 is lifted by the feeding mechanism 4, and the vicinity of the top dead center is a position from the top dead center to a position slightly below the top dead center.
In the present embodiment, the inner tube member 9 is made of metal, and is a tubular member covering the outer peripheral portion of the disc member 3. The inner tube member 9 is a substantially cylindrical member with a beveled upper portion, and has an inner surface provided with an anti-rotation member 17 that engages with the flat portion 14 of the rod member 8 and prevents the rod member 8 from rotating, and an inner surface near a lower end thereof provided with an annular mounting portion 9a that engages with the annular groove 10a of the driving member 10.
The rotation preventing member 17 is provided at a substantially middle portion in the vertical direction of the inner tube member 9, and has a through hole 17a having a shape (a substantially track-and-field shape) that contacts the flat portion 14 of the lever member 8, and the lever member 8 is inserted into the through hole 17a, so that the wall surface of the through hole 17a interferes with the flat portion 14 to prevent the rotation of the lever member 8.
The rotation preventing member 17 prevents the lever member 8 from rotating relative to the inner tube member 9 and allows the lever member to move up and down.
The driving member 10 is a cylindrical member having a stepped outer shape and a hollow interior, and has a female screw portion 18 formed in the vicinity of an upper end portion of the interior thereof to be screwed with the screw portion 7 of the rod member 8.
In the present embodiment, the feed mechanism 4 is configured by a rod member 8 having a screw portion 7 formed therein, and a driving member 10 having a female screw portion 18 formed therein to be screwed with the screw portion 7.
In the vicinity of the female screw portion 18 (in the vicinity of the upper end portion of the driving member 10), a pressing portion 19 having a smaller diameter than in the vicinity of the lower end portion is formed.
As shown in fig. 6, the pressing portion 19 is configured to interfere with the expanded diameter portion 16 formed near the lower end portion of the lever member 8 and press the expanded diameter portion in the inward direction when the disk member 3 and the lever member 8 are raised near the top dead center. As a result, the lever bodies 13 of the lever members 8 are pressed in the axial direction, respectively, and the lower end portions of the lever bodies 13 approach each other, so that the tapered portions 15 come into contact. In this way, the inner side of the engaging portion 6 formed at the upper end portion of the lever member 8 is enlarged in size, and the engaged state of the engaging portion 6 and the engaging piece 5 is substantially released.
That is, the engagement releasing mechanism 20 is constituted by the expanded diameter portion 16 formed in the vicinity of the lower end portion of the lever main body 13, the tapered portion 15 formed in the vicinity of the lower end portion of the lever main body 13, and the pressing portion 19 that presses the expanded diameter portion 16, and when the disk member 3 is lifted to the vicinity of the top dead center, the tapered portion 15 is pressed by the expanded diameter portion 16, whereby the inner dimension of the engagement portion 6 is enlarged.
When the engaged state is substantially released, at least the upper end portion of the disk member 3 preferably protrudes from the upper end portion of the inner tube member 9. By the upper end portion of the disk member 3 protruding from the upper end portion of the inner tube member 9, the vicinity of the upper end portion of the disk member 3 can be gripped by a hand, an instrument, or the like, and the disk member 3 can be easily replaced.
Note that, in the present embodiment, the tapered portions 15 are abutted against each other, but the tapered portions 15 and the lower end portions of the lever main body 13 are not necessarily abutted against each other, and the dimension of the inner side of the engagement portion 6 formed at the upper end portion of the lever main body 13 may be enlarged by the proximity of the lower end portion of the lever main body 13.
However, the through hole 17a of the rotation preventing member 17 is provided with a gap in the expansion direction (the left-right direction in fig. 1) so that the inner dimension of the engaging portion 6 can be expanded.
The "substantially released state" herein refers to a state in which the engagement state is completely released and a state in which the engagement piece 5 and the engagement portion 6 are slightly engaged, but the disk member 3 can be easily pulled out without damaging the engagement piece 5 or the like, and the engagement piece 5 of the disk member 3 can be reinserted into the engagement portion 6.
In the description of the present embodiment, the cover member 11 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape, and the lower end portion of the driving member 10 is attached in a state of being fixed inside the cover member 11.
By the above-described attachment, the inner tube member 9 and the outer tube member 11 are held by hand, the outer tube member 11 is rotated in the circumferential direction, and the screw portion 7 of the rod member 8 attached to the disc member 3 and the female screw portion 18 of the outer tube member 11 are rotated in synchronization with each other, whereby the rod member 8 moves in the vertical direction. At this time, the lever member 8 is inserted into the rotation preventing member 17, and the flat portion 14 interferes with the rotation preventing member 17, so that the lever member 8 moves in the up-down direction without rotating.
