Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-rolling mounting mechanism of a cab and an excavator, belonging to the field of cab mounting, and comprising a protection bolt, a fixing main body and a threaded seat; the protective bolt sequentially penetrates through the fixing main body, the beam of the cab, the bottom plate of the cab and the mounting plate and then is in threaded connection with the threaded seat; the fixed main body is welded on an upright post of a cab; the fixed main body is provided with a limiting plate; the limiting plate limits the rotation of the protection bolt; according to the invention, when the excavator is tipped over, the stress direction of the protection bolt is along the vertical direction of the upright post, so that the bearing capacity of the upright post can be ensured, and the phenomenon that the cab is cracked and falls off due to overlarge deformation of the cross beam of the cab is avoided; the limiting plate prevents the mounting position of the cab from loosening and falling off, and safety accidents caused by looseness of the connection between the cab and the frame are avoided.

Preferably, the fixing main body comprises a fixing block and a vertically arranged connecting cylinder; the fixed block is arranged above the connecting cylinder; the mounting hole axially penetrates through the fixing block and the connecting cylinder along the connecting cylinder; the protection bolt is arranged in the mounting hole; the connecting cylinder penetrates through a cross beam of the cab and a bottom plate of the cab from top to bottom.

Preferably, the rollover prevention mounting mechanism is provided outside the cab.

The fixed main body is provided with a limiting plate; the limiting plate limits the rotation of the protection bolt, prevents the mounting position of the cab from loosening and falling off through the limiting plate, and avoids safety accidents caused by the loosening of the connection between the cab and the frame.

As shown in fig. 1 to 9, an anti-rollover mounting mechanism for a cab comprises a protection bolt 4, a fixing body 11 and a threaded seat 31; the protection bolt 4 sequentially penetrates through the fixing main body 11, the beam 12 of the cab 1, the bottom plate 2 of the cab 1 and the mounting plate 32 and then is in threaded connection with the threaded seat 31; the threaded seat 31 is welded on the mounting plate 32; the threaded seat 31 comprises a washer 31-2 and a nut 31-1; a screw rod 4-2 of the protective bolt 4 penetrates through the washer 31-2 and then is in threaded connection with the nut 31-1; the fixed body 11 is welded on the upright post 9 of the cab 1; when the excavator rolls over, the stress direction of the protection bolt is vertical along the upright column, the bearing capacity of the upright column can be ensured, and the phenomenon that the cab is cracked and falls off due to overlarge deformation of a cross beam of the cab is avoided.
The fixing main body 11 comprises a fixing block 11-3 and a connecting cylinder 11-4 which is vertically arranged; the fixed block 11-3 is arranged above the connecting cylinder 11-4; the mounting hole 11-2 axially penetrates through the fixing block 11-3 and the connecting cylinder 11-4 along the connecting cylinder 11-4; the protective bolt 4 is arranged in the mounting hole 11-2; the connecting cylinder 11-4 penetrates through a cross beam 12 of the cab and a bottom plate 2 of the cab from top to bottom; a rubber sleeve 5 is arranged between the limiting block 4-1 and the fixing block 11-3; the rubber sleeve 5 is provided with a through hole for the screw rod 4-2 to pass through, so that sundries are prevented from entering.
The side wall of the fixed block 11-3 is provided with a plurality of threaded holes 11-1; a screw 7 for fixing the limiting plate 6 is arranged in the threaded hole 11-1; a gasket 8 is arranged between the screw 7 and the limiting plate 6; the stopper plate 6 restricts the rotation of the protection bolt 4.
The protection bolt 4 comprises a limiting block 4-1 and a screw rod 4-2; the limiting block 4-1 is arranged at the top of the screw rod 4-2; the limiting blocks 4-1 are arranged in a square shape, so that the contact area between the protection bolt 4 and the fixing block 11-3 is increased; the limiting plate 6 limits the limiting block 4-1 to rotate; a gap is formed between the limiting plate 6 and the limiting block 4-1; the limiting plate 6 prevents the installation position of the cab 1 from loosening and falling off, and safety accidents caused by the loosening of the connection between the cab and the frame are avoided.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, an excavator includes a cab 1 and a frame 3; the cab 1 is arranged on the mounting plate 32 of the frame 3; the cab 1 is arranged on the mounting plate 32 through the anti-rolling mounting mechanism in the first embodiment; the anti-rolling mounting mechanism is arranged outside the cab 1; the limit of disassembling the interior trim and the narrow space at the lower part of the frame is avoided, and the assembly and the disassembly are very convenient.

An anti-rolling installation mechanism of a cab is characterized by comprising a protection bolt (4), a fixed main body (11) and a threaded seat (31); the protective bolt (4) sequentially penetrates through the fixed main body (11), the cross beam (12) of the cab, the bottom plate (2) of the cab and the mounting plate (32) and then is in threaded connection with the threaded seat (31); the threaded seat (31) is welded on the mounting plate (32); the fixed main body (11) is welded on a vertical column (9) of the cab (1); a limiting plate (6) is arranged on the fixed main body (11); the limiting plate (6) limits the rotation of the protection bolt (4).

A cab rollover prevention mounting mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the fixing body (11) comprises a fixing block (11-3) and a vertically arranged connecting cylinder (11-4); the fixing block (11-3) is arranged above the connecting cylinder (11-4); the mounting hole (11-2) axially penetrates through the fixing block (11-3) and the connecting cylinder (11-4) along the connecting cylinder (11-4); the protection bolt (4) is arranged in the mounting hole (11-2); the connecting cylinder (11-4) penetrates through a cross beam (12) of the cab and a bottom plate (2) of the cab from top to bottom.
3. The anti-rollover mounting mechanism for a cab as set forth in claim 2, wherein the side wall of the fixing block (11-3) is provided with a plurality of threaded holes (11-1); and a screw (7) for fixing the limiting plate is arranged in the threaded hole (11-1).
4. The rollover-prevention mounting mechanism for the cab as claimed in claim 1 or 3, wherein a limiting block (4-1) is arranged at the top of the protection bolt (4); the limiting blocks (4-1) are arranged in a polygon shape; the limiting plate (6) limits the limiting block (4-1) to rotate.
5. The anti-rolling installation mechanism of a cab according to claim 4, wherein a gap is formed between the limiting plate (6) and the limiting block (4-1).
6. The anti-rollover mounting mechanism for the cab according to claim 4 or 5, wherein a rubber sleeve (5) is arranged between the limiting block (4-1) and the fixed block (11-3); and the rubber sleeve (5) is provided with a through hole for the protection bolt to pass through.
7. A cab rollover prevention mounting mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the threaded seat (31) comprises a washer (31-2) and a nut (31-1); the protective bolt (4) penetrates through the washer (31-2) and then is in threaded connection with the nut (31-1).
8. An excavator is characterized by comprising a cab and a frame; the cab (1) is arranged on the mounting plate (32) of the frame (2); the cab (1) is mounted to the mounting plate (32) by means of an anti-roll mounting mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. Excavator according to claim 1, wherein said anti-roll mounting means are arranged outside said cab (1).
