Referring to fig. 3A, fig. 3A is a flowchart of a page pushing method according to an embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 3A, the method may be performed by a server, and as shown in fig. 3A, the method may be applied to the server 100 shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, and as shown in fig. 3A, the page pushing method includes steps S101 to S105:
s101, receiving a target adjustment instruction of an explanation page for the cloud conference from the first local equipment.
The cloud conference is a conference group created by a conference creator in a cloud space of the cloud conference through a second local device, the cloud space is a resource space in which the server is used for running and storing data of the cloud conference, page content of an explanation page is content information included in shared content, the shared content is content information uploaded to the cloud space of the cloud conference through a third local device by meeting participants of the cloud conference, the target adjustment instruction is used for indicating that target content corresponding to a target area in the explanation page needs to be highlighted, the target area is an explanation area of a presenter of the cloud conference, and the presenter is a meeting participant who obtains control authority of a conference desktop of the cloud conference through the first local device.
The first local device displays an explanation page through the display screen, and after the first local device detects an explanation area marked on the display screen through a target tool, a target adjustment instruction is generated in response to the marking event and sent to the server.
In a specific implementation, when the display screen of the first local device supports touch interaction operation, a presenter may draw a circle on an explanation page displayed on the display screen through a target tool including, but not limited to, a hand, a touch tool, and the like, and the circled area is a target area.
In a specific implementation, a presenter can draw an aperture on an explanation page displayed on a display screen through a target tool including but not limited to a laser pen, and the area outlined by the aperture is a target area, and when the first local device detects the operation of the aperture through a camera, the first local device responds to the operation of the aperture to generate a target adjustment instruction and sends the target adjustment instruction to a server.
It will be appreciated that the shape and type of the ring and aperture are not limited, and may be regular or irregular, and may be a closed or non-closed pattern. When the ring and the aperture are closed patterns, the area surrounded by the closed patterns is the target area; when the ring and the aperture are non-closed patterns, connecting the non-closed patterns end to obtain a closed pattern, wherein the area surrounded by the closed pattern is the target area.
S102, responding to the target adjustment instruction, and judging whether the first content in the target area is part of the content of the flow chart.
The first content refers to all contents in the target area, including directional connection lines of a flowchart, flow step blocks of the flowchart, and the like.
And S103, if the first content is part of the content of the flow chart, identifying a target flow chart where the first content is located in the explanation page.
The target flowchart may be a complete flowchart in the explanation page, as shown in fig. 3B, and fig. 3B is a schematic diagram showing a relationship between the first content and the target flowchart in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3B, when the explanation area 002 is marked in the explanation page by the target tool, the content in the explanation area 002 is the first content, and the server can identify, based on the first content, the target flowchart in which the first content in the area 001 in the explanation page is located.
S104, updating the explanation page according to the first content and the target flow chart.
S105, sending the updated explanation page to at least one local device in the plurality of local devices.
It can be seen that the page pushing method, the page pushing device and the server described in the embodiments of the present application, the method is applied to the server, and the server is connected with a plurality of local devices and conference devices, the method includes: receiving a target adjustment instruction of an explanation page of a cloud conference from a first local device, wherein the target adjustment instruction is used for indicating that target content corresponding to a target area in the explanation page needs to be highlighted, the target area is an explanation area of a presenter of the cloud conference, responding to the target adjustment instruction, judging whether first content in the target area is part of a flow chart, if the first content is part of the flow chart, identifying the target flow chart in which the first content in the explanation page is located, updating the explanation page according to the first content and the target flow chart, and sending the updated explanation page to at least one local device in a plurality of local devices. Therefore, the method and the system are beneficial to the server to automatically identify the explanation content of the explanation area of the explanation page, automatically identify the flow chart where the explanation content is located when the explanation content is part of the flow chart, and update the explanation page of the host based on the explanation content and the flow chart.
In one possible example, after the determining, in response to the target adjustment instruction, whether the first content in the target area is part of the flowchart, the method further includes: if the first content is not part of the content of the flow chart, amplifying the target area, and suspending the amplified target area on the first page to obtain an updated first page.
The suspension arrangement related to the application means that the content arranged at the uppermost layer of the first page is in a state of draggable, editable and scaleable.
In one possible example, the updating the explanation page according to the first content and the target flowchart includes, but is not limited to, steps A1-A4:
a1, identifying all flow step blocks in the first content.
