Description

Wireless sensing measurement process management method, device, equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium for managing a wireless sensing measurement process.
Background
Wi-Fi sensing (Wireless-aware) technology is a new technology that can use existing Wi-Fi signals to perform motion detection, gesture recognition, and biometric measurement based on existing Wi-Fi networks and devices. In Wi-Fi sensing, changes in the environment caused by the motion of objects, pets, and people are detected by using a CSI (channel state information) -based or Radar-based manner without requiring the detected object to wear any device.
Through the implementation of Wi-Fi sensing, the intelligent network system can provide more intelligent and richer application in the fields of intelligent home, intrusion detection, medical care, intelligent remote nursing and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In the wireless sensing service, a wireless sensing measurement process is established between an initiator and a responder, and the process is managed through a measurement process identifier, the management mode is that a specific measurement process is identified by using the MAC address of the initiator and the measurement process identifier together, and both the initiator and the responder can instruct the other party to terminate the measurement process through a measurement process termination message. However, the existing measurement process termination message only contains the measurement process identifier, and the initiator of one wireless sensing service may also be the responder of another wireless sensing service, and similarly, the responder of one wireless sensing service may also be the initiator of another wireless sensing service, thereby possibly causing a plurality of measurement processes with the same identifier to be maintained on one device, and merely indicating that terminating one measurement process may cause the receiver to either not know which one should be terminated or terminate all the measurement processes, resulting in erroneous termination of the measurement process which should not be terminated, thereby affecting that the wireless sensing service corresponding to the measurement process cannot continue. If the MAC address of the initiator is added to the measurement procedure termination message, although the above problem can be solved, one MAC address needs 48 bits, which results in a large message size, occupies more radio resources, and has a higher packet error rate for large data packets. In view of the above, the present invention provides a method, an apparatus, a device and a storage medium for managing a wireless sensing measurement process.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the communication system includes an access point AP, a first terminal STA1 and a second terminal STA2, wherein the first terminal STA1 and the second terminal STA2 are both connected with the access point AP. It should be understood that fig. 1 is only an architectural schematic diagram of a communication system, and the number, types, and the like of devices in the communication system are not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Those skilled in the art will understand that the term "access point" (AP) in accordance with the present application may also be used to describe an access port or any other device capable of receiving and transmitting wireless signals within a network architecture in accordance with the principles and functions described herein, and thus, the use of an access point is merely exemplary.
In the communication system shown in fig. 1, a wireless sensing measurement process is established between the access point AP and the first terminal STA 1. It should be noted that the access point AP and/or the first terminal STA1 may also establish a wireless sensing measurement process with other devices (e.g., STA 2). The establishment of the wireless sensing measurement process may refer to the existing related art, and the establishment process of the measurement process of the two wireless sensing services is exemplarily described below on the assumption that two wireless sensing services, namely wireless sensing service 1 and wireless sensing service 2, are included between the access point AP and the first terminal STA1, where in the wireless sensing service 1, the AP is a wireless sensing initiator, and the STA1 is a wireless sensing responder; in wireless aware service 2, STA1 is the wireless aware initiator and the AP is the wireless aware responder.
1001. The STA1 sends a connection request message (e.g., Association request message) to the AP requesting to establish a connection with the AP.
1002. The AP sends a connection response message (e.g., Association response message) to the STA1 indicating whether the connection establishment is agreed to, and the following parameters may be included in the connection response message:
status code: the present embodiment is set as SUCCESS, which indicates that the AP agrees to establish the connection;
AID: indicating the connection identity assigned by the AP to STA 1.
1003. After receiving the connection response message, STA1 saves parameters related to the AP in the message, such as the MAC address of the AP or BSSID (basic service set identification), which may be set to the MAC address of the AP.
1004. The AP sends a measurement procedure setup request message (e.g., a sending measurement setup request message) to the STA 1. Illustratively, the following parameters are contained in the request message:
TA: the message sender address, which is the address of the AP in the embodiment of the invention;
RA: a message recipient address, which is an address of STA1 in the embodiments of the present invention;
measurement setup ID: measuring a process identifier, wherein the embodiment of the invention is set as 1;

1005. After receiving the Measurement procedure establishment request message, if the STA1 agrees to establish the Measurement procedure, the Measurement configuration parameters related to the Measurement procedure are locally stored, the AP is used as a wireless aware initiator, and the Measurement procedure and the Measurement configuration parameters are identified by using (the address of the initiator is equal to the address of the AP, and the Measurement setup ID is equal to 1).
