If the third internet protocol address is the same as the second internet protocol address, the first user is a speaker of the cloud conference at the current time period, and the terminal device of the speaker can access the shared content information in the cloud conference, so that the first terminal device can directly access the shared content information in the cloud conference; if the third internet protocol address is different from the second internet protocol address, the first user is not a speaker of the cloud conference in the current time period, and a step of judging whether the first user has the authority of accessing the shared content information is required to be executed.
As can be seen, in this example, it is determined whether the first user is the speaker by determining whether the third internet protocol address of the first terminal device is the same as the second internet protocol address. The method comprises the steps of judging whether a first Internet protocol address of a terminal device sending a speaker voice information packet is the same as a second Internet protocol address of a fourth terminal device sending a request message or not, preventing the fourth terminal device from being judged as the terminal device of the speaker when the request of the fourth terminal device sending the request message is not passed, and improving the accuracy of judgment.
In one possible example, the creating a second cloud conference desktop containing details of the first shared content information includes: identifying a file type of the first shared content information; acquiring a corresponding running application according to the file type; opening the first shared content information through the running application to obtain a target image comprising detailed content of the first shared content information; and creating the second cloud conference desktop according to the target image and a preset cloud conference desktop size.
In a specific example, when the server creates a second cloud conference desktop containing the detailed content of the first shared content information, the server first identifies the file type of the first shared content information, so as to determine to open the running application of the file according to the file type, thereby obtaining a target image of the detailed content of the first shared content information, and creates the second cloud conference desktop according to the target image and a preset cloud conference desktop size. For example, if the first shared content information is a text file, calling an operating application corresponding to the text file to open the file, so as to obtain a target image containing detailed content of the text file, and writing the detailed content of the target image into a cloud conference desktop with the size according to a preset size of the cloud conference desktop, so as to create a second cloud conference desktop.
Therefore, in this example, the file is opened in the server and the corresponding target image is obtained by identifying the file type of the shared content information to be obtained, so that a cloud conference desktop is created, the shared content information is prevented from being directly transmitted to the terminal device, the transmission efficiency is improved, the terminal device directly displays the desktop, the running application for identifying the shared content information is not required to be installed, and the resources of the terminal device are further saved.
In one possible example, the creating a second cloud conference desktop containing details of the first shared content information includes: the method comprises the steps of creating a desktop comprising at least two display windows, obtaining content information corresponding to a first cloud conference desktop, displaying the content information corresponding to the first cloud conference desktop in a first window of the at least two display windows, displaying detailed content of first shared content information in a second window of the at least two display windows, wherein the first window and the second window are different windows, and therefore the second cloud conference desktop comprising the content information corresponding to the first cloud conference desktop and the detailed content of the first shared content information is obtained. The user can receive the real-time information of the conference at the same time when looking up the first shared content information, and the missing of the conference content is prevented.
In a possible example, after the sending the second cloud conference desktop to the first terminal device, the method further includes: traversing the first shared content information to obtain a plurality of key contents in the detailed contents of the first shared content information; associating an operation node for each key content in the plurality of key contents to obtain a plurality of operation nodes; receiving an operation message of the first terminal device, wherein the operation message is generated according to the operation of the first user; searching a corresponding first operation node from the plurality of operation nodes according to the operation message; opening key content corresponding to the first operation node in the first shared content information through the running application; and creating a third cloud conference desktop according to the key content corresponding to the first operation node, and sending the third cloud conference desktop to the first terminal equipment.
