Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following detailed description and accompanying drawings. It should be emphasized that the following description is merely exemplary in nature and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention or its application.
Non-limiting and non-exclusive embodiments will be described with reference to the following figures, wherein like reference numerals refer to like parts, unless otherwise specified.
As shown in figure 1, an engine silencer support comprises a base 11 and an arc-shaped top plate 12, wherein the base 11 comprises a bottom plate and vertical plates arranged on two sides of the bottom plate, the whole base is of a U-shaped structure, the bottom of the base 11 is provided with a plurality of first connecting holes 14 connected and fixed with the top of a cylinder cover, and the side faces of the base are also provided with a plurality of second connecting holes 13 connected with other engines. Arc roof 12 welded fastening is in the riser upper end of base 11, and its radian matches with muffler 1. The silencer 1 is mounted on the arc-shaped top plate 12 and fixed with the arc-shaped top plate through the anchor ear 15. An air duct 16 is formed between the base 11 and the arc-shaped top plate 12. The air duct 16 is arranged in the front-rear end direction of the engine, and one end thereof is opened toward the fan 2 at the front end of the engine. Thus, the air blown by the fan 2 to the muffler 1 passes through the air duct 16 and is blown to the engine accessories at the rear of the muffler 1, thereby improving the heat radiation efficiency of the engine area at the rear of the muffler 1. Preferably, the upper portion of riser is the cambered surface extension 17 of slope to the outside, and the radian of this cambered surface extension 17 is the same with the radian of arc roof 12, and then increases the area of connection of riser and arc roof 12, provides the connection steadiness between them. Furthermore, the two ends of the lower side of the arc-shaped top plate 12 are respectively provided with a limiting point 18.
During the installation, muffler 1 passes through staple bolt 15 to be locked on arc roof 12, through setting up spacing 18, prevents that staple bolt 15 from deviating from because of the vibration, improves the work security. The silencer support adopts vertical fixed curb plate, can reduce the area of keeping out the wind.
Specifically, when the silencer is in work, the silencer support is fixed on a cylinder cover through bolts, the outer side of the silencer 1 is wrapped with heat insulation cotton, and then the silencer support is fixed on the silencer support through the hoop 15; the additional pulley is fixed to the crank pulley 2 by a bolt, and drives the air conditioner 3 by a belt.

When the fan 2 blows air toward the muffler 1 in this way, the air conditioner 3 forms a barrier to block a part of the air, and the amount of air blown toward the muffler 1 is reduced. According to the air conditioner, the air conditioner 3 is installed at the lower right side of the engine, meanwhile, the structure of the silencer support is improved, wind energy of the fan 2 can be transmitted to the engine area at the rear side of the silencer 1 more, and the heat dissipation effect of engine accessories at the rear side of the silencer 1 is improved. The air conditioner 3 is installed at the lower right of the front end gear train of the engine and is linked with the front end gear train through a belt.
Referring to fig. 3, in particular, the air conditioner further comprises an additional pulley 4, wherein the additional pulley 4 is mounted on a crank pulley 5, and the pulley of the air conditioner 3 is linked with the additional pulley 4 through a belt.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the additional pulley 4 is a single a-grooved pulley, which is mounted to the crank pulley 5 by six bolts in the axial direction, so as to be interlocked with the crank pulley 5, and is connected by a spigot end 41 in the radial direction, and the air conditioner pulley and the additional pulley 4 are connected by a belt, thereby driving the air conditioner compressor. Specifically, the belt pulley with a single A groove is of a stepped structure with gradually decreased diameter, the belt groove 41 is arranged at the leftmost part, and the spigot end 41 and the extending end 42 are sequentially arranged towards the right. The diameter of the spigot end 41 is matched with the joint of the crank pulley 5, and the spigot end 41 plays a role in radial positioning to ensure that the additional pulley 4 and the crank pulley 5 are aligned in the center. The single A groove belt pulley is provided with 6 mounting holes which are axially arranged and assembled with the connecting hole of the crankshaft belt pulley 5, and the single A groove belt pulley is connected through bolts to achieve axial fixation. The additional belt pulley 4 and the crankshaft belt pulley 5 are positioned by forming a spigot through the stepped structure of the additional belt pulley 4 and the crankshaft belt pulley 5 in the radial direction, and the axial length of the spigot is 4-6 mm.