The whole flow step frames can comprise at least one of n incomplete flow step frames and m complete flow step frames, n and m are integers greater than or equal to 0, when n is 0, the whole flow step frames are not included in the whole flow step frames, and when m is 0, the whole flow step frames are not included in the whole flow step frames. In a specific implementation, all flow step blocks in the explanation area are identified according to actual conditions.
A2, determining second content on the explanation page according to the whole flow step blocks.
Specifically, the second content may include only the complete flow step frame of the complete flow step frames, and the second content may include all the complete flow step frames corresponding to all the flow step frames, and the second content may further include the complete flow step frame of the complete flow step frames and part of the complete flow step frames corresponding to part of the incomplete flow step frames of the n incomplete flow step frames.
A3, determining a first area according to the second content, wherein the first area comprises the second content.
And A4, updating the explanation page according to the amplified first area.
Here, the magnification of the first area is not specifically limited, and the magnification thereof may be determined according to the ratio of the first area in the explanation page, and the smaller the ratio is, the larger the magnification is, the smaller the ratio is, and the magnification may be a fixed value set in advance.
In this example, the server may automatically identify all flow step boxes in the first content, determine the content to be displayed in an enlarged manner based on all flow step boxes, and update the explanation page based on the region to be displayed in an enlarged manner where the content to be displayed in an enlarged manner is located.
In one possible example, the determining the second content on the explanation page according to the overall flow step block includes, but is not limited to, steps B1-B4:
b1, judging whether the all flow step frames comprise at least one incomplete flow step frame.
And B2, if the all flow step frames comprise at least one incomplete flow step frame, determining the second content according to the at least one incomplete flow step frame and the target flow chart.
B3, determining that the second content comprises a complete flow step box in the all flow step boxes.
B4, determining a first area according to the second content, wherein the first area comprises the second content.
The complete flow step frame refers to a flow step frame comprising the complete flow step frame and all the step contents of all the characters in the frame. The incomplete flow step frame refers to a flow step frame which does not completely comprise all step contents such as a complete flow step frame, all characters in the frame and the like. The incomplete flow step box is part of the complete flow step box.
Here, the incomplete flow step frame refers to any part of the complete flow step frame, please refer to fig. 3C, fig. 3C is a schematic diagram showing a positional relationship between the incomplete flow step frame and the complete flow step frame, the incomplete flow step frame may be located in the complete flow step frame, as shown in a in fig. 3C, in the drawing, the oval dashed line frame 004 is the incomplete flow step frame, the rectangular solid line frame 003 is the complete flow step frame, the oval dashed line frame 004 is located in the rectangular solid line frame 003, the incomplete flow step frame may share the complete flow step frame with the complete flow step frame, as shown in b in fig. 3C, in the drawing, the rectangular dashed line frame 006 is the incomplete flow step frame, the rectangular solid line frame 005 is the complete flow step frame, and the rectangular dashed line frame 006 is located in the rectangular solid line frame 005.
In this example, the server can identify the incomplete flow step box and the complete flow step box in all flow step boxes, determine the content to be amplified based on the incomplete flow step box, determine the complete flow step box as the content to be amplified, and finally determine the complete content to be amplified, thereby ensuring the practicability of page pushing.
In addition, after the determining whether the all flow step blocks include at least one incomplete flow step block, the method further includes: and if the all flow step blocks do not comprise incomplete flow step blocks, determining that the second content comprises the all flow step blocks.
It is understood that, in the case that the all flow step blocks do not include the incomplete flow step block, all flow step blocks are complete flow step blocks.
In this case, the first region includes the overall flow step block.
In one possible example, the determining the second content according to the at least one incomplete flow step box and the target flow chart includes, for each of the at least one incomplete flow step box and the target flow chart, determining the second content including, but not limited to, performing the following operations steps C1-C5:
And C1, determining a target complete flow step box where the currently processed target incomplete flow step box is located according to the target flow chart.
And C2, determining a target integrity index of the target incomplete flow step frame according to the target complete flow step frame and the target incomplete flow step frame, wherein the target integrity index is used for indicating the integrity degree of the target incomplete flow step frame relative to the target complete flow step frame.
And C3, comparing the target integrity index with a reference integrity index.
And C4, if the target integrity index is greater than or equal to the reference integrity index, determining that the second content comprises the target integrity flow step block.