In one possible example, when the first user selects a landscape screen to play a cloud conference desktop, the server obtains screen information of the first terminal device and obtains information of control icons contained in the desktop of the cloud conference application, wherein the icon information includes information such as icon size and intervals between icons. Under the condition that the desktop is not selected to be amplified in the horizontal screen, the server obtains the width value of the screen information, the width value is used as the height of the second desktop in the horizontal screen state, the height reduction factor is obtained, the width of the second cloud conference desktop is reduced in an equal proportion according to the reduction factor, similarly, the control icon is reduced in an equal proportion, and the position of the icon on the second cloud conference desktop is determined according to the icon information. And under the condition that the desktop is selected to be amplified through the horizontal screen, adjusting the distance between the control icons according to the screen length of the first terminal device, and placing the control icons at the bottom end of the desktop. And pushing second cloud conference desktops with different sizes for users according to the reading requirements of the participated users, so that the users can conveniently look up the second cloud conference desktops, and the user experience is improved.
In a specific example, when the shared content information is too much, after the first device terminal displays the second cloud conference desktop, the first device terminal can preferentially provide the first user with the key content according to the operation of the first user on the second cloud conference desktop, so that the user query time is saved. The server traverses the first shared content information, obtains a plurality of key contents in the first shared content information, associates an operation node with each key content, searches the corresponding first operation node according to the operation message after obtaining the operation message of the first user in the second cloud conference desktop of the first terminal device, so that the running application opens the key contents corresponding to the first operation node of the first shared content information, obtains a target image, creates a third cloud conference desktop according to the target image, and sends the third cloud conference desktop to the first terminal device. For example, the file is a text file, after the text file is opened through an operating application corresponding to the text file, the text file is traversed, a title, a serial number or a paragraph beginning content in the text file is extracted as a key content, an operation node is marked for each key content, a click operation of a first user on a second cloud conference desktop of a first terminal device is obtained, the first terminal device generates an operation message according to the number of clicks and sends the operation message to a server, after the server receives the operation message, a first operation node corresponding to the preset number of clicks is searched according to the number of clicks of the first user in the operation message, the application is operated to quickly slide down the text file to the text file content corresponding to the first operation node, a target image is obtained, and a third cloud conference desktop is generated. It is understood that the user's operation may also be a slide operation, a press operation, and the type of operation is not limited herein.
Therefore, in the example, the operation of the participating user can be obtained, so that the key content in the shared content information can be quickly loaded, the creating efficiency is improved, and the time of the participating user is saved.
In one possible example, the determining whether the first terminal device and the sharing device are in the same physical space includes: acquiring a fourth internet protocol address of the sharing device; acquiring a distance value between the first terminal device and the sharing device according to the third internet protocol address and the fourth internet protocol address; and judging whether the distance value is within a preset distance range or not so as to judge whether the first terminal equipment and the sharing equipment are in the same physical space or not.
In a specific example, when a participating user acquires shared content information through a terminal device, in order to ensure that real-time information of a conference can be acquired, the conference device needs to provide real-time information of the conference for the participating user. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a fourth internet protocol address of a sharing device in a plurality of conference devices, inquiring a detailed address of the sharing device through the fourth internet protocol address, similarly, inquiring a detailed address of a first terminal device according to the third internet protocol address, calculating a distance value between the sharing device and the first terminal device according to the detailed address of the sharing device and the detailed address of the first terminal device, judging whether the distance value is within a preset distance range, judging whether the first terminal device and the sharing device are in the same physical space, and if not, judging that a user of the first terminal device cannot receive conference real-time content while looking up shared content information, so as to send a reminding message to remind the user, or forbidding the first user to obtain the shared content message according to a forbidding instruction preset by a speaker.
Therefore, in this example, whether the terminal device and the sharing device are in the same physical space is determined through the internet protocol address of the terminal device and the internet protocol address of the conference device, so that the determination is fast and accurate, and the conference efficiency is improved.
In one possible example, after the sending the second cloud conference desktop to the first terminal device, the method further includes: comparing the similarity between the first shared content information and shared content information other than the first shared content information in the plurality of shared content information; sequencing the shared content information except the first shared content information in the plurality of shared content information according to the corresponding similarity, and generating a fourth cloud conference desktop according to the sequencing result; sending the fourth cloud conference desktop to the first terminal device; acquiring a second lookup request message of the first terminal device for a second shared content information in the plurality of shared content information, wherein the second lookup request message is a request message determined by the first user according to the fourth cloud conference desktop; and responding to the second reference request message, creating a fifth cloud conference desktop containing detailed contents of the second shared content information, and sending the fifth cloud conference desktop to the first terminal equipment.
