背景技术
除草剂是用于杀死或控制不需要的植物的农药。一般来讲,存在两种除草剂,即选择性除草剂和非选择性除草剂。选择性除草剂杀死某些目标杂草,同时使期望的作物相对不受伤害,而非选择性除草剂杀死杂草和作物两者。有利可图的作物生产取决于有效的杂草控制。杂草可能通过竞争水、阳光和养分来降低大田作物的产量。在当今的作物生产系统中,必须从良好的烧毁(burn-down)计划开始,因为它有助于在作物周期的早期实现最大的初始作物生长并且减少杂草干扰。由于杂草竞争在作物周期的早期至关重要,因此早期杂草干扰对作物产量有直接影响。
适当使用除草剂可实现有效的杂草控制。可通过多种方式增强除草剂的活性以实现最大效益。其中一种方法是使用组合。然而,确定适当的组合、它们的农用化学品施用率以及组合的比例对于实现有效控制至关重要,这些工作并不容易。对于农用化学品组合而言,选择特定的配方类型更加繁琐。因此,除草剂在作物生产中对杂草控制发挥重要作用。应用除草化合物的组合可以增强除草效果。

意外发现,当某些枝条生长抑制剂除草剂与某些根生长抑制剂组合时,观察到协同相互作用。
氯乙酰胺针对细胞膜中长链脂肪酸的合成,从而阻止细胞膜的形成。-
根据本发明的根生长抑制剂的一个实例为微管组装抑制剂。
因此,在该实施方案中,本发明提供了一种包括至少一种枝条生长抑制剂和至少一种微管组装抑制剂的组合。
还已经发现,这些枝条生长抑制剂由于其细胞膜靶向活性,在存在另外的细胞膜干扰素的情况下表现出协同活性。

粘合剂可用于制剂中,诸如:羧甲基纤维素;以及呈粉末、颗粒或胶乳形式的天然和合成聚合物,诸如阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯醇和聚醋酸乙烯酯;以及天然磷脂,诸如脑磷脂和卵磷脂;以及合成磷脂。

除草剂组合物可以原样使用或以其制剂的形式用于特定的应用目的,特别是当出苗后施用时,制剂诸如植物耐受的矿物油或植物油或铵盐(诸如硫酸铵或硫氰酸铵)可作为进一步的添加剂而包括在内。

本发明的组合/组合物可通过使用常规的大田喷雾机、颗粒撒施机、浇水(喷啉)、滴灌、喷洒、雾化、撒播、撒粉、起泡、铺展、空中喷洒方法、空中施用方法、使用现代技术(诸如但不限于无人机、机器人)以及本领域技术人员已知的其他常规方法以施用于所在地。
在一个实施方案中,提供了包括说明书手册的套件,所述说明书手册包括指导用户在使用之前混合组分的说明书。
在一个实施方案中,本发明的组分可包装成使得氯乙酰胺除草剂和如上所定义的至少一种另外的除草剂可分开包装,然后在喷洒前于罐中混合。
在另一个实施方案中,本发明的组分可包装成使得氯乙酰胺除草剂和如上所定义的至少一种另外的除草剂可分开包装,而其他添加剂分开包装,使得两者可以在喷洒时于罐中混合。
在另一个实施方案中,本发明的组分可以包装为组合物,使得氯乙酰胺除草剂和如上所定义的至少一种另外的除草剂配制成一种组合物,并且其他添加剂分开包装,使得两者可以在喷洒时于罐中混合。
本发明还提供了用于选择性控制杂草的方法。在一个实施方案中,方法包括使本发明的组合物以有效控制作物中的杂草的量与需要控制杂草或存在不希望的杂草风险的作物接触。
化合物组合的除草活性可从以下实例看出。虽然单个活性化合物在除草活性方面表现出较低的活性,但某些组合具有超过单个活性化合物的活性的简单和的除草活性。
如上所述的这些组合或组合物可以以协同有效的量施用于杂草,或施用于杂草所在地,或施用于植物/作物。从下文的应用实例可以看出,所发现的根据本发明的组合的活性化合物的除草作用超过计算值,即,新型活性化合物组合在控制杂草方面具有协同效应。
所有处理的该有效性均可根据Colby公式进行评估。在下文给出的Colby公式中,E是异丙草胺与另一种除草剂的组合的预期功效,X是异丙草胺的实测功效,Y是其他除草剂的实测功效。实测功效值,即X和Y,是异丙草胺和另一种除草剂的杂草控制率(%)。如果观察到的异丙草胺和其他除草剂的组合的功效大于其预期功效,则确定组合有协同作用。如果观察到的功效等于或小于预期功效,则确定组合无协同作用。

本发明的组合/组合物的协同效应的结果见实例。

如本文所用,除非上下文另外明确指出,否则所有数值或数值范围包括此类范围内的整数以及范围内的值或整数的分数。因此,例如,提及的范围90-100%包括91%、92%、93%、94%、95%、95%、97%等以及91.1%、91.2%、91.3%、91.4%、91.5%等、92.1%、92.2%、92.3%、92.4%、92.5%等。

