Referring to fig. 4 and 5, as a preferred technical solution of the present invention, a pinion 8 is fixedly arranged on a casing 11, the inner wall of a mixing box 5 is rotatably connected with a bull gear 9 through a rotating shaft, a toothed turntable 10 is coaxially arranged on the bull gear 9, a third elastic telescopic rod 18 is arranged on the inner wall of the mixing box 5, a section of the third elastic telescopic rod 18 away from the inner wall of the mixing box 5 is provided with a connecting plate 181, a rack plate 182 which is mutually engaged with the toothed turntable 10 is arranged on the connecting plate 181, a moving rod 183 is further connected on the connecting plate 181, and a partition 184 for blocking the communication between a second threaded pipe 702 and the mixing box 5 is connected on the top of the moving rod 183; when the sleeve 11 rotates, the pinion 8 on the outer side is meshed with the gearwheel 9 in the mixing box 5, the gearwheel 9 rotates to drive the toothed turntable 10 to rotate, the toothed turntable 10 is intermittently and reciprocally meshed with the rack plate 182 when rotating, the rack plate 182 drives the connecting plate 181 to move, the moving rod 183 drives the partition plate 184 to move left and right, an intersection of the second threaded pipe 702 and the mixing box 5 is intermittently plugged, the sleeve 11 rotates for multiple times during plugging of the second threaded pipe 702 and the mixing box 5 by the partition plate 184, air in the mixing box 5 is enabled to realize multiple up-and-down mixing shaking periods, when the second threaded pipe 702 and the mixing box 5 are not plugged by the partition plate 184 any more, mixed air enters the detection channel 6 through the second threaded pipe 702, and monitoring and early warning are carried out on atmospheric pollution through the sensor 601 in the channel.
The invention also discloses a use method of the atmospheric pollution early warning system, which comprises the following steps:
s1: the upright rod 1 is installed outdoors, air is sent into the upright rod 1 through the air inlet 101 by external air, the first guide pipe 1011 is arranged on the inner wall of the upright rod 1 and placed at the position of the air inlet 101, the air entering the upright rod 1 can be prevented from being directly exhausted out of the upright rod 1 through the air inlet 101 at the other side, the output end of the driving motor 2 drives the fan blades 202 to rotate through the rotating shaft 201 by controlling the driving motor 2 to operate, and then the air entering the upright rod 1 moves towards the upper side of the upright rod 1;
s2: air moving to the upper side of the upright rod 1 is abutted against the conical baffle 3, so that the rising air collides with the curved surface of the conical baffle 3, the air at the upper side and the air at the lower side are primarily mixed, the mixed air enters the movable tank 102 along the curved surface of the conical baffle 3 and continues rising, the mixed air rises and passes through the air outlet 103 and enters the mixing box 5 through the hose 7, and the mixing box 5 mixes the mixed air again;
s3: a driving gear 2011 on the rotating shaft 201 is meshed with a driven gear 141 on the first rotating rod 14, so that the first rotating rod 14 and the rotating shaft 201 reversely rotate, a main bevel gear 142 at the end part of the first rotating rod 14 is meshed with an auxiliary bevel gear 112 on the sleeve 11, the sleeve 11 and a first eccentric wheel 111 fixedly arranged on the outer side of the sleeve 11 rotate, meanwhile, a second rotating rod 15 synchronously rotates along with the rotating shaft 201 under the action of a synchronizing wheel 16 and a belt 161, a first bevel gear 1511 on the second rotating rod 15 is meshed with a second bevel gear 1512 on the rotating rod 12, the rotating rod 12 drives a second eccentric wheel 121 to rotate, and when the first eccentric wheel 111 and the second eccentric wheel 121 rotate, the eccentric wheel can drive the mixing box 5 to reciprocate up and down to mix the primarily mixed air inside again;
s4: when the sleeve 11 and the rotating rod 12 rotate reversely, the first blade 113 on the sleeve 11 and the second blade 124 connected with the rotating rod 12 rotate oppositely, so that air in the mixing box 5 forms turbulent flow, and the air is mixed;
s5: when the sleeve 11 rotates, the pinion 8 on the outer side is meshed with the gearwheel 9 in the mixing box 5, when the gearwheel 9 rotates, the toothed turntable 10 is driven to rotate, when the toothed turntable 10 rotates, the toothed turntable is intermittently and repeatedly meshed with the rack plate 182, the rack plate 182 drives the connecting plate 181 to move, the moving rod 183 drives the partition plate 184 to move left and right, the intersection of the second threaded pipe 702 and the mixing box 5 is intermittently plugged, when the partition plate 184 plugs the second threaded pipe 702 and the mixing box 5, the sleeve 11 rotates for multiple times, so that the air in the mixing box 5 realizes multiple vertical mixing shaking periods, when the partition plate 184 no longer plugs the second threaded pipe 702 and the mixing box 5, the mixed gas enters the detection channel 6 through the second threaded pipe 702, and the atmospheric pollution is monitored and early warned through the sensor 601 in the channel, so that the obtained data have universality and the accuracy of air detection is improved, the detection efficiency and the detection quality of the air pollution are improved.