A cover mounting portion 21 for mounting the cover 12 is formed near the upper end of the outer jacket member 11.
The cover 12 is a resin bottomed cylindrical member having an outer diameter substantially equal to that of the outer jacket member 11, and is fitted to the cover mounting portion 21.
In the case of using the container 1 of the present application, the lid 12 is removed, the inner tube member 9 and the outer tube member 11 are held by hand, and the disc member 3 is lifted up by rotating the outer tube member 11 in the circumferential direction, so that the rod-shaped cosmetic 2 filled in the disc member 3 protrudes from the inner tube member 9 to be used. In the present application, since the engagement state between the disk member 3 and the lever member 8 is substantially released when the lever member 8 is lifted up to the vicinity of the top dead center, it is preferable that a stopper function (not shown) that is not lifted up to the vicinity of the top dead center or that is temporarily stopped before the top dead center is provided when the lever member is used in a general use method.
Note that, in the case of replacing the disk member 3 in the manufacturing stage or the like, the engagement state of the engagement piece 5 of the disk member 3 and the engagement portion 6 of the lever member 8 is substantially released by raising the disk member 3 to the vicinity of the top dead center, and the disk member 3 is replaced.
[ Different modes for carrying out the invention ]
Next, different modes for carrying out the present invention shown in fig. 7 to 18 will be described. Note that, in explaining the different modes for carrying out the present invention, the same components as those in the first mode for carrying out the present invention are denoted by the same reference numerals, and overlapping explanation is omitted.
In the second embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in fig. 7 to 9, the main difference from the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention is that the engagement releasing mechanism 20A is used, and when the tray member 3 is positioned near the top dead center, the engagement releasing mechanism 20A uses the lever member 8A and the rotation preventing member 17A, and the size of the engaging portion 6 at the upper end portion of the lever member 8A is enlarged by the guide piece 23 and the guide groove 22, and the lever member 8A is formed by the lever body 13A having the guide groove 22 formed in the flat portion 14, and the rotation preventing member 17A has the guide piece 23 inserted into the guide groove 22, and the same operational effects as those of the housing container for carrying out the first embodiment of the present invention can be obtained by the housing container 1A.
Note that, the guide piece 23 may be formed in the lever member 8A, and the engagement releasing mechanism 20A of the guide groove 22 may be formed in the rotation preventing member 17A.
In the third embodiment for implementing the present invention shown in fig. 10 to 12, the main difference from the first embodiment for implementing the present invention is that a feed mechanism 4A is provided, the feed mechanism 4A is composed of a screw member 25 having a screw groove 24 therein, a driving member 10A, and a lever member 8B; the driving member has an engagement pin 26 engaged with the spiral groove 24 of the spiral member 25, and has a female screw portion 18 formed therein; the rod member 8B uses a plurality of rod bodies 13B having a screw portion 7 screwed with the female screw portion 18 and an arm-shaped coupling piece 31 formed on the outer peripheral surface near the upper end portion, and when the plurality of rod bodies 13B are combined, the outer peripheral surfaces of the coupling pieces 31 abut against each other and the coupled state can be maintained; the same operational effects as those of the container according to the first embodiment of the present invention can be obtained by the container 1B.
In the present embodiment, the rotation preventing member 17B is rotatably attached to the driving member 10A, and a protrusion 27 is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the rotation preventing member 17B. The projection 27 is inserted into a guide groove 28 formed in the inner tube member 9A, and the rotation preventing member 17B is assembled in a state of being unrotatable with respect to the inner tube member 9A.
The screw member 25 is rotatably mounted to cover the lower outer periphery of the inner tube member 9A.
As shown in fig. 12, in the lever member 8B, a pair of coupling pieces 31 protruding outward are provided at positions offset in the vertical direction on the upper end portion of the lever main body 13B, and the coupling pieces 31 are in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the other lever member, thereby maintaining the coupled state. The upper end of the lever main body 13B against which the coupling piece 31 abuts is an inclined surface inclined inward, and the inner portion of the coupling piece 31 is also inclined inward in cooperation with the inclined surface. With such a configuration, at the time of normal or assembly, the upper end portion of the lever main body 13B is brought into the coupled state by the spring force (elastic force) of the coupling piece 31 in the closing direction, and when the disk member 3 moves to the vicinity of the top dead center, the vicinity of the upper end portion of the lever main body 13B moves in the direction away from each other against the elastic force of the coupling piece 31 in contact with the inclined surface, so that the size of the engaging portion 6 is enlarged.
