The invention relates to a fastener, in particular to a bullet type threaded shooting nail.
Background
The existing shooting nail has no screw thread on the nail body or starts to be provided with the screw thread at the tip of the nail body. For the shooting nail without the thread, the shooting nail can quickly penetrate into the fastening surface and can reach the deep part, but the shooting nail without the thread is easy to pull out. For the existing screw nail with screw thread, although the screw thread connection is formed after the screw nail is shot, the screw thread needs to be cut in a rotary mode to fasten the surface when the screw nail is shot, and a large amount of kinetic energy is consumed, so that the depth is influenced only by increasing the shooting kinetic energy; meanwhile, the shooting nail is easy to deviate due to the stress of the thread; the nail is shot at a high rotating speed by increasing the launching kinetic energy, so that the fastening surface is possibly heated and melted or damaged. And if the emission kinetic energy is large, the fastening surface is easy to be directly torn off to cause cracking.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4 show the structure of the bullet-type threaded nail, and several embodiments are listed below with reference to the figure.
Example 1:
the bullet-type threaded shooting nail comprises a nail tip 1, a transition section 2, a threaded section 3 and a nail cap 4 in sequence from the tip end to the tail end; the nail point 1 is a centrum, a centrum generatrix of the nail point 1 is an arc line, and the curvature of the arc line is gradually increased from the tip end to the tail end and then reduced. The nail point 1 can reduce the pulsating pressure of the nail point 1 entering the steel structure by adopting the structure, and the steel structure is less prone to cracking.
The transition section 2 is a cylinder, the diameter of the transition section 2 is the same as that of the tail end of the nail tip 1, the diameter of the transition section 2 is smaller than that of the thread section 3, and the diameter of the nail cap 4 is larger than that of the thread section 3.
The bullet type threaded shooting nail can be used for connecting and fixing a light steel structure or other metal light structures. Can be used in combination with gas explosion tools, electric spring pressure tools, nail shooters and the like. When the shooting nail is impacted by an external tool, the shooting nail can enter a light steel structure, because the light steel structure is softer than the shooting nail, part of the nail tip 1 can pierce the surface of the steel structure, because the nail tip 1 is a cone, the generatrix of the cone of the nail tip 1 is an arc line, and the curvature of the arc line is gradually increased from the tip to the tail end and then reduced; the formed holes become larger. In the process, the steel structure around the hole has large acting force on the nail tip 1, if the thread is arranged at the nail tip, a large amount of kinetic energy is consumed by rotary cutting of the thread, so that the penetrating distance of the nail is influenced; meanwhile, the diameter of the nail tip is small, stability is poor, and the nail shooting deviation is easily caused when the threads are in contact with a steel structure. The transition section 2 with the same diameter is arranged behind the nail tip 1 to play a role in expanding the hole, prevent the hole from retracting and shape the hole, and then cut by the thread on the thread section 3 to form the thread, so that the force of the steel structure on the thread is smaller in the process, and the penetrating distance of the nail can be ensured; meanwhile, the temperature generated during cutting is lower, and the damage degree to a steel structure is lower; and because the nail point 1 and the changeover portion 2 have all got into the steel construction when the screw section 3 carries out the cutting, penetrate the nail and can keep higher stability, can not take place the skew during the cutting.
The configuration of the thread segments 3 may be a cylindrical body and thread formation on its surface as shown in fig. 1, with the same external diameter from the tip to the tail end. In order to further increase the fastening of the thread, the following two methods may be preferably adopted: one is that the thread segment 3 shown in fig. 2 comprises a cylinder and threads on the surface thereof, and the external diameter of the threads is gradually increased from the tip end to the tail end; one is that the thread segments 3 shown in fig. 3 comprise a cone and threads on the surface thereof, the diameter of the cone gradually increasing from the tip to the tail. Both of these ways create the effect of a gradual increase in the outer diameter of the thread. The thread groove formed by the former is gradually enlarged, and the formed thread connection is more tight; the transition section matrix of the latter has better mechanical strength, the tightening degree between the steel structure and the cone of the transition section 2 is higher, and the steel structure is suitable for the steel structure with softer texture and can be selected according to the material characteristics. For the two structures, the included angle between the thread outer diameter connecting line of the thread section 3 and the axis of the thread section 3 is preferably smaller than 3 degrees, the shooting nail always has not small impact force, and the steel structure is cracked due to overlarge angle. Further, the thread of the thread section 3 should extend to the nail cap 4, the thread is formed when the thread section 3 enters the steel structure, that is, the thread is formed at the entrance of the steel structure, the thread of the thread section 3 should extend to the nail cap 4, even if the thread on the thread section 3 completely fills the thread formed on the steel structure, no gap is formed on the steel structure, on one hand, the fastening performance and stability are better, and on the other hand, the corrosion resistance of the steel structure and the shooting nail is improved. To the nail cap 4, will penetrate the nail and take out for the convenience later stage, can be provided with clamping face 5 relatively at the lateral wall of nail cap 4, can form the hexagon. The nail cap 4 can be flat, and a groove which penetrates through the axle center of the nail cap 4 can be arranged on the nail cap 4 to form a straight groove or a cross groove.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 4, on the basis of embodiment 1, the nail shooting device can be processed into an integral nail, the nail cap 4 is connected with a connecting body 6, the rear end of the connecting body 6 is provided with a cavity 7, the cavity 7 is filled with propellant powder, the cavity 7 is sealed by a sealing sleeve 8, the structure is suitable for single-base powder, and the integral nail shooting device is used for shooting the nail by using kinetic energy generated by impacting the propellant powder to fire the propellant powder and burning the propellant powder. In the cavity 7, a trigger medicine hole 9 is arranged on the sealing sleeve 8, and trigger medicine is filled in the trigger medicine hole 9, and the structure is suitable for double-base medicine. The shooting nail is shot out by striking the primer mixture to burn and ignite the primer mixture to generate kinetic energy.
Reference throughout this specification to multiple illustrative embodiments means that a particular structure described in connection with the embodiments is included in at least one embodiment described generally throughout this application. The appearances of the same phrase in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment. Further, while a structure has been described in connection with any one embodiment, it is to be understood that it is within the scope of the invention to implement such structure in connection with other embodiments.
