Specifically, the lower ends of the left and right sides of the cover 12 are respectively provided with an inner pivot hole, the lower ends of the left and right panels 14 and 15 are respectively provided with an outer pivot hole, and the pivot members 16 are inserted into the aligned inner and outer pivot holes. The pivot 16 may be a screw or a pin.
The cover plate 12 is provided with a clamping hole 121, and the clamping hole 121 is used for clamping the sign plate 4. The sign board 4 is used for showing the logo of producer, and the sign board 4 comprises translucent plastics material, and the logo is marked and is set up on the sign board 4 through printing or the mode of seal, and light tube subassembly 3 on the front panel 11 provides the light source for the sign board 4 for the logo marks are more clear. To achieve a better display effect, the sign board 4 is preferably made of acrylic material with excellent transparency and stable chemical properties.
The light tube assembly 3 is disposed on the front panel 11 and directly faces the sign board 4. In this embodiment, to effectively protect the lamp assembly 3, the lamp assembly 3 is disposed on the inner wall of the front panel 11. The lamp tube assembly 3 includes a lamp tube 31 and a power supply circuit board 32, and both the lamp tube 31 and the power supply circuit board 32 are fixed to an inner wall of the front panel 11 by screws. A light-transmitting through hole 112 is formed at a position where the lamp 31 is disposed on the front panel 11, and light of the lamp 31 is projected toward the sign board 4 through the light-transmitting through hole 112.
The power supply circuit board 32 is electrically connected with the lamp tube 31, the proximity switch 21 and the switch power supply of the server through leads and plug connectors, the switch power supply is arranged in the case 1, the switch power supply supplies power to the lamp tube 31 through the power supply circuit board 32, and the proximity switch 21 controls the on-off of the lamp tube 31 through the power supply circuit board 32. In this embodiment, the lamp tube 31 is an energy-saving LED lamp tube with high brightness, and the power supply voltage of the LED lamp tube is 6V or 12V, which is not limited in this application.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a proximity switch 21 of the enclosure device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the proximity switch 21 is fixed to the inner wall of the front panel 11 by screws to form effective protection. The proximity switch 21 is a magnetically actuated reed switch. The reed switch is sleeved in the switch shell and fixed on the front panel 11. The reed switch comprises two metal reeds 211 which are arranged at intervals and partially overlapped, the overlapped parts of the two metal reeds 211 are sealed in a glass tube, and inert gas is filled in the glass tube. The two metal reeds 211 are connected to the positive and negative poles of the power supply circuit board 32, respectively.
The two metal reeds 211 keep a certain gap (about several micrometers) in a normal state, and the proximity switch 21 is in a normally open state. When the two metal reeds 211 are in the magnetic field, the external magnetic field makes the two metal reeds 211 generate different polarities, and when the magnetic force exceeds the elastic force of the metal reeds 211, the overlapped parts of the two metal reeds 211 are mutually attracted and conduct the power supply circuit. When the magnetic field is weakened or disappears, the metal reed 211 is released due to its elasticity, and the power supply circuit is opened.
In order to prevent the enclosure 1 from blocking the magnetic field, a magnetic through hole 111 is formed at a position where the proximity switch 21 is disposed on the front surface, and the diameter of the magnetic through hole 111 is smaller than the width of the proximity switch 21. The magnetic through hole 111 is opposite to the actuator 22.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of the actuator 22 of the enclosure device according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the actuator 22 is a magnetic member, and is matched with the reed switch to realize the on-off function of the proximity switch 21. The lamp switch assembly 2 further comprises a connection post 23, one end of the connection post 23 is fixed on the inner wall of the cover plate 12, the other end of the connection post 23 is used for fixing the actuator 22, and when the cover plate 12 is covered with the front panel 11, the actuator 22 is attached to the front panel 11.
Specifically, the connecting column 23 is fixed to the cover plate 12 by welding, a threaded hole is formed in the connecting column 23, the actuator 22 is a magnetic ring with an open middle, and the actuator 22 is fixed to the connecting column 23 by a connecting screw 24.
In other embodiments, the lamp switch assembly 2 may further include a nylon pillar, the nylon pillar is centrally opened and sleeved outside the connecting pillar 23, and the actuator 22 is disposed on an end surface of the nylon pillar. The nylon pillar can improve the supporting effect and play the cushioning effect.