The STA1 sends a measurement procedure setup response message (e.g., a sending measurement setup response message) to the AP, which includes a parameter status code and sets its value to SUCCESS, indicating approval to setup the measurement procedure. Illustratively, the response message contains the following parameters:
TA: a message sender address, which is an address of STA1 in the embodiment of the present invention;
RA: the address of a message receiver, which is the address of the AP in the embodiment of the invention;
measurement setup ID: measuring a process identifier;
status code: and indicating whether to approve the establishment of the measurement process or not according to the response state of the request message, wherein the SUCCESS is set in the embodiment of the invention and indicates the agreement of the establishment of the measurement process.
The STA1 may also reject or suggest other Measurement configuration parameters, in which case the STA1 does not locally store parameters related to the Measurement process, and does not use (initiator address, Measurement setup ID) to identify the Measurement process, and also sends a Measurement process setup response message to the AP, where the message includes a parameter status code, and sets its value as reuse or reuse bucket availability profile, indicating that the Measurement process is rejected, or rejects Measurement configuration parameters provided by the other party but suggests parameters that can be received, and so far, the following steps in the embodiments of the present invention only address the case of agreeing to setup the Measurement process.
1006. After receiving the Measurement progress establishment response message, if the status code value in the message is SUCCESS, the AP locally stores the Measurement configuration parameters related to the Measurement progress, uses itself as an initiator, and uses (the address of the initiator is the address of itself, and the Measurement setup ID is 1) to identify the Measurement progress and associate the Measurement configuration parameters.
1007. The STA1 sends a measurement procedure setup request message (e.g., a sending measurement setup request message) to the AP. Illustratively, the following parameters are contained in the request message:
TA: a message sender address, which is an STA1 address in the embodiment of the present invention;
RA: the address of a message receiver, which is the address of the AP in the embodiment of the invention;
measurement setup ID: measuring a process identifier, wherein the embodiment of the invention is set as 1;
measurement profile: the Measurement configuration parameters, such as role setting, report type, etc., are a parameter set, and the embodiment of the present invention is represented by Measurement profile 2.
1008. After receiving the Measurement process establishment request message, if the AP agrees to establish the Measurement process, the AP locally saves the Measurement configuration parameters related to the Measurement process, uses the sender of the request message as a wireless aware service initiator, and uses (the initiator address is the address of STA1, and the Measurement setup ID is 1) to identify the Measurement process and associate the Measurement configuration parameters.
The AP sends a measurement procedure setup response message (e.g., a sending measurement setup response message) to the STA1, where the message includes a parameter status code and its value is set to SUCCESS, indicating that it is agreed to setup the measurement procedure. Illustratively, the response message contains the following parameters:
TA: the address of the sender of the message, the embodiment of the invention is the address of the AP;
RA: a message recipient address, which is an address of STA1 in the embodiments of the present invention;
measurement setup ID: measuring a process identifier;
status code: and indicating whether to approve the establishment of the measurement process or not according to the response state of the request message, wherein the SUCCESS is set in the embodiment of the invention and indicates the agreement of the establishment of the measurement process.
1009. After receiving the Measurement procedure setup response message, the STA1 locally stores the Measurement configuration parameters related to the Measurement procedure, uses the Measurement configuration parameters as an initiator, and identifies the Measurement procedure and associates the Measurement configuration parameters with the Measurement procedure using (the address of the initiator is the address of the initiator, and the Measurement setup ID is 1) if the status code value in the message is SUCCESS.
At this time, the measurement procedure information held by the AP and the STA1 is shown in table 1 and table 2, respectively.

In the prior art, both the AP and the STA1 may send a Measurement procedure termination message to the other side, and according to the Measurement setup ID and TA information in the message, it is not possible to determine which Measurement procedure needs to be terminated. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for managing a wireless sensing measurement process according to an embodiment of the present invention, where in this embodiment, an AP initiates an indication of terminating the wireless sensing measurement process.
In some embodiments, assuming that the AP wants to terminate the measurement process which itself is the wireless aware initiator and the measurement process is identified as 1, the wireless aware measurement process management method includes the following:
2001. the AP sends a measurement procedure termination message (e.g., measurement setup termination message) to the STA1, where the measurement procedure termination message includes a message sender address, a message receiver address, a measurement type, and a measurement procedure identifier. Illustratively, the following parameters are contained in the measurement procedure termination message:
TA: the sender address of the message, in this embodiment, is the address of the AP.