And C5, if the target integrity index is smaller than the reference integrity index, determining that the second content does not comprise the target integrity flow step block.
The larger the target integrity index is, the higher the integrity degree of the target incomplete flow step frame relative to the target complete flow step frame is, the smaller the target integrity index is, and the lower the integrity degree of the target incomplete flow step frame relative to the target complete flow step frame is.
In a specific implementation, the calculation mode of the integrity index and the reference integrity index may be set in advance, the reference integrity index may be one of 0.5, 0.6, 0.8, etc., and the reference integrity index may also be other values, and the reference integrity index is not specifically limited.
In a specific implementation, please refer to fig. 3D, fig. 3D is a schematic diagram of an explanation page provided by an embodiment of the present application, in fig. 3D, an explanation area 004 is marked in the explanation page by a target tool, the content in the explanation area 004 is a first content, and the server can identify, based on the first content, a target flowchart in which the first content is located in an area 003 where a target flowchart is located in the explanation page, where the identified explanation area 004 includes 3 incomplete flow step boxes, which are respectively an incomplete flow step box where step 2 is located, an incomplete flow step box where step 3 is located, and an incomplete flow step box where step 4 is located, and identify 3 complete flow step boxes where the 3 incomplete flow step boxes are located, which are respectively a complete flow step box where step 2 is located, a complete flow step box where step 3 is located, and a complete flow step box where step 4 is located. Determining the integrity index of the incomplete flow step frame of the step 2 according to the complete flow step frame of the step 2 and the incomplete flow step frame of the step 2, determining the integrity index of the incomplete flow step frame of the step 3 according to the complete flow step frame of the step 3 and the incomplete flow step frame of the step 3, determining the integrity index of the incomplete flow step frame of the step 4 according to the complete flow step frame of the step 4 and the incomplete flow step frame of the step 4, determining the second content according to the integrity index of the incomplete flow step frame of each step, and determining that the integrity index of the incomplete flow step frame of the step exceeds the incomplete flow step frame of the reference, wherein the second content comprises the incomplete flow step frame of the step. The calculation mode of the integrity index of the incomplete flow step frame is not particularly limited.
In this example, the server can determine the complete flow step frame where the incomplete flow step frame is located in the target flow chart based on the incomplete flow step frame, and can obtain the complete index of the incomplete flow step frame based on the determined complete flow step frame and the incomplete flow step frame, when the complete index is larger, the complete flow step frame is used as the content to be amplified, the complete index is smaller, and the complete flow step frame is not used as the content to be amplified.
In one possible example, as a first calculation manner of the integrity index, an area calculation method is adopted, and the target integrity index of the target incomplete flow step frame is determined according to the target complete flow step frame and the target incomplete flow step frame, including but not limited to steps D1-D3:
and D1, acquiring a first area of the target complete flow step frame.
And D2, acquiring a second area of the target incomplete flow step frame.
And D3, calculating a target ratio of the second area to the first area, wherein the target ratio is the target integrity index.
Here, if the target incomplete flow step frame is a regular pattern, the target incomplete flow step frame may be directly measured, and if the target incomplete flow step frame is an irregular pattern, a segmentation method or an addition method may be used to divide the irregular pattern into simple patterns that are calculated.
It can be seen that in this example, the server can calculate the target integrity index from the areas of the incomplete flow step box and the complete flow step box in which it is located.
In one possible example, as a second calculation manner of the integrity index, a literal number calculation method is adopted, and the target integrity index of the target incomplete flow step frame is determined according to the target complete flow step frame and the target incomplete flow step frame, including but not limited to steps E1-E3:
e1, acquiring a first number of characters in a step frame of the target complete flow;
e2, acquiring a second number of characters in the step frame of the target incomplete flow;
and E3, calculating a target ratio of the second number to the first number, wherein the target ratio is the target integrity index.
Here, the number of incomplete characters in the target incomplete flow step frame may be counted when the second number of characters in the target incomplete flow step frame is acquired, and the number of incomplete characters in the target incomplete flow step frame may not be counted when the second number of characters in the target incomplete flow step frame is acquired.
It can be seen that, in this example, the server can calculate the integrity index of the incomplete flow step frame according to the incomplete flow step frame and the number of characters of the complete flow step frame where the incomplete flow step frame is located.
