Further, in an embodiment, the recycling bin 60 is preferably provided with sensors at intervals along the height direction thereof to sense the amount of the recycled material, and the material moving assembly 50 may also put the media cassette 200 into the recycling bin 60 at a proper position according to signals of the sensors.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the cartridge dispensing apparatus 100 further includes a lifting mechanism 70, the lifting mechanism 70 is disposed in the discharging channel 11, the lifting mechanism 70 is connected to the accommodating box 20 close to the recycling box 60, and drives the accommodating box 20 to lift or lower, so that the hook member 30 moves to a position away from the recycling box 60 and below the accommodating box 20.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 and 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, a loading box 17 is provided on a housing 10, a mounting position adapted to a receiving box 20 is formed inside the loading box 17, and the loading box 17 is used for mounting and fixing the receiving box 20. The lifting mechanism 70 includes a lifting guide block 71 connected to a side surface of the loading box 17, and a link mechanism 73 connected to a bottom of the loading box 17, wherein the lifting guide block 71 is fixedly connected to the housing 10, one end of the link mechanism 73 is connected to the bottom of the loading box 17, and the other end thereof extends away from the loading box 17 and is connected to a driving member, which may be a motor.
The driving part acts to drive the link mechanism 73 to drive the loading box 17 to move up or down, and the lifting guide block 71 provides guidance for the lifting or lowering movement of the loading box 17 and simultaneously improves the stability and the movement precision of the movement of the loading box 17. The link mechanism 73 includes a support frame 731 and a driving rod 733, the support frame 731 includes two support walls 7311 and a plurality of connecting rods 7313 connected between the two support walls 7311, wherein the two support walls 7311 are disposed oppositely, one end of each of the two support walls 7311 is hinged to the loading box 17, and the plurality of connecting rods 7313 are disposed at intervals along the extending direction of the support walls 7311. The supporting wall 7311 includes a connecting section 7311a and a supporting section 7311b connected to form an included angle, the connecting section 7311a is connected to the loading box 17, and the supporting section 7311b is disposed in an arc shape. The driving rod 733 is hinged to a connecting rod 7313 away from the loading compartment 17, and the driving rod 733 is connected to a driving part to drive the loading compartment 17 to move. By adopting the link mechanism 73 for the lifting mechanism 70, the occupied space of the lifting mechanism 70 in the vertical direction can be effectively reduced, the height of the whole equipment is reduced, the center of gravity is lowered, and the stability of the equipment is improved. Moreover, the lifting mechanism 70 adopts a link mechanism 73 mode, skillfully utilizes the labor-saving principle of a lever, and can also reduce the requirements on driving parts.
When the medium box body 200 in the containing box 20 close to one side of the material moving channel 13 needs to be dispensed, at the moment, the motor drives the loading box 17 to descend through the connecting rod mechanism 73, the bottom of the containing box 20 close to one side of the material moving channel 13 is close to the material discharging channel 11, so that the material hooking mechanism can move to the lower part of the containing box 20 to hook out the medium box body 200 smoothly; when the medium box body 200 in the containing box 20 far away from one side of the material moving channel 13 needs to be dispensed, at the moment, the motor drives the loading box 17 to move upwards through the connecting rod mechanism 73, so that the material discharging channel 11 is smooth, the material hooking mechanism can move to the position below the containing box 20 far away from the material moving channel 13, and the medium box body 200 at the material outlet of the box body can be hooked smoothly; when the medium cassette 200 in the accommodating box 20 near the side of the material moving passage 13 needs to be dispensed, the motor drives the loading box 17 to descend through the link mechanism 73, and the operation is repeated.
It is understood that the number of the lifting mechanism 70 may be one or more, and the number of the lifting mechanism 70 may be one less than the receiving, that is, the receiving box 20 (the receiving box 20 located at the outermost side) farthest from the material moving passage 13 does not need to be provided with the lifting mechanism 70. The lifting mechanism 70 in this embodiment can make the connection between the discharge port of each accommodating box 20 and the discharge channel 11 smoother, so as to improve the smoothness of the distribution of the media cassette 200.