RA: the message recipient address, which in this embodiment is the address of STA 1.
Action type: the message type, for example, set to "measurement setup determination", indicates a measurement procedure termination message for instructing the STA1 to terminate the measurement procedure.
Measurement instance: measurement type, e.g. set to TB, denoted trigger based measurement; set to non-TB, denoted non-trigger based measurement, and set to TB in this embodiment.
Generally, when the AP serves as a radio-aware initiator, the measurement procedure is performed using a trigger-based measurement type, and when the terminal serves as a radio-aware initiator, the measurement procedure is performed using a non-trigger-based measurement type.
Measurement setup ID: the measurement progress flag is set to 1 in this embodiment. It should be noted that the measurement process identification may be one or more. Optionally, whether all ongoing measurement processes are terminated may also be indicated by the parameter, for example, if the parameter has 4 bits, the value of the parameter may be set to 15, which indicates that all ongoing measurement processes are terminated, that is, all measurement processes established between the AP and the STA1 are terminated, or all measurement processes corresponding to the AP as a radio aware initiator are terminated.
The AP terminates the measurement process (AP, 1), and deletes the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process, such as the measurement process identifier and the measurement configuration parameters; or deleting the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process and deleting the measurement result corresponding to the measurement process, or deleting the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process and deleting the received measurement report corresponding to the measurement process.
2002. After receiving the measurement procedure termination message, the STA1 terminates the corresponding measurement procedure according to the information in the measurement procedure termination message.
Specifically, if the measurement process termination message indicates that the measurement type is trigger-based measurement, terminating the measurement process corresponding to the measurement process identifier corresponding to the AP serving as the radio awareness initiator and the indication that the measurement type is trigger-based measurement; if the measurement process termination message indicates that the measurement type is non-trigger-based measurement, the terminating STA1 identifies a corresponding measurement process as a wireless awareness initiator and the measurement process corresponding to the indication that the measurement type is non-trigger-based measurement.
Exemplarily, after the STA1 receives the Measurement process termination message, if the parameter Measurement instance value is TB, it determines that the Measurement type is Measurement based on triggering, according to the address of the connected access point stored in the STA1, or the values of BSSID and Measurement setup ID, or according to the value of TA and the value of Measurement setup ID, searches for locally stored Measurement process information, determines that the Measurement process that needs to be terminated is (AP, 1), terminates the Measurement process, and deletes the Measurement process information corresponding to the Measurement process, such as the Measurement process identifier and the Measurement configuration parameter; or deleting the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process and deleting the measurement result corresponding to the measurement process, or deleting the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process and deleting the received measurement report corresponding to the measurement process.
In other embodiments, assuming that the AP wants to terminate the measurement process in which STA1 is the radio-aware initiator and the measurement process is identified as 1, the radio-aware measurement process management method includes the following:
2011. the AP sends a measurement procedure termination message (e.g., measurement setup determination message) to the STA1, where the measurement procedure termination message includes a message sender address, a message receiver address, a measurement type, and a measurement procedure identifier.
Measurement instance: measurement type, e.g. set to TB, denoted trigger based measurement; set to non-TB, denoted non-trigger based measurement, and the present embodiment is set to non-TB.
Measurement setup ID: the measurement progress flag is set to 1 in this embodiment. It should be noted that the measurement process identification may be one or more. Optionally, whether all ongoing measurement processes are terminated may also be indicated by the parameter, if the parameter has 4 bits, the value of the parameter may be set to 15, which indicates that all ongoing measurement processes are terminated, that is, all measurement processes established between the AP and the STA1 are terminated, or all measurement processes corresponding to the STA1 as a radio aware initiator are terminated.
The AP terminates the measurement process (STA1, 1), and deletes the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process, such as the measurement process identifier and the measurement configuration parameters; or deleting the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process and deleting the measurement result corresponding to the measurement process, or deleting the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process and deleting the received measurement report corresponding to the measurement process.
2012. After receiving the measurement procedure termination message, the STA1 terminates the corresponding measurement procedure according to the information in the measurement procedure termination message.
Specifically, if the measurement process termination message indicates that the measurement type is trigger-based measurement, terminating the measurement process corresponding to the measurement process identifier corresponding to the AP serving as the radio awareness initiator and the indication that the measurement type is trigger-based measurement; if the measurement process termination message indicates that the measurement type is non-trigger-based measurement, the terminating STA1 serves as a radio awareness originator and identifies a corresponding measurement process as the measurement process corresponding to the indication that the measurement type is non-trigger-based measurement.