In a specific example, after the server sends the second cloud conference desktop to the first terminal device, the server may further compare the similarity between the first shared content information and shared content information other than the first shared content information in the plurality of shared content information, and the specific comparison method may be: firstly, extracting key content of first shared content information, then traversing the shared content information except the first shared content information in the plurality of shared content information, searching content which is overlapped with the key content of the first shared content information in each shared content information, and judging that the similarity between the shared content information and the first shared content information is higher if the content which is overlapped with the key content of the first shared content information is more. And according to the comparison method, the similarity corresponding to each piece of shared content information except the first piece of shared content information in the plurality of pieces of shared content information is obtained, the pieces of shared content information except the first piece of shared content information in the plurality of pieces of shared content information are sequenced according to the similarity, and a fourth cloud conference desktop is generated according to the sequencing result. And the server sends the fourth cloud conference desktop to the first terminal equipment for the first user to select. The first terminal device obtains the operation of the first user in the fourth cloud conference table, and generates a second lookup request message, wherein the second lookup request message is a lookup request message for second shared content information in the plurality of shared content information. After receiving the second query request message, the server analyzes the second query request message, acquires second shared content information according to the second query request message, identifies the file type of the second shared content information, searches for corresponding running applications, opens the second shared content information, creates a fifth cloud conference desktop containing detailed content of the second shared content information, and sends the fifth cloud conference desktop to the first terminal device.
Therefore, in the example, the shared content information with higher similarity to the shared content information consulted by the participated users can be provided for the participated users, so that the participated user query time is saved, and the conference efficiency is improved.
In a possible example, whether the shared content information sent by the first terminal device exists in the plurality of pieces of shared content information is judged, if yes, the similarity between the first piece of shared content information and the shared content information sent by the first terminal device is judged preferentially, and the numerical value of the similarity is arranged to the head of the fourth cloud conference desktop, so that the user query time is saved, and the conference efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a display method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Next, a display method applied to the first terminal device according to an embodiment of the present application will be described in detail with reference to fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 4, a display method includes:
step 410: a first operation by a first user is detected. The first user is a participant who participates in a cloud conference, the first operation is used for indicating a first terminal device to send a first lookup request message aiming at first shared content information in a plurality of shared content information in the cloud conference to a server, the cloud conference is a conference group which is created by a second user at the cloud end through a second terminal device, the shared content information is shared content information uploaded by at least one participant through a third terminal device in the cloud conference, the cloud conference comprises a plurality of terminal devices and a plurality of conference devices, the first terminal device and the third terminal device are devices in the terminal devices, and the second terminal device is the terminal devices or devices in the conference devices.
Specifically, the first terminal device is a device of the plurality of terminal devices, and the first terminal device enters the cloud conference application of the first terminal device according to the operation of the first user, and displays a homepage of the cloud conference application.
Step 420: in response to the first operation, sending the first lookup request message to the server.
Specifically, the first terminal device detects a first operation of a first user in a selection desktop of the cloud conference application, sends a first lookup request message to the server, where the selection desktop is a desktop uploaded by the server, and the selection desktop is a desktop formed by dividing a start or a title of shared content information uploaded by participating users into units, so that the first user can quickly find the shared content information to be looked up. For example, a first user clicks a unit corresponding to first shared content information in a selected desktop, and after receiving a first operation, a first client device generates a first lookup request message for the first shared content information in a plurality of pieces of shared content information in a cloud conference.
Step 430: and if the second cloud conference desktop sent by the server is detected when the first cloud conference desktop is received, receiving the second cloud conference desktop. The second cloud conference desktop is used for displaying detailed contents of the first shared content information, the second cloud conference desktop comprises a preset first display area and a preset second display area, the first display area is used for displaying the detailed contents of the first shared content information, and the second display area is used for displaying control icons for controlling the desktop of the cloud conference.