When the container 1B of the present embodiment is used, the inner tube member 9A and the outer tube member 11 are rotated, the engagement pin 26 of the driving member 10A is guided by the spiral groove 24, the driving member 10A is lifted, and when the driving member 10A reaches the top dead center, the driving member 10A rotates in synchronization with the outer tube member 11 and the spiral member 25, the female screw portion 18 of the driving member 10A engages with the screw portion 7 of the rod member 8, and the disc member 3 moves upward, so that the rod-shaped cosmetic 2 is exposed.
In the fourth embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in fig. 13 and 14, the main difference from the third embodiment for carrying out the present invention is that the present invention is provided with a feed-out mechanism 4B, wherein the feed-out mechanism 4B is composed of a screw member 25A, a driving member 10B, and a jacket member 11A, and the screw member 25A is mounted on the lower portion of the inner tube member 9B by using a rod member 8C formed of a rod main body 13C having an anti-rotation member mounting portion 30 at the upper portion thereof, and has a spiral groove 24A in the inside; the driving member 10B has a screw portion 29 screwed with the screw groove 24A of the screw member 25A on the outer peripheral portion, and has a female screw portion 18 screwed with the screw portion 7 of the rod member 8C on the inner side, and the outer sleeve member 11A is non-rotatably coupled to the driving member 10B and rotatably engaged with the screw member 25A; the same operational effects as those of the container for carrying out the third embodiment of the present invention can be obtained by the container 1C.
In the present embodiment, the rotation preventing member 17C is engaged with the guide groove 28A formed by extending the inner wall of the inner tube member 9B in the vertical direction, and is attached to the rotation preventing member attaching portion 30 so as not to be rotatable with respect to the lever member 8C, moves in the vertical direction in synchronization with the disk member 3 and the lever member 8C, and prevents the lever member 8C from rotating.
In the present embodiment, the outer tube member 11A and the inner tube member 9B are held to rotate, and the driving member 10B, which is non-rotatably coupled to the outer tube member 11A, is rotated, and the screw portion 29 of the driving member 10B is screwed into the screw groove 24A of the screw member 25A, so that the female screw portion 18 of the driving member 10B is screwed into the screw portion 7 of the rod member 8C, and thus the rod-shaped cosmetic 2 can be moved up and down greatly with a small rotation.
In the fifth embodiment for implementing the present invention shown in fig. 15 to 18, the main difference from the third embodiment for implementing the present invention is that the release mechanism 33 is provided, the release mechanism 33 uses the lever member 8D formed of the lever main body 13D, the lever main body 13D is provided with the engagement mechanism 32 capable of stopping the lifting of the tray member 3 at a position lower than the top dead center, the engagement mechanism 21 is passed over in a state in which the lifting of the tray member 3 is stopped by the engagement mechanism 21, the engagement state can be released, the same operational effect as the storage container for implementing the third embodiment of the present invention can be obtained by such a storage container 1D, and the lifting of the tray member 3 can be stopped before the top dead center, so that the tray member 3 can be prevented from falling off from the lever member 8D in normal use.
In the present embodiment, the engagement mechanism 32 is constituted by the substantially hemispherical engagement projections 34 and the female screw portions 18 formed in the concave portions of the screw portions 7 of the pair of lever bodies 13D, and the rotation of the lever member 8D is stopped by the engagement projections 34 coming into contact with the female screw portions 18, so that the lifting of the disk member 3 is stopped. The engagement projection 34 is formed at or slightly below the central portion of the lever main body 13D in the vertical direction, and is formed above the taper portion 15. By providing the engaging projection 34 at such a position, the raising of the disk member 3 can be stopped below the position where the engagement state of the engaging portion 6 and the engaging piece 5 is substantially released.
Note that the engagement projection 34 abuts against the female screw portion 18 to stop the lifting of the disk member 3, and the position at which the lifting is stopped will be referred to as an "engagement point" hereinafter for convenience of description.
As shown in fig. 14, the engagement point is preferably a temporary top dead center position when the rod-shaped cosmetic 2 is used, and the engagement protrusion 34 is preferably formed such that the upper end of the disc member 3 is located slightly below the upper end of the inner tube member 9 or the upper end of the disc member 3 is located at a position slightly exposed from the inner tube member 9.
By providing such engagement points, when the rod-shaped cosmetic 2 is used, even if the plate member 3 is lifted, the lifting is temporarily stopped at the engagement points, and the plate member 3 is not lifted any more. The engagement protrusion 34 is formed at a position above the tapered portion 15, and thus the engagement state of the dish member 3 is not released when the dish member 3 is engaged, and the dish member 3 can be prevented from being inadvertently separated when the rod-shaped cosmetic 2 is used.