Exemplarily, after the STA1 receives the Measurement process termination message, if the parameter Measurement instance value is non-TB, it determines that the Measurement type is Measurement based on non-trigger, according to the address of the STA1 and the value of the Measurement setup ID, or according to the value of RA and the value of the Measurement setup ID, searches for locally stored Measurement process information, determines that the Measurement process to be terminated is (STA1, 1), terminates the Measurement process, and deletes the Measurement process information corresponding to the Measurement process, such as the Measurement process identifier and the Measurement configuration parameter; or deleting the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process and deleting the measurement result corresponding to the measurement process, or deleting the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process and deleting the received measurement report corresponding to the measurement process.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of another method for managing a wireless sensing measurement process according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which an indication of terminating the wireless sensing measurement process is initiated by the STA 1.
In some embodiments, assuming that STA1 wants to terminate the measurement process with the AP as the wireless aware initiator and the measurement process is identified as 1, the wireless aware measurement process management method includes the following:
3001. the STA1 sends a measurement procedure termination message (e.g., measurement procedure termination message) to the AP, where the measurement procedure termination message includes a message sender address, a message receiver address, a measurement type, and a measurement procedure identifier. Illustratively, the following parameters are contained in the measurement procedure termination message:
TA: the sender address of the message, this embodiment the address of STA 1.
RA: the message receiver address, in this embodiment, is an address of an AP.
Action type: the message type, if set to "measurement setup determination", indicates a measurement procedure termination message for instructing the AP to terminate the measurement procedure.
Measurement instance: measurement type, e.g. set to TB, denoted trigger based measurement; set to non-TB, denoted non-trigger based measurement, and set to TB in this embodiment.
The STA1 terminates the measurement process (AP, 1), and deletes the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process, such as the measurement process identifier and the measurement configuration parameter; or deleting the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process and deleting the measurement result corresponding to the measurement process, or deleting the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process and deleting the received measurement report corresponding to the measurement process.
3002. And after receiving the measurement process termination message, the AP terminates the corresponding measurement process according to the information in the measurement process termination message.
Exemplarily, after receiving a Measurement process termination message, if a parameter Measurement instance value is TB, the AP determines that the Measurement type is Measurement based on triggering, searches for locally stored Measurement process information according to an address of the AP and a value of a Measurement setup ID, or according to a value of RA and a value of a Measurement setup ID, determines that a Measurement process to be terminated is (AP, 1), terminates the Measurement process, and deletes Measurement process information corresponding to the Measurement process, such as a Measurement process identifier and a Measurement configuration parameter; or deleting the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process and deleting the measurement result corresponding to the measurement process, or deleting the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process and deleting the received measurement report corresponding to the measurement process.
In other embodiments, assuming that STA1 wants to terminate its own measurement process as the radio-aware originator and the measurement process is identified as 1, the radio-aware measurement process management method includes the following:
3011. the STA1 sends a measurement procedure termination message (e.g., measurement procedure termination message) to the AP, where the measurement procedure termination message includes a message sender address, a message receiver address, a measurement type, and a measurement procedure identifier. Illustratively, the following parameters are contained in the measurement procedure termination message:
TA: the sender address of the message, this embodiment the address of STA 1.
RA: the message receiver address, in this embodiment, is an address of an AP.
Action type: the message type, such as the message set to "measurement setup determination", indicates a measurement procedure termination message for instructing the AP to terminate the measurement procedure.
The STA1 terminates the measurement process (STA1, 1), and deletes the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process, such as the measurement process identifier and the measurement configuration parameters; or deleting the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process and deleting the measurement result corresponding to the measurement process, or deleting the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process and deleting the received measurement report corresponding to the measurement process.
3012. And after receiving the measurement process termination message, the AP terminates the corresponding measurement process according to the information in the measurement process termination message.
Exemplarily, after receiving a Measurement process termination message, if a parameter Measurement instance value is non-TB, the AP determines that the Measurement type is Measurement based on non-trigger, searches for locally stored Measurement process information according to a TA value and a Measurement setup ID value, determines that a Measurement process to be terminated is (STA1, 1), terminates the Measurement process, and deletes Measurement process information corresponding to the Measurement process, such as a Measurement process identifier and a Measurement configuration parameter; or deleting the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process and deleting the measurement result corresponding to the measurement process, or deleting the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process and deleting the received measurement report corresponding to the measurement process.