Specifically, when the first terminal device acquires the first cloud conference desktop, if the second cloud conference desktop sent by the server is detected, the first cloud conference desktop stops being received, and the second cloud conference desktop for displaying detailed content of the first shared content information is received. The second cloud conference desktop comprises a preset first display area and a preset second display area, the first display area is used for displaying detailed contents of the first shared content information, and the second display area is used for displaying control icons of the desktop for controlling the cloud conference. The second display area and the first display area respectively occupy two areas of a screen of the first terminal device, or the second display area is in a hidden state and is suspended above the first display area, and when a user clicks the first display area of the first terminal device, the second display area displays so that the first user can control the desktop, and the distribution mode of the first display area and the second display area is not limited. The control icon may be a picture returned to the home page of the cloud conference application, or may be a return icon, and the type of the icon is not limited here.
Therefore, in the example, when participating in the cloud conference, the shared content information uploaded by other participating users can be consulted according to the requirements of the users, so that the terminal equipment displays the cloud conference desktop corresponding to the shared content information which is required to be consulted, the terminal equipment resources are saved, the conference process of other participating users is not influenced when the users consult, and the conference efficiency is improved.
According to the embodiment of the application, the functional units of the differentiated pushing device of the cloud conference desktop can be divided according to the method example, for example, each functional unit can be divided corresponding to each function, and two or more functions can be integrated into one processing unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit. The division of the unit in the embodiment of the present application is schematic, and is only a logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
Under the condition that each functional unit is divided by using corresponding functions, fig. 5 is a block diagram of functional units of a differentiated push device of a cloud conference desktop according to an embodiment of the present application, including:
a first receiving unit 510, configured to receive a first lookup request message, from a first terminal device of a first user, for a first shared content information in a plurality of shared content information in a cloud conference, where the cloud conference is a conference group created by a second user through a second terminal device at a cloud end, the plurality of shared content information is shared content information uploaded by at least one participating user through a third terminal device in the cloud conference, the cloud conference includes a plurality of terminal devices and a plurality of conference devices, the first terminal device and the third terminal device are devices in the plurality of terminal devices, and the second terminal device is the plurality of terminal devices or a device in the plurality of conference devices;
a first judging unit 520, configured to respond to the first query request message, and judge whether the first user is a speaker of the cloud conference in the current time period;
a first processing unit 530, configured to determine whether the first user has a right to access the plurality of shared content information;
a second determining unit 540, configured to determine whether the first terminal device and a shared device are in the same physical space, where the shared device is a device in the multiple conference devices;
a second processing unit 550, configured to create a second cloud conference desktop including detailed content of the first shared content information while sending the first cloud conference desktop to the plurality of terminal devices and the plurality of conference devices, and send the second cloud conference desktop to the first terminal device.
In a possible example, the first determining unit 520 is further configured to obtain a request message requesting to become the speaker; acquiring a first internet protocol address of a fourth terminal device which sends the request message; acquiring a voice information packet of the speaker of the cloud conference in the current time period; determining a second internet protocol address of the terminal equipment of the speaker according to the voice information packet; and judging whether the first internet protocol address is the same as the second internet protocol address; and acquiring a third internet protocol address of the first terminal device, and judging whether the third internet protocol address is the same as the second internet protocol address so as to judge whether the first user is a speaker of the cloud conference in the current time period.
In a possible example, the second processing unit 550 is further configured to identify a file type of the first shared content information; acquiring a corresponding running application according to the file type; opening the first shared content information through the running application to obtain a target image comprising detailed content of the first shared content information; and creating the second cloud conference desktop according to the target image and a preset cloud conference desktop size.