In the present embodiment, the release mechanism 33 is configured such that the female screw portion 18 is formed to have a size and shape that can pass the engagement protrusion 34 by further operating the feed mechanism 4 from the engagement point (turning the outer jacket member 11 or the like more strongly than in normal use).
That is, the release mechanism 33 is configured by forming the engagement protrusion 34 in a substantially hemispherical shape smaller than the screw portion 7.
Note that, with respect to the female screw portion 18, the female screw portion 18 is formed to a size that can pass beyond the engaging protrusion 34 by elastic deformation of the engaging protrusion 34 and the female screw portion 18.
When the engagement state is released (the female screw portion 18 passes over the engagement protrusion 34) in this way, the disk member 3 rises to the vicinity of the top dead center, and the engagement state between the disk member 3 and the lever member 8D is substantially released by the substantial abutment of the tapered portion 15.
In the present embodiment, the release mechanism 33 is configured by making the engaging protrusion 34 have a size to a size that can pass over the female screw portion 18, but may be configured such that the engaging mechanism 32 such as a protrusion is moved in and out from the lever main body 13D by the urging force of a spring or the like, for example, and the female screw portion 18 may be provided with an in and out mechanism. Further, an access mechanism may be provided for allowing the engagement protrusion 34 or the like to be accessed by a user or the like.
The sixth embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in fig. 19 to 27 is different from the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention in that the feeding mechanism 4C uses a screw member 25B instead of a lever member, and is guided to move up and down by a screw groove 24B of the screw member 25B, and an engagement member 36 engaged with the engagement piece 5 of the tray member 3 is used, and the same operational effects as those of the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention can be obtained by the storage container 1E.
Specifically, the cosmetic device is composed of a disc member 3 of a predetermined shape, which disc member 3 holds a rod-like cosmetic 2 and has an engaging piece 5 at a substantially central portion of a bottom portion 3a thereof, an engaging member 36, an inner tube member 9C, and a screw member 25B; the engaging member 36 is located below the disk member 3, and has an engaging portion 6 at an upper end portion thereof, which engages with the engaging piece 5 of the disk member 3 and is capable of expanding and displacing; the inner tube member 9C is configured to house the disk member 3 therein, has an opening at an upper end portion thereof, and has a cut groove 38 which extends in the up-down direction and through which the protruding piece 37 can pass; the screw member 25B has a screw groove 24B on the inner peripheral surface thereof, which is screwed to the protruding piece 37 of the engaging member 36, and is rotatably fitted to the inner cylindrical rim 9C. Note that, although not shown, a cover or the like may be appropriately provided.
As shown in fig. 20, the inner tube member 9C is a tubular member having a grip 39 formed at a lower end thereof, and has a cutting groove 38 extending in the up-down direction (axial direction) in an outer peripheral portion thereof.
The cutting groove 38 is a substantially linear groove having a curved portion 40, the curved portion 40 being slightly curved in a crank shape in the circumferential direction at an upper portion, and a bifurcated guide portion 41 being formed in a substantially Y shape near an upper end portion thereof.
The width of the bent portion 40 is slightly wider, and the upper end portion of the bent portion 40 is a portion of an engagement point (top dead center in normal use), and the protruding piece 37 abuts against the upper end portion of the bent portion 40 to form the engagement mechanism 32A in normal use. Further, by forming the portion to be slightly wider and bent in a crank shape, the tab 37 can move in the circumferential direction into the wide portion of the bent portion 40 to release the engaged state (release mechanism 33A) by rotating the disk member 3 in the circumferential direction from the engagement point, and the disk member 3 can be moved to the top dead center.
Note that, when the disk member 3 is rotated, the engaging member 36 is also rotated synchronously, and the engaging piece 5 and the engaging portion 6 are provided with rib-shaped rotation stopping portions 5a, 6a, respectively.
Near the upper end of the cutting groove 38, a substantially Y-shaped branched guide portion 41 is formed. The guide portion 41 is configured to guide a pair of guided portions 43 provided so as to face the vicinity of the contact surfaces of the pair of engaging member bodies 42 in a laterally separated manner, thereby dividing the engaging member bodies 42 in a coupled state laterally, allowing the engaging portions 6 to be displaced in a laterally expanding manner, and expanding the size of the opposing left and right engaging portions 6. In order to enable such operation, a tapered portion 15A is formed at a lower portion of the abutment surface 42a (surface that abuts upon combination) of the engaging member main body 42. Note that, in the present embodiment, the guide portions 41 are provided in a pair on the front side and the rear side of the inner tube member 9C, respectively.