In some embodiments, the measurement procedure termination message further includes a deletion mode, and at this time, the measurement procedure termination message includes the following parameters:
TA: the address of the sender of the message.
RA: a message recipient address.
Action type: the message type, such as set to "measurement setup determination", indicates a measurement procedure termination message.
Measurement instance: measurement type, e.g. set to TB, denoted trigger based measurement; set to non-TB, denoted as non-trigger based measurement.
A Delete mode: a delete mode indicating whether all ongoing measurement procedures are terminated, e.g., set to 1, indicating that all measurement procedures established between the AP and STA1 are terminated; setting the value to 0, and terminating all Measurement processes corresponding to the access point or the terminal as the wireless sensing initiator according to the parameter Measurement instance, for example, if the value of the parameter Measurement instance is TB, terminating all Measurement processes corresponding to the AP as the wireless sensing initiator, and if the value of the parameter Measurement instance is non-TB, terminating all Measurement processes corresponding to the STA1 as the wireless sensing initiator; set to 3, indicating that the partial Measurement process is terminated, specifically as determined by the parameter Measurement setup ID.
Measurement setup ID: and measuring process identification.
In some embodiments, the measurement process termination message includes one or more termination information elements, where the termination information element includes a measurement type and a measurement process identifier. Assume that in both wireless aware service 1 and wireless aware service 2, multiple measurement processes are established, so that the information maintained locally by the AP and STA1 is shown in table 3.

Assuming that the AP wants to terminate the measurement procedure with itself as the initiator and the measurement procedures identified as 1 and 2, and terminates the measurement procedure with STA1 as the initiator and the measurement procedure identified as 1, the measurement procedure termination message may contain the following parameters:
TA: the address of the sender of the message, which is the address of the AP in this embodiment;
RA: the message recipient address, which in this embodiment is the address of STA 1;

termination element 1: the termination information element comprises parameters of Measurement instance and Measurement setup ID, wherein the value of the parameter of Measurement instance is set as TB, and the value of the Measurement setup ID is set as 1;
termination element 2: the termination information element comprises parameters of Measurement instance and Measurement setup ID, wherein the value of the parameter of Measurement instance is set as TB, and the value of the Measurement setup ID is set as 2;
termination element 3: and the termination information element comprises parameters of Measurement instance and Measurement setup ID, wherein the value of the parameter of Measurement instance is set to be non-TB, and the value of the Measurement setup ID is set to be 1.
After receiving the Measurement process termination message, the STA1 determines the Measurement process to be terminated according to the value of the parameter Measurement instance in each termination information element and the value of the corresponding Measurement setup ID, and terminates the determined Measurement process to be terminated.
Optionally, the Measurement process termination message may further include the Number of Measurement processes to be terminated, for example, the Measurement process termination message further includes a parameter Number of Measurement element indicating the Number of Measurement processes to be terminated, which may be set according to the Number of termination information elements, and if the Measurement process termination message does not include the termination information elements, the Measurement process termination message may be set according to the Number of Measurement process identifiers in the parameter Measurement element setup ID in the message.
Optionally, the measurement process information maintained by the AP and STA1 may also include the wireless aware responder address, for example, the measurement process information is shown in table 4.

When the AP and the STA1 delete the measurement process information, if the measurement process that needs to be terminated has a responder other than the message sender, only delete the message sender address in the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process that needs to be terminated; otherwise, deleting all the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process needing to be terminated. In one embodiment, assuming that the wireless sensing responder has a second terminal STA2 in addition to the STA1 as a responder in the wireless sensing service 1, the measurement process information stored by the AP is shown in table 5.

Figure BDA0003604106840000181
When the AP wants to terminate itself as a wireless sensing initiator, STA1 as a wireless sensing responder, and the measurement process is identified as a measurement process of 1, when deleting the measurement process information, if there is still a measurement process of STA2 as a wireless sensing responder, only the address of STA1 in the responder address list corresponding to the measurement process (AP, 1) is deleted, after that, the AP wants to terminate itself as a wireless sensing initiator, STA2 as a wireless sensing responder, and the measurement process is identified as a measurement process of 1, and when deleting the measurement process information, all the measurement process information corresponding to the measurement process, such as the identification and the measurement configuration parameters corresponding to the measurement process, is deleted.