Claims (16)
1.一种除草剂组合,其包括:
至少一种枝条生长抑制剂;和
至少一种根生长抑制剂或细胞膜干扰素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合,其中所述枝条生长抑制剂为氯乙酰胺化合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合,其中所述细胞膜干扰素选自原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂、乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抑制剂或光系统II抑制剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合,其中所述根生长抑制剂为微管组装抑制剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合,其中所述微管组装抑制剂选自苯甲酰胺、苯甲酸、硝基苯胺和吡啶除草剂。
6.根据权利要求3所述的组合,其中所述原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂选自二苯醚、N-苯基邻苯二甲酰亚胺、苯基吡唑噁二唑、噻二唑、三唑啉酮、噁唑烷二酮和嘧啶二酮除草剂中的一者或多者。
7.根据权利要求6所述的组合,其中所述原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂选自三氟羧草醚、氟磺胺草醚、乳氟禾草灵、氟烯草酸、丙炔氟草胺、胺磺灵、氟唑草酮、氟噻乙草酯和唑啶草酮、双苯嘧草酮、甲羧除草醚、氟丙嘧草酯、氟唑草酮、三唑酮草酯、甲氧除草醚、吲哚酮草酯、异丙吡草酯、氟哒嗪草酯、氟亚胺草酯、乙羧氟草醚、哒草氟、氟磺胺草醚、氟硝磺酰胺、乳氟禾草灵、丙炔恶草酮、恶草灵、乙氧氟草醚、环戊恶草酮、氟唑草胺、双唑草腈、吡草醚、噻二唑草胺、三氟草嗪和氟嘧硫草酯中的一者或多者。
8.根据权利要求3所述的组合,其中所述乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抑制剂选自芳氧基苯氧基丙酸酯、环己二酮和苯基吡唑啉中的一者或多者。
9.根据权利要求8所述的除草剂组合,其中乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抑制剂选自炔草酯、氰氟草酯、禾草灵、精恶唑禾草灵、精吡氟禾草灵、吡氟甲禾灵、氟吡甲禾灵、高效氟吡甲禾灵、精喹禾灵、恶草酸、噁唑酰草胺、喹禾糠酯、禾草灭、丁氧环酮、烯草酮、噻草酮、环苯草酮、烯禾啶、吡喃草酮、甲苯草酮和唑啉草酯中的一者或多者。
10.根据权利要求8所述的除草剂组合,其中光系统II抑制剂选自苯基氨基甲酸酯除草剂、三嗪除草剂、三嗪酮除草剂、尿嘧啶除草剂、苯并噻二唑(benzothiadiazole)除草剂、腈类除草剂、脲类除草剂和噻二唑基脲除草剂中的一者或多者。
11.根据权利要求10所述的除草剂组合,其中光系统II抑制剂选自燕麦灵、BCPC、除草隆、双酰草胺、CEPC、氯炔灵、氯苯胺灵、CPPC、甜菜安、棉胺宁、甜菜宁、甜菜宁乙酯、苯胺灵、灭草灵、氟草净、氰尿酸、莠去津、可乐津、氰草津、环丙津、甘草津、抑草津、灭莠津、环丙腈津、甘扑津、扑灭津、另丁津、西玛津、特丁津、草达津、茚嗪氟草胺、三嗪氟草胺、莠去通、醚草酮、扑灭通、仲丁通、西玛通、甲氧去草净、莠灭净、叠氮津、氰草净、敌草净、异戊乙净、甲氧丙净、扑草净(prometryn)、西草净、特丁净、特津酮、特草嗪酮、乙嗪草酮、环嗪酮、丁嗪草酮、苯嗪草酮、嗪草酮、三氟草嗪、双苯嘧草酮、除草啶、氟丙嘧草酯、氟嘧苯甲酸、异草定、环草啶、特草啶、氟嘧硫草酯、糠草腈、溴苯腈、羟敌草腈、环吡拉尼、敌草腈、iodobenil、碘苯腈、双唑草腈、丁噻草隆、磺噻隆、丁噻隆、噻氟隆、噻苯隆、草除灵酸、苯噻隆、噻唑禾草灵酸、苯噻酰草胺、甲基苯噻隆、灭草松、灭草松钠、疏草隆、炔草隆、氯溴隆、乙氧隆、绿麦隆、枯草隆、杀草隆、枯莠隆、噁唑隆、敌草隆、非草隆、氟草隆、氟硫隆、异丙隆、利谷隆、methiruon、methyldymuron、吡喃隆、溴谷隆、甲氧隆、绿谷隆、灭草隆、草不隆、对氟隆、酰草隆、环草隆、四氟隆、噻苯隆、灭草松和灭草松钠中的一者或多者。
12.一种除草剂组合物,其包括以下项的除草剂组合:
枝条生长抑制剂;
至少一种选自根生长抑制剂或细胞膜干扰素的除草剂;和
至少一种农业化学上可接受的赋形剂。
13.一种控制杂草的方法,所述方法包括将包括以下项的除草剂组合施用于杂草或施用于杂草所在地或施用于作物,所述除草剂组合包括:
至少一种枝条生长抑制剂;和
至少一种根生长抑制剂或细胞膜干扰素。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述枝条生长抑制剂为氯乙酰胺化合物,所述根生长抑制剂为微管组装抑制剂,并且所述细胞膜干扰素选自原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂、乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抑制剂或光系统II抑制剂。
15.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中除草剂同时或单独或以任何顺序依次施用以协同控制杂草。
16.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物在控制不希望的植被中的用途。