In one possible example, the updating the explanation page according to the enlarged first area includes: and suspending and arranging the amplified first area on the explanation page to obtain the updated explanation page.
In specific implementation, please refer to fig. 3D and fig. 3E, fig. 3E is a schematic diagram of an explanation page after the explanation page of fig. 3D is updated according to an embodiment of the present application. With reference to the description of fig. 3D, when the reference integrity index is 0.5, the first area a of the complete flow step frame where the step 2 is located is calculated by adopting the first calculation method of the integrity index 1 Calculating a second area B of the incomplete flow step frame where the step 2 is located 1 Then calculate the second area B 1 And a first area A 1 Ratio C of (2) 1 ,C 1 =B 1 /A 1 Obtaining C 1 Less than 0.5, determining that the second content does not comprise the complete flow step frame where the step 3 is located, and calculating the first area A of the complete flow step frame where the step 3 is located 2 Calculating a second area B of the incomplete flow step frame where the step 2 is located 2 Then calculate the second area B 2 And a first area A 2 Ratio C of (2) 2 ,C 2 =B 2 /A 2 Obtaining C 2 Greater than 0.5, determining that the second content comprises a complete flow step frame where the step 3 is located, and calculating a first area A of the complete flow step frame where the step 4 is located 3 Calculating a second area B of the incomplete flow step frame where the step 3 is located 3 Then calculate the second area B 3 And a first area A 3 Ratio C of (2) 3 ,C 3 =B 3 /A 3 Obtaining C 3 And the second content is determined to be greater than 0.5, and the complete flow step frame where the step 4 is located is included in the second content, so that only the area where the second content (the complete flow step frame where the step 3 is located and the complete flow step frame where the step 4 is located) is included is the first area, and the enlarged first area 005 is arranged in a suspended manner on the explanation page shown in fig. 3D, so that the updated explanation page shown in fig. 3E is obtained.
In specific implementation, please refer to fig. 3D and fig. 3F, fig. 3F is a schematic diagram of another explanation page after the update of the explanation page in fig. 3D according to an embodiment of the present application. With reference to the description of fig. 3D, when the reference complete index is 0.5, the first number D of characters in the complete flow step frame where the step 2 is located is calculated by adopting the second complete index calculation method 1 Calculating the second number E of characters in the incomplete flow step frame where the step 2 is located 1 Then calculate the second number E 1 And a first number D 1 Ratio F of (2) 1 ,F 1 =E 1 /D 1 Obtaining F 1 Greater than 0.5, determining a complete flow step frame in which the step 2 is positioned in the second content, and calculating the first number D of characters in the complete flow step frame in which the step 3 is positioned 2 Calculating the second number E of characters in the incomplete flow step frame where the step 3 is located 2 Then calculate the second number E 2 And a first number D 2 Ratio F of (2) 2 ,F 2 =E 2 /D 2 Obtaining F 2 Greater than 0.5, determining that the second content comprises a complete flow step frame where the step 3 is located, and calculating the first number D of characters in the complete flow step frame where the step 4 is located 3 Calculating the second number E of characters in the incomplete flow step frame where the step 4 is located 3 Then calculate the second number E 3 And a first number D 3 Ratio F of (2) 3 ,F 3 =E 3 /D 3 Obtaining F 3 And more than 0.5, determining that the second content includes the complete flow step frame where the step 4 is located, so that only the region where the second content (the complete flow step frame where the step 2 is located, the complete flow step frame where the step 3 is located, and the complete flow step frame where the step 4 is located) is included as the first region, and suspending and arranging the amplified first region 006 on the explanation page shown in fig. 3D to obtain the updated explanation page shown in fig. 3F.
It will be appreciated that, for the explanation page before updating, when determining the complete flow step block in the flow chart included in the second content, different calculation manners of the complete index are adopted, and the results may be different, and in special cases, may be the same, which is not described here by way of example.
