(3) Then, generating a link address of the prescription in the prescription center; converting the link address into a short link; splicing the short links to obtain short message content; and calling the short message service to push the short message content to the terminal equipment used by the patient.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus for electronic prescriptions according to a third embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the information processing apparatus 400 for electronic prescription may include: an acquisition module 410, a first processing module 420, a second processing module 430, and a push module 440.
The acquiring module 410 is configured to acquire an electronic prescription to be processed and an identifier of the electronic prescription, where the electronic prescription is received from at least one hospital information management system through an interface;
the first processing module 420 is configured to perform format conversion processing on the electronic prescription according to a specified format to obtain a processed electronic prescription;
the second processing module 430 is configured to, when the electronic prescription with the identifier does not exist in the first system, save the processed electronic prescription and the identifier, submit the processed electronic prescription to a second system, and update the circulation state of the processed electronic prescription to the submitted state;
the pushing module 440 is configured to push the processed electronic prescription to the visit object corresponding to the processed electronic prescription at the link address of the second system.
Further, in a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the first processing module 420 is specifically configured to perform a structured extraction process on the electronic prescription to obtain at least one item of content in the electronic prescription; and generating the processed electronic prescription according to the at least one item of content and the prescription template with the specified format.
Further, in a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the content includes at least one of the following: prescription base data, hospital data, doctor data, pharmacist data, subject data, and drug data.
Further, in a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the content includes medicine data; the first processing module 420 is further configured to query a specified drug library according to the drug data, and determine whether a drug corresponding to the drug data exists in the specified drug library; and when the medicine corresponding to the medicine data does not exist in the specified medicine library, sending prompt information to a source party of the electronic prescription through the interface so as to prompt modification and resend the electronic prescription.
Further, in a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the second processing module 430 is further configured to determine a circulation state of the electronic prescription when the electronic prescription with the identification exists in the first system; and when the circulation state is stored or submitted, updating the electronic prescription with the identification according to the processed electronic prescription, and submitting the processed electronic prescription to the second system.
Further, in a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the second processing module 430 is further configured to receive an electronic prescription query request, where the electronic prescription query request includes: a first account and a first link address; acquiring a first electronic prescription corresponding to the first link address in the second system; returning the query result carrying the first electronic prescription to an object corresponding to the electronic prescription query request, and updating the circulation state of the first electronic prescription to be received; and establishing an association relation between the first electronic prescription and the account.
Further, in a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the second processing module 430 is further configured to receive a medicine purchasing request, where the medicine purchasing request includes: a second account number, and an identification of a second electronic prescription associated with the second account number; sending a query request to the second system according to the identifier of the second electronic prescription to acquire the second electronic prescription; sending the second electronic prescription to the specified medicine library to carry out medicine purchasing processing and obtain a medicine purchasing result, and updating the circulation state of the target electronic prescription into the purchased medicine; and returning the medicine purchasing result to the object corresponding to the medicine purchasing request.
It should be noted that the explanation in the first embodiment is also applicable to the information processing apparatus for electronic prescription of this embodiment, and details are not repeated here.
The information processing device of the electronic prescription receives the electronic prescription to be processed and the identification of the electronic prescription from at least one hospital information management system through an interface; carrying out format conversion processing on the electronic prescription according to a specified format to obtain a processed electronic prescription; when the electronic prescription with the identification does not exist in the first system, the processed electronic prescription and the identification are stored, the processed electronic prescription is submitted to the second system, and the circulation state of the processed electronic prescription is updated to be submitted; and pushing the link address of the processed electronic prescription in the second system to the treatment object corresponding to the processed electronic prescription so as to improve the medicine purchasing efficiency of the treatment object.
In order to implement the above embodiments, the present application may also provide an information processing system for electronic prescriptions, including: the system comprises a first system, a second system and at least one hospital information management system, wherein the second system and the at least one hospital information management system are respectively connected with the first system. Wherein the first system is used for executing the information processing method of the electronic prescription as described in the above embodiments.
In order to implement the foregoing embodiments, the present application also provides a computer device, including: the electronic prescription information processing method comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored in the memory and can run on the processor, wherein when the processor executes the program, the information processing method of the electronic prescription provided by the previous embodiment of the application is realized.
In order to implement the foregoing embodiments, the present application also proposes a computer program product, which when executed by an instruction processor in the computer program product, executes the information processing method of the electronic prescription as proposed in the foregoing embodiments of the present application.
FIG. 5 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary computer device suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present application. The computer device 12 shown in fig. 5 is only an example and should not bring any limitation to the function and scope of use of the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in FIG. 5, computer device 12 is in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of computer device 12 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 16, a system memory 28, and a bus 18 that couples various system components including the system memory 28 and the processing unit 16.
Bus 18 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. These architectures include, but are not limited to, Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, Micro Channel Architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, to name a few.
Computer device 12 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by computer device 12 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
Memory 28 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile Memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM) 30 and/or cache Memory 32. Computer device 12 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 34 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 5, and commonly referred to as a "hard drive"). Although not shown in FIG. 5, a disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a Compact disk Read Only Memory (CD-ROM), a Digital versatile disk Read Only Memory (DVD-ROM), or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to bus 18 by one or more data media interfaces. Memory 28 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules that are configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the application.
A program/utility 40 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42 may be stored, for example, in memory 28, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 42 generally perform the functions and/or methodologies of the embodiments described herein.
Computer device 12 may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 24, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with computer device 12, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable computer device 12 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through an input/output (I/O) interface 22. Moreover, computer device 12 may also communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public Network such as the Internet) via Network adapter 20. As shown, network adapter 20 communicates with the other modules of computer device 12 via bus 18. It should be understood that although not shown in the figures, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with computer device 12, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, to name a few.
The processing unit 16 executes various functional applications and data processing, for example, implementing the methods mentioned in the foregoing embodiments, by executing programs stored in the system memory 28.