In the present embodiment, the portion branched into the substantially Y-shape is a guide portion 41, and the engagement releasing mechanism 20B is constituted by a guided portion 43 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the engaging member main body 42, a tapered portion 15A formed on the lower portion of the engaging member main body 42, and a guide portion 41 formed on the inner tube member 9C and engaged with the guided portion 43.
As shown in fig. 22 to 25, in the present embodiment, the engaging member 36 is constituted by a pair of engaging member main bodies 42 that longitudinally divide a cylindrical member into two.
The pair of engaging member bodies 42 are provided with a pair of arm-shaped engaging pieces 31A protruding outward on the inner peripheral surfaces thereof and being displaced in the vertical direction, and the engaging pieces 31A are abutted against the inner peripheral surfaces of the engaging member bodies 42 on the other side, thereby maintaining the engaged state.
In addition, in the pair of engaging member bodies 42, fitting portions 44 (convex portions 44a and concave portions 44 b) are formed so as to face the contact surfaces 42a thereof, and when the contact surfaces 42a are brought into contact (when the engaging member bodies 42 are combined), the fitting portions 44 are fitted to maintain the coupled state. Note that the upper surface of the convex portion 44a is provided with a slope inclined downward toward the protruding end portion so as to avoid interference with the concave portion 44b to prevent the diameter of the engaging portion 6 from expanding when the diameter of the engaging portion 6 is expanded.
A protruding drop preventing mechanism 45 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the pair of engaging member bodies 42 on the upper end side, and when the disk member 3 moves to the top dead center and the engaging portion 6 expands in size, the drop preventing mechanism 45 engages with an edge or the like of the upper end portion of the inner tube member 9C or the like, thereby preventing the engaging member 36 from dropping downward.
Note that the drop prevention mechanism 45 may be formed in the inner tube member 9C.
The feeding mechanism 4C is constituted by an inner tube member 9C formed with a cutting groove 38, a screw member 25B formed with a screw groove 24B on the inner peripheral surface, and an engaging member 36 penetrating the cutting groove 38 and having a tab 37 engaged with the screw groove 24B, and the tab 37 is guided by the screw groove 24B by rotating the screw member 25B in the circumferential direction, whereby the engaging member 36 moves in the up-down direction. The disk member 3 is engaged with the engaging member 36, and thus moves in the up-down direction in conjunction with the engaging member 36. However, in the present embodiment, a cover tube 46 is provided to cover the outer periphery of the screw member 25B and rotate integrally with the screw member 25B.
When the feeding mechanism 4C is operated to move the tray member 3 upward, as shown in fig. 26, the protruding piece 37 of the engaging member 36 abuts against the curved portion 40 (engaging mechanism 32), and the lifting of the tray member 3 is stopped at the engaging point.
By rotating the disk member 3 in the circumferential direction in this state, the engaging member 36 also rotates in the circumferential direction, and the tab 37 moves in the circumferential direction (the release mechanism 33). By operating the feed mechanism 4C in this state, the tray member 3 further rises to reach the top dead center.
When the disk member 3 reaches the top dead center, as shown in fig. 27, the guide portion 41 presses and expands the guided portions 43 provided to the pair of engaging member bodies 42, and thereby the engaging member bodies 42 rotate to bring the tapered portions 15 provided below the abutment surfaces 42a of the engaging member bodies 42 into abutment, so that the size of the engaging portions 6 is enlarged.
In the embodiment of the present application, the structure in which the lever member or the engaging member is divided in the axial direction (the structure in which a plurality of lever bodies are used) has been described, but the lever member or the engaging member may be formed as a single cylindrical body and the engaging portion thereof may be expanded and displaced by the elastic force of the material itself. In such a configuration, for example, the lever member or the release mechanism may be configured such that a single or a plurality of slits or the like are formed only in the vicinity of the upper end portion of the lever member, and when the disk member is lifted up to the vicinity of the top dead center, the slits or the like are expanded to expand and displace the engaging portion, thereby expanding the size of the engaging portion.
Further, a rod member that is not completely divided and is connected only in the vicinity of the lower end portion (a rod member in a state in which only the vicinity of the start point of the tapered portion of the rod main body of the present embodiment is connected) may be used.
The feeding mechanism according to the present application has been described as a structure in which the outer peripheral surface of the lever member is screwed with the driving member or the like to move the disk member up and down, but other known feeding mechanisms may be used.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the tapered portion is provided near the lower end portion of the lever body, but the engagement releasing mechanism may be configured such that, for example, a concave portion is formed near the lower end portion of the lever body, the lower end portions of the lever body are brought close to each other, and the size of the engagement portion is enlarged.
