The sliding seat (11) is provided with a sliding groove (111), and the telescopic seat (221) is arranged in the sliding groove (111) in a sliding way;
the water pipe fixing mechanism (2) further comprises a rotating seat (21) arranged in the sliding groove (111) in a sliding mode and a rotation stopping assembly (23) arranged on the rotating seat (21), a rotating groove (211) used for enabling the telescopic seat (221) to rotate is formed in the rotating seat (21), and the rotation stopping assembly (23) is used for limiting the telescopic seat (221) to rotate;
