In this embodiment, a filter screen 322 is disposed at an air inlet end of the temperature adjusting element 321, an air flow channel 323 penetrates through the temperature adjusting element 321, the air flow channel 323 is arranged in a diameter-variable manner, that is, an inner diameter of the flow channel is gradually reduced, and a pitch of the spiral lines is gradually reduced, so that a flow speed of air entering the heat dissipation housing 31 is increased, when a temperature of the diesel engine 1 reaches a working temperature, the heat dissipation element inside the heat dissipation housing 31 is activated to discharge the air inside the heat dissipation housing 31 from a back surface of the heat dissipation housing 31, and because the peripheral walls of the heat dissipation housing 31 are arranged in a sealed manner, and the water tank and the heat dissipation housing 31 can be fixedly connected, heat between the water tank and the heat dissipation housing 31 can be mutually transferred, when an air inlet hole 311 on a front surface of the heat dissipation housing 31 is plugged by the plugging element 324, the air inside the heat dissipation housing 31 is driven to be discharged from the air outlet hole 312 by rotation of the electronic fan, the air pressure in the heat dissipation housing 31 is smaller than the external air pressure, the blocking piece 324 slides towards the inside of the heat dissipation housing 31 due to the external air pressure, the blocking piece 324 is separated from the inner side of the air inlet hole 311, the temperature adjusting piece 321 is pulled to be attached to the outer side of the air inlet hole 311, and at the moment, the external air enters the heat dissipation housing 31 from the air inlet end of the temperature adjusting piece 321 through the filter screen 322 along the air flow channel 323, so that the temperature exchange of the heat dissipation housing 31 is realized; since the diesel generator is generally used in an outdoor environment or the like where dust is large, the filter screen 322 is provided to effectively prevent external dust from entering the inside of the heat dissipation housing 31.