Claims (10)

1. A cartridge dispensing apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the material conveying device comprises a machine shell, a material conveying device and a material conveying device, wherein the machine shell is provided with a discharging channel and a material conveying channel which are communicated, the surface of the machine shell is also provided with a material taking port, and the material conveying channel is communicated with the material taking port;
the accommodating boxes are fixed with the shell, discharge ports are formed in the bottoms of the accommodating boxes and communicated with the discharge channel, and different types of medium box bodies are accommodated in the accommodating boxes respectively;
the material hooking component is arranged in the discharge channel and moves between the discharge ports and the material moving channel so as to move the medium box bodies at the bottom of each accommodating box to the material moving channel; and
and the material moving component is arranged in the material moving channel and moves between the outlet of the material discharging channel and the material taking port so as to transfer the medium box body hooked by the material hooking component to the material taking port.
2. The cassette class dispensing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the transfer assembly comprises:
the moving mechanism is arranged on the shell; and
the clamping device is connected with the moving mechanism and is provided with a clamping material passing channel;
the moving mechanism drives the clamping device to move in the moving channel, so that an inlet of the clamping material passing channel is communicated with an outlet of the discharging channel, and an outlet of the clamping material passing channel is communicated with the material taking port.
3. The cartridge type dispensing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said clipping means comprises:
the discharging device comprises a frame body, a discharging channel and a frame body, wherein the frame body comprises two opposite mounting plates, a mounting space is formed between the two mounting plates, the mounting plates are provided with a length direction and a height direction, and the length of the mounting plates is parallel to the material direction of the discharging channel;
the conveying mechanism is arranged in the mounting space, and the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism is arranged along the length direction of the mounting plate; and
the material pressing mechanism is arranged on the frame body and is positioned above the conveying mechanism, and the material pressing mechanism and the conveying mechanism form the clamping material passing channel;
the material pressing mechanism can move relative to the machine shell, so that the clamping material passing channel can be adapted to different types of medium box bodies.
4. The cartridge dispensing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the mounting plate has a mounting groove formed on a surface thereof, the mounting groove extending in a height direction of the mounting plate; the swager constructs includes:
the connecting plate extends along the length direction of the mounting plate;
the first pressing wheel is movably connected between the two mounting plates through a first wheel shaft; and
the second pressing wheel is movably connected between the two mounting plates through a second wheel shaft, the first pressing wheel and the second pressing wheel are respectively connected to two ends of the connecting plate in the length direction, and the first wheel shaft and the second wheel shaft are respectively movably inserted into the mounting grooves.
5. The cartridge-like dispensing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the number of the first nip wheels and the number of the second nip wheels are two, the first nip wheels being disposed at intervals along a length direction of the first wheel shaft, and the second nip wheels being disposed at intervals along a length direction of the second wheel shaft.
6. The cassette class dispensing device of claim 3, wherein said transport mechanism comprises:
the driving piece is arranged on the frame body;
the two ends of the conveying rods are respectively and rotatably connected to the two mounting plates, and the conveying rods are arranged at intervals along the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism; and
and the synchronous belts are respectively and synchronously connected with the driving pieces and the conveying rods.
7. The cartridge dispensing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a recycling bin disposed at one side of the material transferring passage, wherein the recycling bin is provided with a recycling port communicating with the material transferring passage, and the material transferring assembly can move the undispensed media cartridges into the recycling bin.
8. The cassette dispensing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein a support plate is provided in the recovery box for supporting the undispensed media cassettes, the support plate having a height gradually decreasing from the recovery opening in a direction away from the recovery opening.
9. The cartridge-like dispensing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein said recovery box and each of said containers are arranged in a straight line.
10. The cartridge dispensing apparatus according to claim 8, further comprising a lifting mechanism disposed in the discharging channel, wherein the lifting mechanism is connected to the accommodating box near the recycling box and drives the accommodating box to lift or lower so that the hooking member moves to a position far below the accommodating box.