In a possible example, the apparatus further includes a third processing unit, configured to traverse the first shared content information, and obtain a plurality of key contents in the detailed contents of the first shared content information; associating an operation node for each key content in the plurality of key contents to obtain a plurality of operation nodes; receiving an operation message generated by the first terminal device according to the operation of the first user; searching a corresponding first operation node from the plurality of operation nodes according to the operation message; the key content corresponding to the first operation node in the first shared content information is opened through the running application; and creating a third cloud conference desktop according to the key content corresponding to the first operation node, and sending the third cloud conference desktop to the first terminal equipment.
In a possible example, the second determining unit 540 is further configured to obtain a fourth internet protocol address of the sharing device; acquiring a distance value between the first terminal device and the sharing device according to the third internet protocol address and the fourth internet protocol address; and judging whether the distance value is within a preset distance range so as to judge whether the first terminal device and the sharing device are in the same physical space.
In one possible example, the apparatus further comprises:
a comparison unit configured to compare similarity between the first shared content information and shared content information other than the first shared content information among the plurality of shared content information;
the sequencing unit is used for sequencing the shared content information except the first shared content information in the plurality of shared content information according to the corresponding similarity and generating a fourth cloud conference desktop according to a sequencing result;
a second sending unit, configured to send the fourth cloud conference desktop to the first terminal device;
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain a second lookup request message of the first terminal device for a second shared content information in the multiple shared content information, where the second lookup request message is a request message determined by the first user according to the fourth cloud conference desktop;
and the creating unit is used for responding to the second consulting request message, creating a fifth cloud conference desktop containing the detailed content of the second shared content information, and sending the fifth cloud conference desktop to the first terminal equipment.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal device may be divided into the functional units according to the display method, for example, each functional unit may be divided corresponding to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated into one processing unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit. The division of the units in the embodiment of the present application is schematic, and is only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation. Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a block diagram illustrating functional units of a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. A terminal device as shown in fig. 6, comprising:
a detecting unit 610, configured to detect a first operation of a first user, where the first user is a participating user participating in a cloud conference, the first operation is used to instruct a first terminal device to send a first lookup request message for first shared content information in multiple shared content information in the cloud conference to a server, the cloud conference is a conference group created by a second user at a cloud end through a second terminal device, the multiple shared content information is shared content information uploaded by at least one participating user in the cloud conference through a third terminal device, the cloud conference includes multiple terminal devices and multiple conference devices, the first terminal device and the third terminal device are devices in the multiple terminal devices, and the second terminal device is the multiple terminal devices or a device in the multiple conference devices;
a first sending unit 620, configured to send the first lookup request message to the server in response to the first operation;
a second receiving unit 630, configured to receive a second cloud conference desktop if the second cloud conference desktop sent by the server is detected when the first cloud conference desktop is received, where the second cloud conference desktop is used to display detailed content of the first shared content information, the second cloud conference desktop includes a preset first display area and a preset second display area, the first display area is used to display the detailed content of the first shared content information, and the second display area is used to display a control icon that controls a desktop of the cloud conference.

The computer program product may be a software installation package, the computer comprising an electronic device.
It should be understood that, in the various embodiments of the present application, the sequence numbers of the above-mentioned processes do not mean the execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed method, apparatus and system may be implemented in other ways. Claims (9)

1. A differentiated pushing method of a cloud conference desktop is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
receiving a first lookup request message from a first terminal device of a first user for a first shared content information in a plurality of shared content information in a cloud conference, wherein the cloud conference is a conference group created by a second user through a second terminal device at a cloud end, the plurality of shared content information is shared content information uploaded by at least one participating user through a third terminal device in the cloud conference, the cloud conference comprises a plurality of terminal devices and a plurality of conference devices, the first terminal device and the third terminal device are devices in the plurality of terminal devices, and the second terminal device is the plurality of terminal devices or a device in the plurality of conference devices;
responding to the first consulting request message, and judging whether the first user is a speaker of the cloud conference in the current time period;
if not, judging whether the first user has the authority of accessing the plurality of shared content information;
if yes, judging whether the first terminal equipment and shared equipment are in the same physical space or not, wherein the shared equipment is equipment in the conference equipment;
if yes, a second cloud conference desktop containing detailed contents of the first shared content information is created while the first cloud conference desktop is sent to the plurality of terminal devices and the plurality of conference devices, and the second cloud conference desktop is sent to the first terminal device.