It should be understood that portions of the present application may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. If implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a separate product, may also be stored in a computer-readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc. Although embodiments of the present application have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present application, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations may be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present application.

Claims (11)

1. An information processing method of an electronic prescription, which is applied to a first system, the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring an electronic prescription to be processed and an identification of the electronic prescription, wherein the electronic prescription is received from at least one hospital information management system through an interface;
carrying out format conversion processing on the electronic prescription according to a specified format to obtain a processed electronic prescription;
when the electronic prescription with the identification does not exist in the first system, the processed electronic prescription and the identification are saved, the processed electronic prescription is submitted to a second system, and the circulation state of the processed electronic prescription is updated to be submitted;
and pushing the processed electronic prescription to a patient to be treated corresponding to the processed electronic prescription at the link address of the second system.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein performing a format conversion process on the electronic prescription according to a specified format to obtain a processed electronic prescription comprises:
carrying out structured extraction processing on the electronic prescription to obtain at least one item of content in the electronic prescription;
and generating the processed electronic prescription according to the at least one item of content and the prescription template with the specified format.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the content comprises at least one of: prescription base data, hospital data, doctor data, pharmacist data, subject data, and drug data.
4. The method of claim 2 or 3, wherein the content comprises drug data; before generating the processed electronic prescription in accordance with the at least one item of content and the prescription template in the specified format, the method further comprises:
inquiring a specified drug library according to the drug data, and determining whether drugs corresponding to the drug data exist in the specified drug library;
and when the medicine corresponding to the medicine data does not exist in the specified medicine library, sending prompt information to a source party of the electronic prescription through the interface so as to prompt modification and resend the electronic prescription.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining a circulation state of the electronic prescription when the electronic prescription with the identification exists in the first system;
and when the circulation state is stored or submitted, updating the electronic prescription with the identification according to the processed electronic prescription, and submitting the processed electronic prescription to the second system.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving an electronic prescription query request, wherein the electronic prescription query request comprises: a first account and a first link address;
acquiring a first electronic prescription corresponding to the first link address in the second system;
returning the query result carrying the first electronic prescription to an object corresponding to the electronic prescription query request, and updating the circulation state of the first electronic prescription to be received;
and establishing an association relation between the first electronic prescription and the account.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
receiving a purchase request, wherein the purchase request comprises: a second account number, and an identification of a second electronic prescription associated with the second account number;
sending a query request to the second system according to the identifier of the second electronic prescription to acquire the second electronic prescription;
sending the second electronic prescription to the appointed medicine library to carry out medicine purchasing processing and obtain a medicine purchasing result, and updating the circulation state of the target electronic prescription into the purchased medicine;
and returning the medicine purchasing result to the object corresponding to the medicine purchasing request.
8. An information processing apparatus for electronic prescription, applied to a first system, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring an electronic prescription to be processed and an identifier of the electronic prescription, and the electronic prescription is received from at least one hospital information management system through an interface;
the first processing module is used for carrying out format conversion processing on the electronic prescription according to a specified format to obtain a processed electronic prescription;
the second processing module is used for saving the processed electronic prescription and the identification when the electronic prescription with the identification does not exist in the first system, submitting the processed electronic prescription to a second system and updating the circulation state of the processed electronic prescription to be submitted;
and the pushing module is used for pushing the processed electronic prescription to the treatment object corresponding to the processed electronic prescription at the link address of the second system.
9. An information processing system for electronic prescriptions, comprising: the system comprises a first system, a second system and at least one hospital information management system, wherein the second system and the at least one hospital information management system are respectively connected with the first system;
wherein the first system is used for executing the information processing method of the electronic prescription according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
11. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