It can be seen that in this example, after the host marks the explanation area in the explanation page, the server can identify whether the content of the explanation area is part of the content of the flowchart, and in the case that the content of the explanation area is part of the content of the flowchart, identify all complete flowchart step frames and all incomplete flowchart step frames in the explanation area, and in the case that there is an incomplete flowchart step frame in the explanation area, calculate the complete index of each incomplete flowchart step frame through an area calculation method or a word number calculation method, respectively judge the complete index of each incomplete flowchart step frame and the size of a reference complete index, determine whether the second content to be amplified includes each complete flowchart step frame corresponding to each incomplete flowchart step frame based on the determined size result, finally determine the first area where the amplified flowchart step frame is located, and suspend and arrange the amplified first area on the explanation page, obtain an updated explanation page, and timely send the updated explanation page to at least one of local explanation devices, and timely display the updated explanation page in the explanation page of a plurality of local devices, and timely display the explanation page in the explanation page, and enable the host to understand the procedure to be able to be in a timely experience, and the explanation step is being shared by the host.
In one possible example, the updating the explanation page according to the enlarged first area includes: determining third content except the second content in the target flow chart; determining a second area according to the third content, wherein the second area comprises the third content; splicing the amplified first region and the second region to obtain a third region; and suspending and arranging the third area on the explanation page to obtain the updated explanation page.
The second region may be one region or may be composed of a plurality of independent and separated sub-regions.
In a specific implementation, please refer to fig. 3D and fig. 3G, fig. 3G is a schematic diagram of an explanation page after updating an explanation page in fig. 3D, as shown in fig. 3D and fig. 3G, in combination with the description of fig. 3D, when the whole index is 0.5, by adopting the first calculation mode of the whole index, it is determined that the second content includes a whole flow step frame in which the step 3 is located and a whole flow step frame in which the step 4 is located, further it is determined that the third content except the second content includes a whole flow step frame in which the step 1 is located, a whole flow step frame in which the step 2 is located and a whole flow step frame in which the step 5 is located in the flow chart, and a sub-area in which the whole flow step frame in which the step 1 is located and the whole flow step 5 are located together, and the first area in which the second content is located is enlarged, and the second area and the first area in which the third content is located and the whole flow step 4 are located are enlarged, so as to obtain a third content including the whole flow step frame in which the whole flow step 1, the whole flow step frame in which the whole flow step 2 and the whole flow step frame in which the whole flow step 5 is located in the whole flow step 5 is located, and the whole flow step frame in which the whole flow step 5 is 0.5.
In a specific implementation, please refer to fig. 3D and fig. 3H, fig. 3H is a schematic diagram of an explanation page after updating an explanation page in fig. 3D, as shown in fig. 3D and fig. 3H, in combination with the description of fig. 3D, when the integrity index is 0.5, by adopting the calculation manner of the second integrity index, it is determined that the second content includes an integrity procedure step frame in which step 2 is located, an integrity procedure step frame in which step 3 is located, and an integrity procedure step frame in which step 4 is located, further it is determined that the third content except the second content includes an integrity procedure step frame in which step 1 is located and an integrity procedure step frame in which step 5 is located in the flow chart, and a sub-area in which the integrity procedure step 1 is located and the integrity procedure step 5 are together formed, and the first area in which the second content is located is amplified, and the first area after the second area in which the third content is located is amplified is obtained, and the third area 008 is arranged in a suspension manner on the page in which the second content is located in which step 3 is located, and the new page in which is shown in fig. 3D is obtained.
It can be seen that, in this example, the server can identify all complete process step frames and all incomplete process step frames in the explanation area when the content of the explanation area calibrated by the identified presenter is part of the content of the flowchart, and calculate the complete index of each incomplete process step frame by an area calculation method or a word number calculation method when the incomplete process step frames exist in the explanation area, respectively judge the size of the complete index of each incomplete process step frame and the reference complete index, determine whether the second content to be amplified includes each complete process step frame corresponding to each incomplete process step frame based on the judged size result, finally determine the first area where the process step frame to be amplified is located, and determine other process step frames except the process step frame to be amplified in the flowchart, and the amplified first area and the areas where other flow step frames are positioned are spliced and are arranged in a suspending way on the explanation page to obtain an updated explanation page, and the updated explanation page is timely shared with at least one local device in a plurality of local devices to send the updated explanation page, because in the process of explaining the flow steps in the page by a presenter, the flow steps which are being explained by the presenter and other steps except the flow steps which are being explained by the presenter in the flow chart can be timely identified, the area where the flow steps which are being explained are amplified, the areas where the other steps are positioned and the amplified areas are arranged in a suspending way, so that the conference participant can timely know the related steps of the flow steps which are being explained by the presenter while timely knowing the flow steps which are being explained by the presenter, further promote the experience of meeting personnel.