2. The method for differentially pushing the cloud conference desktop according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the first user is a speaker of the cloud conference in the current time period comprises:
acquiring a request message requesting to become the speaker;
acquiring a first internet protocol address of a fourth terminal device which sends the request message;
acquiring a voice information packet of the speaker of the cloud conference in the current time period;
determining a second internet protocol address of the terminal equipment of the speaker according to the voice information packet;
judging whether the first internet protocol address is the same as the second internet protocol address;
if so, acquiring a third internet protocol address of the first terminal device, and judging whether the third internet protocol address is the same as the second internet protocol address, so as to judge whether the first user is a speaker of the cloud conference at the current time interval.
3. The method for pushing the cloud conference desktop differently according to claim 1, wherein the creating a second cloud conference desktop containing detailed content of the first shared content information comprises:
identifying a file type of the first shared content information;
acquiring a corresponding running application according to the file type;
opening the first shared content information through the running application to obtain a target image comprising detailed contents of the first shared content information;
and creating the second cloud conference desktop according to the target image and a preset cloud conference desktop size.
4. The method for differentially pushing the cloud conference desktop according to claim 3, wherein after the sending the second cloud conference desktop to the first terminal device, the method further comprises:
traversing the first shared content information to obtain a plurality of key contents in the detailed contents of the first shared content information;
associating an operation node for each key content in the plurality of key contents to obtain a plurality of operation nodes;
receiving an operation message of the first terminal device, wherein the operation message is generated according to the operation of the first user;
searching a corresponding first operation node from the plurality of operation nodes according to the operation message;
opening key content corresponding to the first operation node in the first shared content information through the running application;
and creating a third cloud conference desktop according to the key content corresponding to the first operation node, and sending the third cloud conference desktop to the first terminal equipment.

acquiring a fourth internet protocol address of the sharing device;
acquiring a distance value between the first terminal device and the sharing device according to the third internet protocol address and the fourth internet protocol address;
and judging whether the distance value is within a preset distance range or not so as to judge whether the first terminal equipment and the sharing equipment are in the same physical space or not.
6. The method for differentially pushing the cloud conference desktop according to claim 1, wherein after the sending the second cloud conference desktop to the first terminal device, the method further comprises:
comparing the similarity between the first shared content information and shared content information other than the first shared content information in the plurality of shared content information;
sequencing the shared content information except the first shared content information in the plurality of shared content information according to the corresponding similarity, and generating a fourth cloud conference desktop according to the sequencing result;
sending the fourth cloud conference desktop to the first terminal device;
acquiring a second lookup request message of the first terminal device for a second shared content information in the plurality of shared content information, wherein the second lookup request message is a request message determined by the first user according to the fourth cloud conference desktop;
and responding to the second reference request message, creating a fifth cloud conference desktop containing detailed contents of the second shared content information, and sending the fifth cloud conference desktop to the first terminal equipment.

a first judging unit, configured to respond to the first lookup request message, and judge whether the first user is a speaker of the cloud conference in a current time period;
a first processing unit configured to determine whether the first user has a right to access the plurality of shared content information;
a second determining unit, configured to determine whether the first terminal device and a shared device are in the same physical space, where the shared device is a device in the multiple conference devices;
the second processing unit is configured to create a second cloud conference desktop including detailed content of the first shared content information while sending the first cloud conference desktop to the plurality of terminal devices and the plurality of conference devices, and send the second cloud conference desktop to the first terminal device.
8. An electronic device, comprising: a processor and a memory for storing computer program code comprising computer instructions which, if executed by the processor, the electronic device performs the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, which computer program comprises program instructions which, if executed by a processor, cause the processor to carry out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
